• Getting content with images into the Web Browser control without temporary files

  For a client server application, I'd like to display content with a web browser control with images without writing temporary files to the disk. I've tried using mht files via documentstream and documenttext, but the web browser control isn't smart enough to recognize mht files. I would use data URI images, however most computers this will be installed on use IE6 or 7. Are there any other options for this?

  It seemed a trivial matter at the beginning but so far I have not managed to get the unique identifier for a given resource using SPARQL. What I mean is given, e.g., rdf:Description rdf:about="http://..." and then some properties identifying this resource, what I want to do is to first find this very resource and then retrieve all the triples given some URI. I have tried naïve approaches by writing statements in a WHERE clause such as: ?x rdf:about ?y and ?x rdfs:about ?y I hope I am being precise.

  I was reading the following article and the author made it quite clear that unit tests are NOT used to find bugs. I would like to know what your thoughts are on this.   Hey guys, I'm writing a search algorithm in C++, and one of the things I need to do is have a few if statements that check cells above, below, left of, and right of. Each time a cell is found to be open and added to the stack, I want it added to a list of cells already checked. I want to be able to say in the if loop if(thisCell is not in checkedCells). I use the full width (1000px) of a div as a limiter, and a script that automatically sets the font of the h1-element so that it fits the width of the div without line break.   I'm writing a ASP.NET application used within our company. Now I want to send emails to some users via a email account on our exchange server. I tried to use System.Net.Mail.SmtpClient, where a proprietary account and password are given to specify the credentials. But the code failed with following exception: "No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it" Is that due to Exchange Server policies to prevent spam? How can I get it to work?

  I'm writing a class that excepts a product_id and a $_FILES array as it's constructor. The class saves these variables and uses them to create a new directory named by product_id and attempts to copy the temp file to my specified directory. • How do I stop Emacs automatically inserting hyphens at the beginning of new lines in fundamental fil

  Hi there, I'm jotting down some notes in Emacs in Fundamental Fill mode. I'm starting each one of my notes with a "-" on a new line. The problem is, whenever one of the notes I'm writing is too long to fit on a single line, it gets pushed down to the next line (which I want to happen) but Emacs goes ahead and automatically inserts another "-" for me out the front on the new line (which I don't want to happen). Is there a way to stop Emacs from exhibiting this "helpful" behaviour?
