  • Livevalidation clientside validation - can you control the position of the validation messages?

    I'm using LiveValidaion for my clientside validation http://livevalidation.com/ and DataAnnotations for my validation rules. This all works fine except that the clientside error messages are only ever displayed to the right of the element being validated. Is it possible to move this validation message below the element being validated? Or even better, group all messages in a div at the top/bottom of the page? I dont see anything in their docs or examples

    I have a form in which i paint a waveform on a button click that is as soon as i click button, the waveform displays. Now when i minimize the form and maximize it again, the waveform disappears.How to repaint it? I have seen people using paint event but i dont know how to use it after/inside the button click event.     Hello, currently I have dual boot with 2 windows 7. (dont ask why, long story, I need them for each with different settings involving Audio Recording) I am very keen to install the new Ubuntu and get into a new OS, out of interest but I don't want to mess with my current 2 windows installations? If I install Ubuntu, will this simply add to my list of OS boot options when you set it, like I did when I install my 2nd Windows 7 Any comments or help would be great? Thanks Bill

    In Symfony i just have to create models with ORM Designer and export it to symfony as a schema.yml and then use a symfony command to create tables, models and forms. I wonder if there is an equivalent to the RoR so that you dont have to create models manually by hand? It saves a lot of time using GUI for this kind of tasks and it is less error-prone. thanks
