    Using Grails 1.2.2, I'm working on binding a structured property (CC expiration Date) to a java.util.Date but only for specific Domain and Commands objects. I've found the StructuredPropertyEditor interface, but the only way that I've found to register it is to use the PropertyEditorRegistrar and register the editor for the java.util.Date class (much like this example) I don't want all of my dates to use my custom StructuredPropertyEditor. How do I apply the StructuredPropertyEditor selectively to specific targets like certain Command & Domain Classes?

  • Applying different Cascade Style Sheets to the same html page

    To apply a CSS to an existing html page I need to add a link that links to the css file, I am asked to include a link in the webpage that I am building that would link to the same html page but with a different css file, I am thinking I need to create a different css file, then create another .html page by copy the exact content from the first page and only change the link of the css file, but it doesn't seem so efficient and I am assuming there should be a standard method to do this. thanks

  • XCode not saving file associations

    I go to xcodepreferencesfile_types, change association for file type "xyz", click apply+ok, reopen xcodepreferencesfile_types, check association for file type "xyz", its set as I just edited it. Not I quit xcode, start it again, xcodepreferencesfile_types, check association for file type "xyz", and its getting reset to its old value just like i never edited it. This is so lame, kindly suggest something :(

    I have a Master Page which has an associated css file. On one of the base pages I have a div to which I am trying to apply a style from this css file by id. However, the page when rendered has a different id for this element. How can I specify the correct id name in the css file? Is there a way to specify that I want the id of this element like there is in javascript using the <%= Element.ClientID %?

The class "Record" is located in com.healthlogger. Commenting out the "@Test..." and "Record r..." lines allows this test to run. When they are uncommented, I get a VerifyError exception.     I have a file, let's say file.txt I have done git mv file.txt to file1.txt, then I created a new file called file.txt and worked on it, unfortunatly I didn't add that file to git yet. Anyway the problem is that I did git stash, then git stash apply, but the new file.txt disappeared... anyway to get it back?

  • Not able to delete list which dynamically created with jquery.

    I have two html here. The first one is dynamically generated by php and second one is just html to test. I also have the following jquery. When I click a cross with class delete in the second ones(plain html), it works nicely. However when I click a cross in the first ones, it does not work. It redirect me to the home page with # at the end. I am hoping someone point out what I am doing wrong. Thank in advance.   • What is a best free way to make form resizeable in Delphi 7?

    I need my form in Delphi to be resizeable, and all components and controls should stretch proportionally, along with font sizes etc. Right now in order to resize components I write a code inside "OnResize" event, and manually calculate all components' sizes and fonts. I would like to have more simple solution, which I can apply to different applications without rewriting this code for each form. I found some components on the web, but they are shareware. Can you suggest something?

    Hi, I am just starting on R - and have hit a bit of a deadlock with some time series data. I have a time series (date and value) in 'zoo' format, that I want to annotate with a cross when an event occurs. The events are irregular and in a csv format (just the dates, sometimes repeated). I've managed to read in the dates etc into a format that R accepts - but i cant seem to get a means to chart the main time series with the secondary events annotated on top?

    What is the most efficient way to clone a JavaScript object? I've seen: obj = eval(uneval(o)); but that's not cross platform (FF only). I've done (in Mootools 1.2) things like this: obj = JSON.decode(JSON.encode(o)); but question the efficiency. I've also seen recursive copying function, etc. I'm pretty surprised that out-of-the-box JavaScript doesn't have a method for doing this.

    I'm unable to find the .NET FCL built-in concept of precedence to leverage while constructing Expression Trees. Ref System.Linq.Expressions Namespace. Is this something that must be handled manually in code, or is it somehow implicit and I'm not recognizing it? Maybe through helper methods or classes?
