    I have multiple notes with class=.note and unique id each inside a div. On click of edit I grab the id, show hidden form #noteditor and hide all notes. I am using the load function to get the response (using codeigniter so url does work) and input result in the editorfrorm Textarea id = upnote... Firebug response looks ok and I have tried to inject into a div and this works fine, BUT getting this injto the text area is causing me some headaches. There is also the chance that i am going around this a convoluted way due to my limited knowledge... The problem I have now encountered after setting up all the front end, is how to process a form that is dynamic. For E.G Form one could contain 6 fields all with different name attributes in the input tag. Form two could contain 20 fields all with different name attributes in the input tag. How would i process the forms without using up oodles of resource.

    Hi, I'm using django-uni-forms to display my fields, with a rather rudimentary example straight out of their book. When I render the form fields using <form>{%csrf_tag%} {%form|as_uni_form%}</form>, everything works as expected. However, django-uni-form Helpers allow you to generate the form tag (and other helper-related content) using the following syntax -- {% with form.helper as helper %}{% uni_form form helper%}{%endwith%} -- This creates the <form> tag for me, so there's nowhere to embed my own CSRF_token. When I try to use this syntax, the form renders perfectly, but without a CSRF token, and so submitting the form fails every time. Does anyone have experience with this? Is there an established way to add the token? I much prefer the second syntax, for re-use reasons. Thanks!

    I'm currently recoding a bar chart in my app to make use of the Chart class in the WPF Toolkit. Using MVVM, I'm binding the ItemsSource of a ColumnSeries in my chart to a property on my viewmodel.   • Active Directory - Using GPO To Update Multiple Versions Of .NET

    OK, I have searched everywhere for this one. I have all the MSI's and packages I need to deploy .Net 3.5 SP1, and 2.0 and 3.0 (which are prerequisites for 3.5). I can't figure out how to install all of them at once via GPO. Basically, the computers on the network do NOT have any version of .Net installed, and I need them to be at 3.5 SP1. I know I can deploy each version via GPO, force reboot the client, then push the next one, force reboot, and so on. Is there a way to streamline install all 3 at once via GPO? Thanks

Styles for one component (described in css) override styles for another components. For example, one component has ... <ul class="items"> ... and another component has it too. But that ul's has different meaning in these two components. On the other hand, i want to "inherit" some styles for one component from another.   • Update server version for postgres 9.1.2

    I'm trying to run a postgis sql script and I'm running into the following error. Am I correct to say that updating my server version will fix it? If so, how can I go about updating it? I'm on Mac OSX Lion and installed Postgres via brew. Apparently I have an older version installed which is 9.1.2 but installing postgis installed postgres 9.2.1 on to my system.   • Post Loading ads from Google Admanager

    I have changed code around to basically load an add the bottom of the page in a hidden div and attached an onload event handler that called document.getElementById(xxx).appendChild() to take the hidden ad and move it into the right spot in my page. This works GREAT.. however when the ad is a text ad it AFTER i move the ad there is nothing in the rendered Iframe. I did tests to see what it looks like before i move it and sure enough the text links load in the IFRAME but the second i do the appendChild call to move the div that contains the ad i seem to loose the contents of the Iframe.     Consider the following situation. A remote repository has two branches master and b1. In addition it has two clones repo1 and repo2 and both have b1 checked out. At some point, in repo1 the name of b1 was changed. As far as I can tell, the following is the right procedure to change the name of b1: $ git branch b1 b2 # changes the name of b1 to b2 $ git push remote :b1 # delete b1 remotely $ git push --set-upstream origin b2 # create b2 remotely and direct the local branch to track the remote 1 Now, afterwards, in repo2 I face a problem. git pull doesn't pull the changes from the branch (which is now called remotely b2). The error returned is: Your configuration specifies to merge with the ref 'b1' from the remote, but no such ref was fetched. What is the right way to do this? Both the renaming part and the updating in other clones?

It baffles me that there does not seem to be a nice way (product, website, ...) to just download the stuff you need, without hassle. The same goes for the other Windows based laptops in my direct environment. Are there any (preferably free) automated solutions available? Or do you have a nice workflow - other than searching the manufacturers website - to help smoothing this process?

  • Really Need a Facebook App to post to Facebook Page Wall?

