  • How to filter a funnel by product?

    Let's say I'm tracking a conversion like the following: View product > Customize > Finish order When I push the the above events, I also push a product ID and name attached to it, hoping that I could segment by that, but I can't figure out how. I want to view the conversion per product, not generally. Does anyone know if this is possible with Google Analytics? If not, please suggest other solutions.

    I'm trying to use Java to construct a SPARQL query, and then send it off to a remote database. However, I'm new to both Java and SPARQL, so I was wondering if anyone could explain how to do this, rather than just posting a link. I heard there is a tool called jsqlparser for the same task, except that it's for a SQL to SPARQL conversion using Java. Conversion nor parser won't be necessary, just a method for constructing a query and querying the database provided by the user.

  • Changing PerformancePoint Time Intelligence Post Formula Default Value

    Is there a way to change the default value of the Time Intelligence Post Formula?? I have a Dashboard where I use From Date and To Date filters, to calculate the values between the user selected period, for those filters I use the Time Intelligence Post Formula,however the default when the user enters the page is always today's date on both filters. (and from today to today analysis doesn't make sense for this) What I would like to to is have a From Date be something like 30 days before today's date, but not forced on the report receiving the filters, I just want the filter to have a default value and then let the user choose whatever he wants. Anybody knows of something that can be done, or this just can't be done?

  • What jquery code or plugin would I use to update the position of an element?

    I am using a jquery plugin from [ FilamentGroup ] called DateRangePicker. I have a simple form with two text inputs for the start and end date that I bind the DateRangePicker to using this $('input.tbDate').daterangepicker({ dateFormat: 'mm/dd/yy', earliestDate: new Date(minDate), latestDate: new Date(maxDate), datepickerOptions: { changeMonth: true, changeYear: true, minDate: new Date(minDate), maxDate: new Date(maxDate) } }); I have a collapsible table above this form that when shown, moves the form and the elements that the daterangepicker plugin is bound to, down lower on the page, but the daterangepicker appears to keep the position from when it was actually created. What code could I put in the daterangepicker's onShow Callback to update its position to be next to the element is was initially bound to? Or is there some specific jquery method or plugin that I could chain to the daterangepicker plugin so that it will update its position correctly. This would come in handy for some other plugins that I use that don't seem to keep their position relative to other elements correctly either.

    So on my site, a user can post a comment on 2 things: a user's profile and an app. The code works fine in PHP but we decided to add Ajax to make it more stylish. The comment just fades into the page and works fine. I decided I wanted to make a function so that I wouldn't have to manage 2 (or more) blocks of codes in different files. So, some problems: When I hit the button the page refreshes. What fixed this was taking the return false from the function and putting it into the button click. Any way to keep it in the function and have the same effect? But my real question is this: Can any coders out there that are familiar to jQuery tell me techniques, coding practices, or ways to write my code more efficiently/elegantly? I've done a lot of work in PHP but I know that echoing the date may not be the most efficient way to get the date and time. So any tips that can really help me streamline this function and also make me better with writing jQuery are very welcome!

    Once I have set the minDate property of a datepicker with the convenient string syntax $(elem).datepicker('option','minDate','+1d +3m'); how can I get the date object of the minDate? To help illustrate, there is a method $(elem).datepicker('getDate'); which returns the date that is entered in the input in the format of a date object. I would like the same thing but for datepicker('getMinDate'). There is an option like this $(elem).datepicker('option','minDate'); but this returns '+1d +3m' which is not helpful. I need the actual date object to compare with another date object. Any ideas?

