  • Can IBM IHS server support more than one Websphere Application Server plug-in location?

    We want http://webserver.com/foo to point to an instance of WAS 6.0, and http://webserver.com/foo2 to point to an instance of WAS 7.0, running on the same server, but with different port numbers. This is a temporary thing, as we need to have both servers running as we transition our applications from running on 6.0 to 7.0. The webserver is IBMIHS (an Apache variant), and it needs to use the WebSphere plugin to connect to the WAS servers. Will this work? Any drawbacks?

  • Mac Text Editor (with function list)

    So I've got a Mac in the post coming to me, and will probably be doing quite a bit of development on it so I am looking for a text editor (PHP + HTML mainly). I curently use Notepad++ on Windows and I simply cannot live without the function list plugin (It displays all functions in the current PHP file in a box on the right). Do any Mac text editors have this functionality? I am fairly sure that Notepad++ isn't available on an Apple. Thanks!

    I have a Windows Vista laptop that won't boot at all. On the D: drive I have DriveImage XML images of C: drive, but I don't have a BartPE boot CD and I don't have a Vista install CD. How can I image the C: using the images on D: if I can't make a BartPE CD because I can't boot to Windows? Is there a BartPE (with DriveImage XML plugin) iso I can download from somewhere, or what can I do? Thanks.

    I'm trying to save webpage as an image. The web page I'm trying to save is bit long and has many images (http://www.boston.com/bigpicture/2012/10/hurricane_sandy_the_superstorm.html) I tried Google Chrome Screen Capture Extention and few other Chrome Screen Capture Plugins but all gave empty image as output. How to overcome this? Is there any other known Plugin (non Chrome is OK) to save large web page as an Image?

  • Double MySQL Running on Mountain Lion

    After I've done a full restart, my Apache PHP server doesn't connect to Local MySQL ( connecting via 127.0.0.1 because localhost for some reason fails always ). So I did this today: ? ~ mysqladmin shutdown -u root -p Enter password: ? ~ mysqladmin shutdown -u root -p Enter password: mysqladmin: connect to server at 'localhost' failed error: 'Can't connect to local MySQL server through socket '/tmp/mysql.sock' (2)' Check that mysqld is running and that the socket: '/tmp/mysql.sock' exists! Which basically means that I succeeded in shutting down mysql. But as soon as I did - Apache PHP successfully connect to MySQL and my local sites work without a hiccup until the next restart.     Is it true that a few months ago, QuickTime allows users to save the movie trailers without using the Pro version? Right now, it seems like we need to pay $29.99 to save the movie trailer clip onto the hard drive... Several months ago, I also tried using Ubuntu and there was a plugin to view the movie trailer and was able to save it too... Are there other ways to save it to the hard drive?

  • Why does winamp now play video very fast without sound in vidamp?

    Whenever I open a video in Winamp now, it loads in a new winamp-plugin-looking-window titled, "Vidamp", it plays very quickly (about 1 hour plays in 30 seconds) and without sound. I can't figure out how to disable this Vidamp plug-in if that's even what it is. Could this have anything to do with VLC Media Player? When I play a video in VLC, for some reason I can control the volume using Winamp in the background?!? Thanks in advance

But sometimes I it would be good to ignore files for certain dir and I don't like idea of creating project file in that dir or remembering how I named project file in some special folder like ~/.tmproject. Is there some sort of plugin or something like this which will allow me to ignore files in dir? Perfect solution would be reading .gitignore file.

  • Snapback in Firefox

    In my address bar, on the left of the star, there is an option Snapback: [Empty] for every site. I haven't seen this before and I don't have the Snapback plugin. Doesn't anyone know where it may have come from and what it does? I recently upgraded to 3.5.6 on Ubuntu, and may have had some plugins upgraded, but not sure which. I have a ridiculous number of plugins on this comp otherwise I could just try disabling them one at a time.
