• Can not clone git repo to server

  I'm running the same command on 2 different servers. One works, the other doesn't. I'm running git clone https://blah.com:8443/blah.git On server A, it works fine. I get the objects, files, etc. no problems. On server B, I get the following message. git clone https://blah.com:8443/blah.git Cloning into 'blah'... error: Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with known CA certificates while accessing https://blah.com:8443/blah.git/info/refs?service=git-upload-pack fatal: HTTP request failed Does anyone know what this means or what I need to do to get this to work?   I have a Logon page in a MVC (1.0) application that I am securing with SSL, I have an attribute that inspects the request for the page and redirects to a https uri when it is requested with http. This all works, however when I post the form content i get the following error: The parameters dictionary contains a null entry for parameter 'rememberMe' of non-nullable type 'System.Boolean' for method 'System.Web.Mvc.ActionResult LogOn(System.String, System.String, Boolean, System.String)' in 'DAC.US.Web.Portal.Controllers.AccountController'. To make a parameter optional its type should be either a reference type or a Nullable type.   Hello SAP-Gurus, im fairly new to webdynpro abap and have the following problem: I created a service returning a set of all existing customers. This function works well, if i test it in a litte program simply printing out the lines. now i created a webdynpro containing a table to display these customers. I also did the binding! AND it works, but only if an event fires the execute...function. What i need is kind of "execute initially", means that the function gets executed when the table initially loads. How can i do this? • TcpListener.Start() does not open the port

  Hello, I have a class that inherits from the TcpListener, this class Shadows the Start method just to call the base Start() and the base BeginAcceptTcpClient(). From time to time the method is called but the port is not opened (netstat does not show the port open). As the Start() is called without exception I expected to find the port always opened (the log is always written). • Chnaging Displayed Image on a Webpage Using Javascript

  Hi all, I'm having some trouble changing an image being displayed on a page by way of a dropdown menu selection. This works fine.. getting the dropdown menu to give me an alert when I make a selection. Even though the menu is embedded within a division, paragraph, and label tag, it still works. "availableImages" is the name of my menu. function imageSelect() { var index = document.getElementById("myForm").availableImages.selectedIndex; var value = document.getElementById("myForm").availableImages.options[index].value; alert("test " + value); // alert box pops up upon list item selection } However, within the same division, I am having an issue with changing the source of my image tag... The following code works fine when the fields are presented on a regular view but when they are on a popover, the resignFirstResponder does not work (becomeFirstResponder works). textFieldsShouldReturn was called for both fields. • Collection View Item binding issue

  I have two entities in a Data Model, ENTITY_A, and ENTITY_B, that are related (ENTITY_A with a one-to-many relationship to ENTITY_B named DetailItems). I have set up a NSCollectionView with its appropriate bindings to ENTITY_A, and have placed on a Collection View Item a label. If I bind the label to [Collection View Item] and with a Model Key Path of [representedObject.FIELD_NAME], it works great. If I bind it to a Model Key Path [representedObject.DetailItems.@count], again it works great. If I bind it to a Model Key Path [[email protected]_NAME], I get the following error on the console: addObserver:forKeyPath:options:context:] is not supported. Key path: @sum.FIELD_NAME. • How can I learn a multitouch screen's communication protocol and write a C# application for it?

  I have got a monitor with multitouch overlay on top of it. It works fine with Windows 7 but I want to write a multitouch application in C# for Windows XP which doesn't support touch feature out of the box. There is no documentation whatsoever and I emailed the manufacturer but never got a reply. However the device works with Google Earth, which doesn't natively support multitouch, on Windows XP. So I think it generates many types of messages together i.e. WM_TOUCH for Windows 7, one for Google Earth COM API, and probably its own messages either in UDP or Windows message form. How can I trap all communications and learn the protocol?

• Running directx samples on a Windows Mobile 6.1 device

  I tried to run the directx samples from ..\Windows Mobile 6 SDK\Samples\PocketPC\CPP\win32\directx\d3dm\tutorials on a Samsung Omnia and on the emulator and it doesn't work because of a deployment error. I am using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and have installed Windows Mobile SDK Standard and Professional refresh. The device is correctly plugged in and set up for active sync (I know this because other samples work, also a creating Win32 smart device and running it works). When I try to run the application it compiles without errors but the message: " There were deployment errors, Continue? Yes/No" appears If I manually copy the application from the debug folder to the device and run it from there, it works. The same deployment error message appears if I try it on an emulator. Other applications are deploying successfully. Is there any way to make the deployment work? Maybe there is an obscure option I need to set...

