RMI java doesn't create skeleton class

I wrote a remote service MyremoteImpl.java and used following command after compiled it. rmic MyRemoteImpl I learned that this method suppose to create stub class and a skeleton class but I can only see the stub class, why is that? jquery, moving the current item to the top

Hello, The problem I'm having is that if the fourth item has a long description, it cuts off as it goes below #features. What I was hoping is someone would have a suggestion on how to make the current item selected to move to the top? My object becomes NSCFArray when running on iPhone

I'm really scratching my head on this one: I have an object (MyObject) which I instantiate, and this object has an NSArray member variable. The following simple code working in the sim: MyObject *myObj = [[MyObject alloc] init]; NSArray *arr = [myObj myMemberArray]; When I hover over myObj in XCode the tooltip reads "MyObject". Good! But when I debug it on the device (OS 3.1.3) I get: "[NSCFArray myMemberArray]: unrecognized selector sent to instance ... " When I hover over myObj, sure enough it reads "NSCFArray". Can anyone give me some pointers on where to go next with this? Thanks.

I'm having some problem trying to present a modal view controller after it has been presented the first time, so I just start a little test method, it presents, dismisses and presents again the same controller modally. // This is just test Code. Puzzled with nib files...

I know nib files are serialized objects and they have owner, outlets to make connections. Using XCode Navigation window template I created application, which in its order created 2 nib files - MainWindow and SecondView. I can't understand how MainWindow is referring to SecondView, there is no connection between those two as far as I can see. SecondView's owner is UIViewController and in MainWindow there is a navigation tab which is also UIViewController. But how they are connected in IB I can't understand... Also I don't understand who is instanciating MainWindow's owner object and where that object is being kept, where is the variable which is UIApplication myApp = [[UIApplication alloc] init]. If I create 10 nib files with UIViewController owner, who will trigger their deserialization? If some class is nib file's owner, what is the essential responsibilities of that class? Is it deserializing nib file into memory? Sorry for unorganized questions, I've been reading numerous articles and docs about nib files, but it is still confusing.

My map callouts don't display the image when clicked

I am developing an iPhone application for a university project and I'm new to iPhone development. I have looked through Apple's MapCallouts code but it doesn't seem feasible to implement it. So far my code displays a map, drops annotations, displays the title and it displays the right call out button. But this is where I encounter problems. When I press on the callout button, it displays a blank view controller but it should display a different image for every callout that's tapped and this isn't happening so far. Update tableview instantly as data pushed in core data iphone

Git remote has master but no HEAD

I'm new to Git, so I suspect that I'm misunderstanding something here, but I'll ask anyway. Via TortoiseGit I do the following: Init a new Git repo locally Add a readme file to it and commit Add a new remote Push the new repo to the orgin (remote) If I then Browse Refs I see the following: heads/master remotes/origin/master What I find odd is that I don't see a HEAD on the remotes. If I delete my local repo and then clone it from the server (I just pushed to above) and then browse the refs I see: heads/master remotes/origin/HEAD remotes/origin/master So why don't I see a remote head after the initial push? NB. I've done the same via Git Bash command (ie. not Tortoise Git) and am seeing the same thing.

Everything works fine, except I get an EXC_BAD_ACCESS on the if(person) CFRelease(person); line. Why does this happen? I'm not calling CFRelease or CFRetain at all anywhere else in my app.

But I'd like that the interval change over time. For example : -The 10 first seconds of the game: a new monster appears every 1 second. -Then for 10 seconds: a new monster appears every 0.8 second. -And after every 0.5 second... How can I do that? I would like my Ant build script to merge the two properties files (overwriting default values with deployment specific values), and then output the resulting properties to a new file. Is it an error to call dealloc on a UIViewController from a background thread? It seems that UITextView (can?) eventually call _WebTryThreadLock which results in: bool _WebTryThreadLock(bool): Tried to obtain the web lock from a thread other than the main thread or the web thread. This may be a result of calling to UIKit from a secondary thread. Background: I have a subclassed NSOperation that takes a selector and a target object to notify. -(id)initWithTarget:(id)target { if (self = [super init]) { _target = [target retain]; } return self; } -(void)dealloc { [_target release]; [super dealloc]; } If the UIViewController has already been dismissed when the NSOperation gets around to running, then the call to release triggers it's dealloc on a background thread.

Automatically determining the size of a UITableViewCell

I am trying to determine the size of a UITableCellView. The reason being that I am using one class for different orientations and devices. The cell contains one subview that is supposed to fill the entire cell. I have an iPhone app. that is receiving data with IRFC 3339 timestamp format (e.g. @"2010-01-29T11:30:00.000+01:00"), as in GData. I want to convert the data to an NSDate NSDateFormatter *inputFormatter = [[[NSDateFormatter alloc] init] autorelease]; [inputFormatter setDateFormat:@"yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss.SSS"]; [currentEntry setStartTime:[inputFormatter dateFromString: ][currentEntry startTimeString]]]; But I'm missing out how to convert the last part of the string @"2010-01-29T11:30:00.000+01:00": the time offset. Anyone knows what I have to add to this String to take the time offset in account too?

How do I join two git repos without a common root, where all modified files are the same?

I have a git-cpan-init of a repo which yielded a different root node from another already established git repo I found on github C:A:S:DBI. I've developed quite a bit on my repo, and I'd like to merge or replay my edits on a fork of the more authoritative repository. Does anyone know how to do this? I think it is safe to assume none of the file-contents of the modified files are different -- the code base hasn't been since Nov 08'. For clarity the git hub repo is the authoritative one. My local repo is the one I want to go up to git hub shown as a real git fork.

Hi, I've been looking around the CherryPy documentation, but can't quite get my head around what I want to do. I suspect it might be more of a Python thing than a CherryPy thing...
