  • Need to find a find a fast/multi-user database program

    Our company is currently utilizing Excel and have been encountering a series of issues for starters we have multiple users sharing this application. We utilize it write our schedules for our employees and generate staffing levels. May someone give me please or inform me what are the pros and cons of this program and offer suggestions for another database that allows multiple users to share and also give the pros and cons need something that will hold massive data and allow sharing, protecting capabilities.

  • rotating an object on an arc

    I am trying to get a turret to rotate on an arc, and have hit a wall. I have 8 possible starting orientations for the turrets, and want them to rotate on a 90 degree arc. I currently take the starting rotation of the turret, and then from that derive the positive, and negative boundary of the arc. because of engine restrictions (Unity) I have to do all of my tests against a value which is between [0,360], and due to numerical precision issues I can not test against specific values. What am I missing here?

    hi all, Am running asp.net,c# application with sql server 2005. I got some problems with database tables.I got an inconsistency errors in some tables.I tried to run the below dbcc command to remove the inconsistent datas; DBCC CHECKTABLE ('Customer',repair_allow_data_loss) WITH ALL_ERRORMSG At first i run DBCC CHECKTABLE ('Customer') it is working.but now it is not working, i got an error as Cannot find a table or object with the name "Customer". Check the system catalog. Is my commands wrong.