  I have a serious issue with crystal reports. when run in my development environment or debugged on my local machine it works fine. but when the application is published to a windows server 2003 it has the dreaded "The report you requested requires further information" Message I have had no luck trying to get rid of this message Anybody know what I can try? I use a placeholder in the aspx page and then set the user/password and database in the codebehind I could not get it to work with a dataset and found that I had to assign odbc connection in the cr designer. and then in the code behind change the above details as required. So now I am developing debugging and testing on the same machine! In VS2008 I can edit and preview the reports with no problems If I fire up the debugger I can view the reports in the browser with no problems But if I publish the website to another folder on the same machine and fire up IIS and try to browse to a report I get the aforementioned error. All else works as expected. IIS runs under different permissions than VS2008 so perhaps its something to do with that, but I have tried lots of different permissions and cannot get it to run. DC

• OAuth iPhone client, problems with HTTP_AUTHORIZATION

  Hi, I've been trying to implement OAuth in my iPhone app. However I have hit a problem. I have two servers, a local web server which is on my machine at home, I use this for testing. The machine is IIS 7 running PHP 5.08. Everything works fine on this server. However my live (web server) is running Apache and PHP 5.12. The problem is when I try to request a RequestToken the HTTP_AUTHORIZATION variable isn't posted to the web server, so I get an error returned from the server saying 'Invaild Consumer Key'. There is clearly a problem with the way the server is setup (as the code works on my local server). The code I am using is from this walkthrough http://code.google.com/p/oauthconsumer/wiki/UsingOAuthConsumer I have tried dumping the PHP headers and indeed HTTP_AUTHORIZATION is missing. Can anyone tell me how to fix this? (as it's driving me mad :)) Thanks Rich

• iframe as scriptaculous droppable

  I have a sortable list and an iframe on the same page. What I'm trying to do is define the <iframe> as a Droppable. Everything works with out errors but when I try to drag a sortable item across the Iframe it stops at the edge. ( if I move it slowly it seems works in firefox) The Iframe is set to DesignMode ="on" so covering it with a transparent element to act as the droppable does not seem applicable here. Anyone know of any other solutions or a better way to handle this?

  I want to display an image when printing a page from MS Page using the FilePageSetupHeader. It all works fine if I pass in the parameter for the Text property as a string as such FilePageSetupHeader Alignment:=pjRight, Text:="&P""C:\filepath\image.gif""" However, I'd prefer to be able to pass the filepath to the image to display as a variable. Somehow I can't get it right. So if I try something like the following: vImagePath = """&P""""" & prjFilePath & "\image.gif"""""" FilePageSetupHeader Alignment:=pjRight, Text:=vImagePath it just displays the path as a string. I'm pretty sure it boils down to something simple like escaping the quotes in the correct way, but I've been playing around with it for a while now and I can't seem to get it right. Any idea how this works?

  I have a simple report maid in bids 2008 and deployed to a ssrs2008 server. it has this report properties: page unit : Centimeters page size : Orientasion: Landscape paper sise: A4 width : 29,7cm Height: 21cm all margins ar 2,5cm Showing and printing this report works fine making it perfekt on a A4 paper. exporting to difrent formats works also grate exept the format i made the report for. The word files ither end up whit an letter paper size or a A3 size. Do enyone have a solution for this problem?

  I am using the jQuery Cookie plugin (download and demo and source code with comments) to set and read a cookie. I'm developing the page on my local machine. The following code will successfully set a cookie in FireFox 3, IE 7, and Safari (PC). But if the browser is Google Chrome AND the page is a local file, it does not work. $.cookie("nameofcookie", cookievalue, {path: "/", expires: 30}); What I know: The plugin's demo works with Chrome. If I put my code on a web server (address starting with http://), it works with Chrome. So the cookie fails only for Google Chrome on local files. Possible causes: Google Chrome doesn't accept cookies from web pages on the hard drive (paths like file:///C:/websites/foo.html) Something in the plugin implentation causes Chrome to reject such cookies Can anyone confirm this and identify the root cause?

