    In the past I've worked a lot with Philippines and India as a Offshore Development Unit in our Projects. My experience is mixed. Some are very good, some not. But I am thinking about other countries for offshore development. Personally I would like to have here some developers onshore, but the situation here is very hard and good developers are very hard to find. So we have to develop offshore. So my question is very simple. Do you have any experience with offshore and where would be a good place for development? By the way I am at the moment very interested in Russia and Ukraine. I know some Russians and Ukrainians and I like their engagement and the way they work. Maybe these countries are good for offshore development too?

    I am using festival TTS c++ API in my program.I have downloaded all files from http://www.cstr.ed.ac.uk/downloads/festival/2.0.95/ and install festival and speech_tools successfully on my UBUNTU 10.04 now when compile my c++ programme gcc gives error: g++ -L/usr/lib -L/home/peeyush/Desktop/festival/src/lib -L/home/peeyush/Desktop/speech_tools/lib -o"peeyush" ./src/peeyush.o -llibeststring.a -llibestbase.a -llibestools.a -llibFestival.a /usr/bin/ld: cannot find -llibeststring.a collect2: ld returned 1 exit status make: *** [peeyush] Error 1 so please help me to sort out this error. -Thanks Peeyush Chandel(INDIA)

    Hi, I am using jqueryui autocomplete widget for autocompleting a 'country' field but I am facing an issue. Suppose the user enters "in", I want the jqueryui to list countries like 'india', 'indonesia' which start with 'in', but it also lists the countries which have 'in' somewhere in the name (like: argentina).     Hi, I have an Indian company data set and need to extract the City and Zip from the address field: Address Field Example: Gowripuram West, Sengunthapuram Post, Near L.G.B., Karur, Tamilnadu, Karur - 639 002, India As you can see the City is Karur and the zip is followed after the - (hyphen). I need the PHP code to match [city] - [zip] Not sure how to do this I can find the Zip after the Hypen but not sure how to find the City, please note the City can be 2 words.
