Is it possible to put namespaces in Visual Studio UML?

Is it possible to make a subclass of NSObject which support subnodes in IB for iPhone project?

I'm making a custom UI element class for iPhone. It'll cool to edit my class on Interface Builder with hierarchy. Some of my class is management class like UINavigationController, but they're not one of them, subclasses from NSObject. Of course, I can place a NSObject instance on IB, but it cannot have a child node. Is there a way to enable adding child node to subclass of NSObject?Read the article

DavCInt User Agent and Options Verb Requests

We are getting quite a few errors in our logs where the user agent is DavCInt and verb is OPTIONS. Does anyone know who/what might be making this type of request? We are using ASP.NET MVC and all of our controller actions are decorated with HttpGet or HttpPost as appropriate so a controller supporting the request is of course not found. I know I can deny verbs in the web.config but I am looking for any insight before I do so.Read the article

Qt - QPushButton text formatting

I have a QPushButton and on that I have a text and and icon. I want to make the text on the button to be bold and red. Looked at other forums, googled and lost my hope. Seems there is no way to do that if the button has an icon (of course if you don't creat a new icon wich is text+former icon). Is that the only way? Anyone has a better idea?Read the article

Drupal: Renumbering node ids

Having spent some time migrating old data into a new drupal site, my first node id is already into the 4 digit territory. Has anyone had any experience in this position of renumbering node ids starting from #1? Maybe using direct queries on the database, or a module that traverses and renumbers all the nodes? Of course, nodereferences have to be preserved... are there any other potential hangups if I try to script this?Read the article

Letting users trial your web app before sign-up: sessions or temp db?

I've seen a few instances now where web applications are letting try them out without you having to sign-up (though to save you need to of course). example: trial at http://minutedock.com/ I'm wondering about doing this for my own web app and the fundamental question is whether to store their info into sessions or into a temp user table? The temp user table would allow logging and potentially be less of a hit on the server correct? Is there a best practice here?Read the article

How can I determine if MS Office 2007 SP2 is installed?

In am using MS Word via OLE to produce documents from my application. I want to give the users that have MS Office 2007 SP2 installed the ability to save the documents as PDF. This is only available in SP2, and the option should be hidden if the service pack is not installed (and of course also for users of previous versions of MS Office). Problem with a call button - doesn't open tel:// URL

I am trying to make a call button that will call 18 which is Fire Dept in France. So my code is : [[UIApplication sharedApplication] openURL:[NSURL URLWithString:@"tel://18"]]; It doesn't work and I get this message in the console : < warning Ignoring unsafe request to open URL tel://18 But I saw other application that have the same button fully working ! I know the .NET framework and WPF pretty well, but I think the whole thing has gotten too blown up, especially for small apps as the whole .NET framework 3.5 weighs 197 MB by now. I am looking for a language/framework/library that provides functionality similar to that of WPF (animations, gradients, a.s.o.) and the .NET framework (of course not everything, but the basic features) and which is faster and more lightweight than the .NET framework and creates smaller and faster applications than the ones using .NET. Hi, I want to raise the: private void txtbox_startdate_Validating(object sender, System.ComponentModel.CancelEventArgs e) {} Function from a key leave event. The leave event looks like: private void txtbox_startdate_Leave(object sender, EventArgs e) {} The trouble is of course if I try and call it in this manner: txtbox_startdate_Validating(sender, e) An error is raised because in this case 'e' is an EventArgs whereas the validation function wants a System.ComponentModel.CancelEventArgs and so, how do I convert EventArgs to a System.ComponentModel.CancelEventArgs or create one so that I can call my validation function? Images are overflowing their container in IE8 with Fancybox

In a sort of follow up to this question, I have another problem in IE8. When clicking the gallery and the lightbox appears, the images are overflowing their containing element (by the looks of things). Has anyone ever experienced this before? Of course I could create them by hand, but maintaining them would be painful, and I'd probably make a mistake somewhere resulting in hard to debug crashes. So if the user searches "dog" I don't want an article titled "Doggy Style" to appear in the search results (just an example I don't really have an article by that name).