But I need to make additional convertion (needed to work correctly with legacy apps): for all dates we need to change timezone to UTC and set time to 12:00 PM. So now dates are stored in local database (New York) timezone. I need to convert them this way 25/12/2009 09:12 AM (local timezone) in date column = 25/12/2009 12:00 PM UTC timestamp with local timezone column. Could you advice, how to set timezone for date value in Oracle (I found only suggestions how to convert from one timezone to another) (for example in Java there is setTimeZone method for Calendar objects). We want to make a convertion this way: rename old date column to NAME_BAK create new column timestamp with local timezone iterate over old column for not-null values set timezone to UTC, time to 12:00 PM drop old column after testing of this migration

    I got a last time (and urgent) requeriment of an "event" that needs to be scheduled the same day of every month. Say of you set the start date on the 1st May you should get the next events on the 1st of Jun, 1 Jul etc. The problem comes with a start date on the 31st (the next ones could be 30 or 28 depending on the month) Considering that there are months with different numbers of days (28,30,31) depending on the month itself and the year... what would ba an easy way to setup this?     ...before the pagination chunks have been determined. I know you can do this in multiple statements, but there must be a better way. my results are returned ordered by date and I want to return the pagination chunk that contains a given id. So I could, for example, select the date of the given id and then select a chunk of results where date is less than or greater than the date. That would work. But is there some native mysql method of doing this sort of thing in one statement? It just seems reasonable to expect that we could ask for X results in which a given id exists if results are ordered by date.

    Hi I am using D-Day calendar and I am not sure but I got a weird problem. I basically have this for my code iCalendar iCal = iCalendar.LoadFromStream(file.InputStream); foreach (Event evt in iCal.Events) { DateTime start = evt.DTStart.Date; DateTime end = evt.DTEnd.Date; // loop through it and get values. } Yet when I import a calendar from google calendar the end date is messed up on some of the stuff I am importing. Like for instance I have this Title: should not show When: Sun, March 21(all day). Yet when I import it in. I says the start date is the 21st yet the end date is the 22nd when it should be the 21st. Not sure what is going on. I am not really sure what other info I can give you guys.

I have a table of venue information (name, address, etc...) that our events happen on. Separately, I have a table of the actual events that are scheduled (an event may happen multiple times in one day and/or over multiple days).     My input is String formated as the following: 3/4/2010 10:40:01 AM 3/4/2010 10:38:31 AM My code is: DateFormat dateFormat = new SimpleDateFormat("dd/mm/yyyy hh:mm:ss aa"); try { Date today = dateFormat.parse(time); System.out.println("Date Time : " + today); } catch (ParseException e) { e.printStackTrace(); } the output is: Sun Jan 03 10:38:31 AST 2010 Sun Jan 03 10:40:01 AST 2010 I'm not sure from where the day (Sun) came from? or (AST)? and why the date is wrong? I just wanted to keep the same format of the original String date and make it into a Date object. I'm using Netbeans 6.8 Mac version.

  • Excel VBA: NetworkDays Error 2015

    Hi All, I have the this bit of code in a VBA class which is to workout the number of days between a property of the class (a date) and today’s date. Dim EmailDate As Date EmailDate = Me.Email.DateReceived Debug.Print EmailDate, Date Debug.Print NetworkDays(EmailDate), Date, Range("BankHolidays")) When I run it I get the following output 23/04/2010 19/05/2010 [GetMacroRegId] 'NETWORKDAYS' < [GetMacroRegId] 'NETWORKDAYS' -> '699990072' > Error 2015 I have tested it in a module, using dummy data, and get the correct answer. Can anyone see why this would be giving an error in a class? I have referenced atpvbaen.xls. Edit: I have found that when I run the code through a menu option I have created on the menu bar it fails, but when I run it via a button or through the VB Editor it works fine. Looks like it is something to do with the menu. Thanks, Martin

  • ASP.NET FileUpload

    Greetings! I am using the ASP.NET FileUpload control to allow users to upload text files to our web server. Everything works great in terms of saving the file to where we wanted, etc, using the SaveAs() method of the control. But we were caught off guard by one seemingly simple caveat: the original timestamp of the uploaded file was lost such as the date last modified and date create. The date last modified and date created become the actual date and time when the file is saved to the server. My question is: is there anyway to retain the original timestamp by setting some attributes that I am not aware of yet or is it possible to read the metadata of the file to get its original time stamp? Any in-sight and suggestions are greatly appreciated. John
