    I've been working on a Cook Book App and I've been making each page individually which takes a really long time to do, I asked a question similar to this and it was brought to my attention that you can setup a way to automate the design process so all you need to do is input your data.   • 3 column html template - content overflows though there is clear both and height is 100%

    I have 3 divs within a wrapper: <div id="wrapper"> <div id="leftbar"> Lorem ipsum dolar sit amet </div><!--LEFTBAR--> <div id="middle"> Lorem ipsum dolar sit amet </div><!--middle--> <div id="rightbar"> Lorem ipsum dolar sit amet </div><!--RIGHTBAR--> </div><!--wrapper--> Both 'leftbar' and 'middle' are floating left, whilst 'rightbar' is floating right. 'wrapper' has height:100%; clear:both; set. However, if there is a large amount of text or content in 'middle' it overflows the 'wrapper' div. I am struggling to figure out why this is occurring.   • looking for RTF template system with simple DSL

    Is there any framework that fills up rtf document with data? The idea is to make business people/testers change the document in MsWord and than generate reports from that. The problem is with tables, Id need to create some special DSL for handling tables and showing hidding text/page parts. Id rather not do that and use some existing solution. I tried to search for something, but I only found frameworks that can produce rtf output from xml input and i want to use rtf as input and output.

    Hi, I haven't found my answer after reading through all of these posts, so I'm hoping one of you heavy hitter regex folks can help me out. I'm trying to isolate the tag name and any attributes from the following string format: {TAG:TYPE attr1="foo" attr2="bar" attr3="zing" attr4="zang" attr5="zoom" ...} NOTE: in the above example, TAG will always be the same and TYPE will be one of several preset strings (e.g. share,print,display etc...). TAG and TYPE are uppercased only for the example but will not be case sensitive for real.

  • Template apps for iPhone

    Is there a good place to get starter apps for iPhone, where you choose from any of a large set of permutations?...for instance with a nav bar and a flip screen and a 3 deep table view, with Core Data support etc. I guess what I was hoping for is some kind of wizard where you can check a few boxes and have a working app as a starting point....but more than just the 3 or 4 choices that come with xCode. If not a wizard, just a nice set of a couple dozen permutations. Also....is there any good sample apps out there that show the difference between identical apps, one which uses Interface Builder and one not? Aside from being handy for myself, I'd think these would be great as a teaching tool. I've googled a bit and come up with nothing.

This control could have other content than just the text, so making the Content property an attribute will not solve my problem. I found in some places that I need to implement a ControlBuilder Class, along with another class that implements IParserAccessor. Anyway I just want my default "Content" property to have all types of controls allowed in it, both literal and actual controls.

  • Include a repetitive chunk of HTML

    I basically have a div on my site that always has the same stuff. However, this div is not present on all pages which is why I won't use the dynamic web template. I was wondering if it was possible for PHP to get the code from a document on the server and put in into the div? Ex: <div id="section... then my text file contains <p>hello</p> Basically I want PHP to put it into the div when the user sees it. If theres a smarter way of acheiving this I'd be open to it as well.     I am trying to use the model ListModel as a generic list model. I would like to enter on the page @Html.DisplayForModel() However the MVC is not correctly finding the templated file "ListModel.cshtml". It must work differently for generic models. What should I name the templated file in order for it to correctly be located? public class ListModel<T> { public IEnumerable<T> Models {get;set;} public string NextPage {get;set;} } I would expect it to look for "Shared/DisplayTemplates/ListModel.ascx" but it doesn't. Does anyone know?

  • How to make large List & Label template?

    We want to have a form which contains lots of fields one over another. All of them are passed as parameters to the form. There are many condition formulas which determine whether one element is shown or not. Depending on how many fields are shown the result will get a different number of pages. The problem is, that the designer will only allow us to design on on single page with a fixed height. But we need more space to place fields there, because they are too many of them. Is there a way to enlarge the designer working area? Sure, a possible workaround is to choose a large paper format when in dessiger which will enlarge the working area and then reset it to A4 (Standard paper format), but even this will not be enough for us in some cases. Does nobody know an answer?

  • Send files between python+django and C#

    Hi, i would like to know, what is the best way to send files between python and C# and vice versa. I have my own protocol which work on socket level, and i can send string and numbers in both ways. Loops works too. With this i can send pretty much anything, like package of users id, if it is simple data. But soon i will start sending whole files, maybe xml or executables. Simple server with files is no an option because i want sending files from client too. I was thinking about serialization but i don't know it is the best solution, but if it is i will love some tips from stackoverflow community. EDIT: I added django to question and chose using http.

    Hello, I'm using Selenium for making some work: script should click at link followed by it's own address. For example, there is a method: clickAndWait. I have to pass it link title. But at my page this title changes, so I have to pass address to click at. Could you help me with this? p.s. I asked this question in selenium group, but still have no answer. upd: For exampe, I have such html-code: <a href="lalala.com">Some changeable title</a> <a href="another.com">Some changeable title</a> And selenium pseudocode: ClickAndWait('Some changeable title') But I have to click at site 'another.com', not 'lalala.com'. And link's title changes every time. Only link address is the same.

    A constructor of a class can be a template function. At the point where such a constructor is called, the compiler usually looks at the arguments given to the constructor and determines the used template parameters from them. Is there also some syntax to specify the template parameters explicitly? A contrived example: struct A { template<typename T> A() {} }; Is there a way to instantiate this class? What is the syntax to explicitly specify the constructor's template parameters? My use case would be a problem were the compiler doesn't seem to find the correct templated constructor. Explicitly specifying the template parameters would probably generate more useful error messages or even resolve the problem.

I have setup a click event handler on one of child elements. The event hander is not row-specific, and I need a (best practice) way of identifying which row in the ListBox the event fired upon. From my data source, I have an unique ID which corresponds to the row. I do not currently expose this ID in the data binding, though could. Ideally I would like the event handler to be able to identify the ID of the row the event was fired upon. Thank you!

  • "No video with supported format and mime type found" - Firefox - HTML5

    I am working with django 1.6, python 2.7, firefox 30 and Mac OS 10.10 Beta. When I render the following code <video width="570" height="340" controls="controls"> <source src="/some/path/" type="video/mp4" /> </video> I get an error stating "No video with supported format and mime type found". The same code runs perfectly on Safari and Chrome (yes I still haven't checked IE). I have tried different formats for the uploaded files and looked into ad-ons which might prevent this or different coding mechanisms, though nothing has been helpful. Please help!!!!
