  • can you use jquery datepickers renderCalendar with the multimonth plugin

    using jquery date picker you can render specific cells the way you want. (in my case i have a list of dates that i want to highlight as they are important days) i see that datepicker itself supports this here: http://www.kelvinluck.com/assets/jquery/datePicker/v2/demo/renderCalendarCallback.html but i dont see the multimonth implementation having an option for renderingcustomDates http://www.kelvinluck.com/assets/jquery/datePicker/v2/demo/datePickerMultiMonth3.html was this missed out in the implementation to expose this functionality?

  • indentationLevel property doesn't appear to do anything?

    I'm have a number rows I'm inserting into a table using -insertRowsAtIndexPaths:withRowAnimation, and I would like the rows to be indented from the left to distinguish them from the rest of the cells. The indentationLevel property of UITableViewCell looks like it's exactly what I need, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Here's the code I'm using to set the indentation level (dot syntax doesn't make a difference): [cell setIndentationWidth:10]; [cell setIndentationLevel:1]; Is indentationLevel what I want, or should I be looking elsewhere?

    To reproduce this, create a UITableView that contains cells with custom AccessoryViews (such as buttons to perform a specific action where touching the other part of the UITableViewCell should perform a different action). If you touch (select) the UITableView, the AccessoryView shows selection (as thought it was touched) as well.     Hi I need to know if there's any way of making all controls of a column the same width, and that all these controls are as wide as the cells that contain them. I added a demo on JSFiddle with the controls I'm using. I tried using size for the input texts and style="width:" for the selects , and even though I managed to make them the same width,(it doesn't seem to work in Chrome) it's kinda difficult , that's why I'd like to know if there is any more straightforward way to do the same thing Any ideas or insights?

  • Is it thread safe to read a form controls value (but not change it) without using Invoke/BeginInvoke from another thread

    I know you can read a gui control from a worker thread without using Invoke/BeginInvoke because my app is doing it now. The cross thread exception error is not being thrown and my System.Timers.Timer thread is able to read gui control values just fine (unlike this guy: can a worker thread read a control in the GUI?) Question 1: Given the cardinal rule of threads, should I be using Invoke/BeginInvoke to read form control values? And does this make it more thread-safe? The background to this question stems from a problem my app is having. It seems to randomly corrupt form controls another thread is referencing. (see question 2) Question 2: I have a second thread that needs to update form control values so I Invoke/BeginInvoke to update those values. Well this same thread needs a reference to those controls so it can update them. It holds a list of these controls (say DataGridViewRow objects). Sometimes (not always), the DataGridViewRow reference gets "corrupt". What I mean by corrupt, is the reference is still valid, but some of the DataGridViewRow properties are null (ex: row.Cells). Is this caused by question 1 or can you give me any tips on why this might be happening?
