• IE Automation - How to Trap 'NewProcess' event

  In Environment - Standard User, Win7x64, IE8 on opening Unprotected URL, IE 8 will first start a tab with low integrity and the swap out this tab with another tab of medium integrity. This is done behind the scene and the original IWebBrowser2 pointer is lost. I want to catch the 'NewProcess' Event which will get generated during this swap out, please help me how to go about this.   Hello all, I have a pretty simple UITableView who's cells contain UITextFields and I need to be able to call resignFirstResponder to hide the keyboard whenever a user touches the UITableView outside of one of the cells. I have read this question/answer but it seems like a very rudimentary way to achieve this. I have read about a way to do it by converting the UITableView to a UIControl so that you can connect the TouchDown event. Does anybody know the standard or preferred way to achieve this functionality?

  The standard abbreviations for decibels is "dB" (note the case!) So, if I have a variable, holding (for instance) a maximum dB value, how best to name it? maxDbValue maxdBValue maxDecibelValue something else? Each has disdvantages - #1 swaps the case of the unit, #2 doesn't clearly split max from dB, and #3 is verbose... I think #1 feels best, but...???

  How can I play .wav files on my website using flash .swf there are many plugins for mp3s but nothing that does .wav. It is essential that i use .wav not .mp3 and converting it is not an option. I do not want to use the standard embed that uses the quicktime plugin. Can anyone help?

Standard ordering in interface builder does not help.. imageview is shown in front of the webview but when i load the contents of webview with a tag or only just an html opacity animation, suddently webview takeovers the top position and shows over the imageview. Can't i do this?

• msys+mingw - is there installer or at least .tar.lzma/.zip?

  I try to install n'th time the msys+mingw - however with little success. I need the minimal developer system (standard tools such as sed/awk+autotools+gcc) however each time something is not working (for example currently when I try to run autotools m4 goes into some error loop on AC_INIT). I know they stopped providing installer 'for easy update of components' and they are working on something but maybe there is something unofficial.

  I am using a custom database (MongoDB) with TG 2.1 and i am wondering where the proper place to store the PyMongo connection/database instances would be? Eg, at the moment they are getting created inside of my inherited instance of AppConfig. Is there a standard location to store this? Would shoving the variables into the project.model.__init__ be the best location, given that under SQLAlchemy, the database seems to commonly be retrieved via: from project.model import DBSession, metadata Anyway, just curious what the best practice is.
