  • Visual Studio Templates - adding additional pre-existing projects

    Hey all, I'm working on a Visual Studio template where the generated project relies on a number of references, which happen to be other projects under source control. The question is how do I set this up in my ProjectGroup template? For example, if I have an already existing project at "C:\Stuff\MyUtilityProject\Utility.csproj" with a single file (Tools.cs) that I want to add to my template, how would I go about this? Here's what my vstempalte looks like.   • tinymce - url templates, image add etc not loading

    Hi guys I'm trying to integrate the tinymce plugin however I'm running into problems such that almost every feature which requires a plugin to be rendered i.e the add url popup or add image pop up - it opens an empty pop up window. Even if I try to open it inline I get the same blank popup window.. what should I be looking at here.. I can't notice any error sin firebug..

  • Server performance worsened after a hardware upgrade: how should I reconfigure the server?

    I'm running a site on an Ubuntu/Apache/Django/PostgreSQL stack. We upgraded our server recently from 1 processor with 2 Gb total RAM (with 0.5 Gb of that RAM assigned to memcached) to a new server that has 2 processors with 4 Gb total RAM (with 2 Gb of that RAM assigned to memcached). However, when I looked at Google Webmaster Tools, I found out that the average page speed has worsened from 5 seconds to 15 seconds. Why would performance get worse with a hardware upgrade? What should I check and tune? Is this more likely to be a problem with memcached, Apache, Django, or PostgreSQL?

    I am trying to remove [<span class="street-address"> 510 E Airline Way </span>] and I have used this clean function to remove the one that is in between < > def clean(val): if type(val) is not StringType: val = str(val) val = re.sub(r'<.*?>', '',val) val = re.sub("\s+" , " ", val) return val.strip() and it produces [ 510 E Airline Way ]` i am trying to add within "clean" function to remove the char '[' and ']' and basically i just want to get the "510 E Airline Way". anyone has any clue what can i add to clean function? thank you

  • Installing GeoIP on Mac?

    I want to install the MaxMind GeoIP C library, so that I can use GeoIP as part of Django. I'm working on MacOS. I've downloaded GeoIP-1.4.8.tar.gz from here and run: ./configure make make check make install without any problems. I've also downloaded GeoIP.dat.gz and GeoLiteCity.dat.gz, unzipped them and put them in a local directory. Then I've set the following paths in my settings.py: GEOIP_PATH = 'path_to_dat_files' GEOIP_LIBRARY_PATH = 'path_to_c_files' Now I'm trying to run python manage.py migrate (which has a reference to GeoIP in a project I'm using), but I'm still getting this error: from django.contrib.gis.utils import GeoIP ImportError: cannot import name GeoIP Any ideas?     i created a model object in PHP class User { public $title; public function changeTitle($newTitle){ $this->title = $newTitle; } } How do i expose the property of a User object in smarty just by assigning the object? I know i can do this $smarty->assign('title', $user->title); but my object has something like over 20 plus properties. Please advise. EDIT 1 the following didn't work for me. $smarty->assign('user', $user); OR $smarty->register_object('user', $user); then i try to {$user->title} nothing came out. Thank you.

  • Why would the 'show processlist' command speed up normally slow requests to my remote DB? (connected via VPN)

    I am running a local Django development server that connects to a remote MySQL server via a VPN (IPSec). Request times are awfully slow and I consistently see timeouts. Attempting to diagnose the problem, I logged in to the remote database and ran: show full processlist Immediately, the local server went from idle to working. The page had not yet completely loaded, but progress had been made (debug logs confirm this). When I ran 'show full processlist' several times more in succession, the request completed quickly. I can currently reproduce this - unless I run 'show full processlist' over and over on the remote server, my local request usually times out. Does anyone have any idea why this would happen? I'm running Django 1.3 and OS X 10.7. Note: I realize this may be entirely not be a question with a clear-cut answer and is probably my fault, but it is odd and reproducable, so I hope someone can at least point me the right direction.     Hi, I have a code needed to load an XML document from a reader, something like this: private static XmlDocument GetDocumentStream(string xmlAddress) { var settings = new XmlReaderSettings(); settings.DtdProcessing = DtdProcessing.Ignore; settings.ValidationFlags = XmlSchemaValidationFlags.None; var reader = XmlReader.Create(xmlAddress, settings); document.Load(reader); return document; } But in my XML document, I have nodes like this one: <link rel="edit-media" title="Package" href="Packages(Id='51Degrees.mobi',Version='0.1.11.9')/$value" /> Is to my understanding that the node should be like <link rel="edit-media" title="Package"></link> But, I don't create the Xml document and I certainly don't want to change it, but when I try to load the XML document, the document.Load line throws an exception. To be more specific, the XML file is the RSS source for the nuPack project. Any ideas would be very appreaciated on how to be able to read this document properly.

    I have a t1.micro instance with public dns looks similar to ec2-184-72-67-202.compute-1.amazonaws.com (some numbers changed) On this machine, I am running a django app $ sudo python manage.py runserver --settings=vlists.settings.dev Validating models... 0 errors found Django version 1.4.1, using settings 'vlists.settings.dev' Development server is running at http://127.0.0.1:8000/ I have opened the port 8000 through AWS console Now when I hit the following in Chrome http://ec2-184-72-67-202.compute-1.amazonaws.com:8000, I get Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to WHat is that I am doing wrong?

    There is two template in my .stg file, and both of them apply on multi-value a HashMap. The HashMap is employed as an injected object. And I need those instance of HashMap can be injected for many times. My trouble is, when I switch to another template, ANTLR seems to consider the second HashMap as a List -- multipul objects and null value.     I have the following string: <div id="mydiv">This is a "div" with quotation marks</div> I want to use regular expressions to return the following: <div id='mydiv'>This is a "div" with quotation marks</div> Notice how the id attribute in the div is now surrounded by apostrophes? How can I do this with a regular expression? Edit: I'm not looking for a magic bullet to handle every edge case in every situation. We should all be weary of using regex to parse HTML but, in this particular case and for my particular need, regex IS the solution...I just need a bit of help getting the right expression.

As you can see, all the nodes are siblings of each-other, so except their name their Xpath is same. Is there any short-hand property ? Does XSLT 1.0 (or Xpath1.0) allows it?