• Cocos2D, UIScrollView, and initial placement of a scene

  Hello: I am using a UIScrollView to forward touches to Cocos2D as outlined in http://getsetgames.com/2009/08/21/cocos2d-and-uiscrollview/ Everything works great after a few days of working with it, except one thing: when the initial view appears on the screen, the background appears to be scrolled to the center. As soon as I try to scroll around, the image jumps to 0,0, and everything works as normal, except the touches are offset by half the width and height of the background image. Am I overlooking something basic? I can't think of a useful portion of the code that illustrates the issue, as I can't track it down, but would be happy to post code if anyone has any ideas. • Strange crashes on the iPad device with core graphics functions

  I am getting a lot of strange EXC_BAD_ACCESS crashes on the iPad that only happen on the device and not in the simulator. I am assuming that they are somehow memory related, but I am not sure. They all happen with image context related functions. One strange example is using CGImageCreateWithImageInRect. For example, if i run through a bunch of UIImages and crop them with CGImageCreateWithImageInRect, it will always crash at specific arbitrary sizes. Like, if I crop them all to 200x200, it crashes out after processing 12 images. If i crop them to 210x210, it works no problem. The EXC_BAD_ACCESS happens inside of "memmove" called from "CGBlt_copyBytes". That is all the debugger shows me strangely enough. I can't see the callstack going up to any of my methods. All of this works fine in the simulator! I know this is all very vague, but if anyone has any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated.

• Raw XML Push from input stream captures only the first line of XML

  I'm trying to read XML that is being pushed to my java app. I originally had this in my glassfish server working. • Proper usage (best practices) of Browsable attribute in .NET for runtime grid component behavior

  I understand how Browsable attribute is supposed to work. It's supposed to hide a property from showing up in a PropertyGrid in design time. It also has another effect in that it will stop a Property from showing up in components such as Grids, or specifically Infragistics WinGrid. I am not sure if it has this behaviour on regular Windows Forms grids. This works, but it doesn't sound like Browsable is being use as intended when being used for 'Run time' displaying of a property on a grid component. Any literature from Microsoft on proper use. Even though it works, I don't want to use this attribute to hide columns on a grid bound to a business object if it's not indeed the correct usage of the attribute, but rather something some grid vendors decided to use to determine property visibility on their grids.

• iOS 5 Hanging on ASIHTTPRequests

  So I have an app that runs on iOS 3.2 - 4.x. It uses ASIHTTPRequest to make all the REST API calls. Ever since my team and I upgraded three of our iPhone 4's to iOS 5, The app will hang and show the ActivityIndicator indefinitely. I looked at the server logs and the requests aren't hitting the server. However, if I press the iPhone home button then open the app again, the request will go through and I will receive the data, business as normal. For some reason the requests are never triggered until I reopen the app. Another weird tidbit, the app works in Xcode 4.2 and the iPhone simulator. The app also works on an iPad2 with iOS 5 (the app is iPhone only). Would this be an ASIHTTPRequest issue? Not too sure how to pinpoint the issue since there is no crash and only happens on the phone. Any insight would be much appreciated! Thanks.

• Core Data Image Won't Load Into NSTableView Image Cell

  In my code I am storing an image into my Core Data model (works fine). If I set up my view to have an NSImageView and bind its Data to Controller Key: selection and modelKeyPath: myImagePath, it works. It will show each image for the selected row. I then create a new column in my NSTableView and drag an image cell onto the column. However, I cannot get my Core Data bindings to have the image show up in the cell. I have tried binding both value and data, but no luck. Since I am sure the image is stored properly, what am I doing wrong in my binding to prevent the image from showing up in the table cell? Thanks so much. (My background: new Cocoa developer who has recently gone through the entire Hillegass book.)

  Hi. I have trouble with deleting all layer's sublayers. I do this manually, but it's unwanted code clutter. I found many topics about this in google, but no answer. I tried to do something like this: for(CALayer *layer in rootLayer.sublayers) { [layer removeFromSublayer]; } but it didn't work. Also, i tried to clone rootLayer.sublayers into separate NSArray, but result was the same. Any ideas? regards, radex PS. sorry for my English. Edit: I thought it works now, but I was wrong. It works good with CALayers, but it doesn't work with CATextLayers. Any ideas?

• Matplotlib and WSGI/mod_python not working on Apache.

  Everything works as supposed to on the Django development server. In Apache, the django app also works except when matplotlib is used. Here's the error I get: No module named multiarray. Exception Type: ImportError Exception Value: No module named multiarray Exception Location: /usr/share/pyshared/numpy/core/numerictypes.py in <module>, line 81 Python Executable: /usr/bin/python Python Version: 2.6.4 From the python shell, both statements work: import numpy.core.multiarray and import multiarray. Any ideas? Thanks As I'm looking over the numpy files, I found the multiarray module, which has an extension of 'so'. My guess, is that mod_python is not reading these files.