    Hi, I'm using the Facebook API Graph (C# & ASP.NET) to try to dynamically post to a Facebook page I created. Looking at the code samples floating around.. they suggest creating a Facebook App first (which I have done).. However.. I have 3 different pages I want to post to.. Do I need to create an app for each? (I want to post different things to the 3 pages, not the same posts to each) I just want messages & links to appear as Wall posts. I'm not bothered about having an 'app' that has 'canvas' that is placed in an IFrame. Question : So do I still need to write one or more Facebook Apps to post to my 3 different Facebook pages?? Where I am so far.. I can pass in my apps credentials and get back the access_token. But my posts don't appear to be going anywhere. I'd rather drop the 'facebook application /canvas' approach if possible If I can post directly to a wall (For the above reasons). Oh, and before you ask. I don't want to post to my Apps Wall page, I want to post to my other pages (Unless I have to post to my Apps Wall page first?). I'm sure loads of people have the same questions..     I've been trying to use yum now, but for some reason, not even the search work anymore. I even tried putting packages I already downloaded in the search criteria and is the same.   • Why won't my Windows 8 Command line update its path

    I needed to add a new entry to my PATH variable. This is a common activity for me in my job, but I've recently started using Windows 8. I assumed the process would be similar to Windows 7, Vista, XP... Here's my sequence of events: Open System properties (Start- [type "Control Panel"] - Control Panel\System and Security\System - Advanced system settings - Environment Variables) Add the new path to beginning of my USER PATH variable (C:\dev\Java\apache-ant-1.8.4\bin;) Opened a command prompt (Start - [type "command prompt" enter] - [type "path" enter] My new path entry is not available (see attached image and vide). I Duplicated the exact same process on a Windows 7 machine and it worked. EDIT Windows 8 Environment Variables and Command Prompt video EDIT This is definitely not the behavior of Windows 7. Watch this video to see the behavior I expect working in Windows 7. http://youtu.be/95JXY5X0fII EDIT 5/31/2013 So, after much frustration, I wrote a small C# app to test the WM_SETTINGCHANGE event. This code receives the event in both Windows 7 and Windows 8. However, in Windows 8 on my system, I do not get the correct path; but, I do in Windows 7. This could not be reproduced in other Windows 8 systems.     We have a GA-H61M-DS2 rev 2.0 motherboard. It has an "F4" BIOS. We went to the vendors website: http://hu.gigabyte.com/products/page/mb/ga-h61m-ds2rev_20/download/bios and downloaded "F7", the latest BIOS version. We already tried: 1) "Efiflash.exe H61MDS22.F7" command from windows 7/32bit, it said nothing, the command line just flashed for a second.. 2) boot the win7 in "dos" mode (...) but the same thing happened. Q: How can we upgrade the BIOS? There aren't any ways for it?

  • Big trouble after app update. CoreData migration error

    this morning we had a big trouble with our iphone app. We had to even take it off the store. The thing is that we made real small changes to our xcdatamodel. We thought that the update process is automatically taking care about exchanging it the right way until we found out something like CoreData migration exists. We are using the UIManagedDocument to connect to the persistent store. How is it possible to exchange this file with the new one? While we were developing we just uninstalled the whole app from the device and then installed it again and everything worked. How can we simulate this process in the app store with updates? UPDATE I try to set the migration option like this _database = [[UIIManagedDocument alloc] init]; NSMutableDictionary *options = [[NSMutableDictionary alloc] init]; [options setObject:[NSNumber numberWithBool:YES] forKey:NSMigratePersistentStoresAutomaticallyOption], _database.persistentStoreOptions = options; but the app is still crashing with ** Terminating app due to uncaught exception 'NSInternalInconsistencyException', reason: 'This NSPersistentStoreCoordinator has no persistent stores. It cannot perform a save operation.'

  • CVS update doesn't fetch most recent commit

    I just commited changes to a file (bringing it to revision 1.3). I then updated the file and to my surprise I got back revision 1.2 (how the file looked before my commit). Checking the history if the file shows that there is a revision 1.3 (most recent) and a 1.2 before that (which is identical to my local copy). Ive tried removing the file and updating the folder, causing the file to be downloaded again. Ive also tried fetching a clean copy of the file of HEAD. Clearing cache and fetching HEAD doesnt work. But forcing an update to revision 1.3 explicitly does. But doing a normal update after that causes it to go back to revision 1.2. This is on a Windows XP machine, server is also a Windows box. Im using TortoiseCVS. Does anyone know what could be causing this? (If you dont know how to fix it, I will award bonus points to anyone that can tell me why CVS broke and, hopefully, how horrible it will be to fix it. I want to add it to my list so that maybe some day I can convince my colleagues to finally give it up in favor of a more modern VCS.)
