  • Rewrite only URLs that don't exist

    I'm looking for a way to rewrite URLs only if the path doesn't exist. This isn't to handle 404s, but to redirect page URLs to a shared PHP file (ie: '/contact-us/' - '/show_page.php?page=contact-us'). The basic redirect is easy enough to achieve, however I want to be able to override the default page by adding '/contact-us/index.php' in the site root. Is this achievable with mod_rewrite or would I have to do something else?

    Hi, is there a "document" property named ssh? It's a simple question. I've seen this in some code at work, but no one in the office wrote the code, so I'm stucked. The line was document.ssh.firstPing(...) firstPing was a method in the code, that is writen in js+php. But I've searched with eclipse throughout all the code and there is no ssh anywhere.

    My error.log file for my site says Request exceeded the limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use 'LimitInternalRecursion' to increase the limit if necessary. Use 'LogLevel debug' to get a backtrace., referer: http://URL/TO/REFERER My question is, what is LogLevel? I've googled it but it seems like I'm just getting things about java. Our site is in PHP.

  • Tips &amp; Tricks: How to crawl a SSL enabled Oracle E-Business Suite

    Oracle E-Business Suite can be integrated with Oracle Secure Enterprise Search for a superior end user experience and enhanced data retrieval capabilities. Before end-users can perform search operations, data has to be crawled and indexed into Oracle SES server. However if the Oracle E-Business Suite instance is on SSL, some additional configurations are needed in Oracle SES server as well as in Oracle Search Modeler, before a search object can be deployed and crawled. The process involves the following steps: Step 1: Export the SSL certificate of Oracle E-Business Suite Access the Oracle E-business Suite instance from a web browser. You should be able to locate a security or certificate icon somewhere in the browser toolbar or status bar, depending on which browser you are using. Click on it and you should be able to view the certificate as well as export it to a local file. While exporting make sure that you use “DER encoded” format. Step 2: Import the SSL certificate into Oracle Secure Enterprise server’s java key-store Oracle SES (10.1.8.4) by default ships a JDK under $ORACLE_HOME. The Oracle SES mid-tier uses this jdk to start the oc4j container services. In this step the Oracle E-Business Suite’s SSL certificate which has been exported in step #1, has to be imported into the Oracle SES server’s java key store. Perform the following: Copy the certificate file onto the server where Oracle SES server is running; under $ORACLE_HOME/jdk/jre/lib/security/cacerts. “ORACLE_HOME” points to the Oracle SES oracle home. Set the JAVA_HOME environment variable to $ORACLE_HOME/jdk. Append $JAVA_HOME/bin to the PATH environment variable Issue the command :  “keytool -import -keystore keystore.jks -trustcacerts -alias myOHS –file ebs.crt” . Please substitute “ebs.crt” with the name of the certificate file you copied in step #2.1. The default key-store password “changeit”. Enter the same when prompted. If successful this process will end with a message saying “certificate successfully imported”. Step 3: Import the SSL certificate into Search Modeler java key-store Unlike Oracle SES, Search Modeler is not shipped with a bundled JDK. If you are using standalone OC4J, then you actually use an external JDK to start the oc4j container services. If you are using IAS instance then the JDK comes bundled with the IAS installation. Perform the following: Copy the certificate file onto the server where Search Modeler application is running; under $JDK_HOME/jre/lib/security/cacerts. “JDK_HOME” points to the JDK directory depending on whether you are using external JDK or a bundled one. Set the JAVA_HOME environment variable to JDK directory. Append $JAVA_HOME/bin to the PATH environment variable Issue the command :  “keytool -import -keystore keystore.jks -trustcacerts -alias myOHS –file ebs.crt” . Please substitute “ebs.crt” with the name of the certificate file you copied in step #3.1. The default key-store password “changeit”. Enter the same when prompted. If successful this process will end with a message saying “certificate successfully imported”. Once you have completed the above steps successfully, you can deploy the search objects using Search Modeler and then start crawling them as well.

  • C# Ignore certificate errors?

    I am getting the following error during a web service request to a remote web service: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. --- System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure. Is there anyway to ignore this error, and continue. It seems the remote certificate is not signed. The site I connect to is www.czebox.cz - so feel free to visit the site, and notice even browsers through security exceptions. Thanks

  • SSLException: Keystore does not support enabled cipher suites

    I want to implement a small android application, that works as SSL Server. After lot of problems with the right format of the keystore, I solved this and run into the next one. My keystore file is properly loaded by the KeyStore class. But when I try to open the server socket (socket.accept()) the following error is raised: javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Could not find any key store entries to support the enabled cipher suites. I generated my keystore with this command: keytool -genkey -keystore test.keystore -keyalg RSA -keypass ssltest -storepass ssltest -storetype BKS -provider org.bouncycastle.jce.provider.BouncyCastleProvider -providerpath bcprov.jar with the Unlimited Strength Jurisdiction Policy for Java SE6 applied to my jre6. I got a list of supported ciphers suites by calling socket.getSupportedCipherSuites() that prints a long list with very different combinations. But I don't know how to get a supported key. I also tried the android debug keystore after converting it to BKS format using portecle but get still the same error. Can anyone help and tell how I can generate a key that is compatible with one of the cipher suites?     Hi, I having a hard time to consume this webservice https://www.arello.com/webservice/verify.cfc?wsdl in my rails application. I successfully generated the ruby files with the wsdl2ruby.rb but when un run the generated script I get the following error: at depth 0 - 20: unable to get local issuer certificate OpenSSL::SSL::SSLError: SSL_connect returned=1 errno=0 state=SSLv3 read server certificate B: certificate verify failed I also tried to connect via this script but same issue require 'http-access2' client = HTTPAccess2::Client.new() client.ssl_config.set_trust_ca('/arello.cert') puts client.get('https://www.arello.com/webservice/verify.cfc?wsdl').content Any ideas?   • CCATS needed for non-export iPhone app?

    I'm getting ready to finally deploy my first iPhone app. The app uses SSL to connect to a REST web service. While reading the docs on deploying the app to the app store, I came across some drivel regarding having to go through a 30 - 60 day government vetting process just to ship an app that simply connects to an HTTPS server. My question is, since this is an export requirement, do apps that are only distributed in the US face this same restriction? Thanks

  • SSL configuration

    I am trying to setup the ssl_requirement plugin. For my users controller I would like to require ssl for new and create. When I open users/new the browser redirects to https but I get an unable to connect error message. The application error log says : Filter chain halted as [:ensure_proper_protocol] rendered_or_redirected. I am not sure if I have configured the plugin incorrectly or if I made an error with the nginx configuration.

Currently remote sessions can use either the http or https address, but we want to turn off http access for external sessions while leaving it enabled for internal users.   • IE6 secure and nonsecure error - nothing in Fiddler/no iframes

    Hi, I've got the issue of IE6 showing the "secure and nonsecure items" error on an SSL page. Looking into it though none of the usual causes seem to apply. There are no calls to http://, there are no iframes in the page, fiddler and httpfox both show only requests to https:// - what else can i check? In Firefox and IE there is nothing to suggest there is mixed content at all
