  • Problem with InlineUIContainer

    I have an Windows.Documents.InlineUIContainerin a RichTextBox, and sometimes it's font size of alignment change when I hit key combination such as Ctrl+Space. I couldn't find any place to handle these events and block them somehow. I don't want to block it in the RichTextBox. I am more looking for a way to block it only on the InlineUIContainer.

    I'd like to write a service that periodically checks a POP3 account for new messages and based on custom business logic forwards the messages to an appropriate "To", and possibly changes the "From" as well. I might need to keep some messages on the server until certain conditions are ready for them to be forwarded. I found a sample using Chilkat .NET components that might work: http://www.example-code.com/csharp/pop3_forwarder.asp My question is: Are there any other examples of this in the .NET space using any other components?     My sample file is like below: H343423 Something1 Something2 C343423 0 A23423432 asdfasdf sdfs #2342323 I have the following regex: if (line =~ /^[HC]\d+\s/) != nil puts line end Basically I want to read everything that starts with H or C and is followed by numbers and I want to stop reading when space is encountered (I want to read one word). Output I want is: H343423 C343423 Output my RegEx is getting is: H343423 Something1 Something2 C343423 0 So it is fetching the whole line but I just want it to stop after first word is read. Any help?

Now there are a million entries in a file, each entry is some point in space, in no specific order. Given any point (a,b,c) find the nearest 10 points to it. How would you store the million points and how would you retrieve those 10 points from that data structure.

    I was just wondering if it were at all possible for an Action Bar icon to only be shown when the device is in landscape mode? In portrait I have an onscreen button for a certain task, but in order to take advantage of all of the screen-space in landscape, that button won't fit. So I was wondering if I could put it in the Action Bar, but it would only be necessary when the device is in landscape. Thanks!

    I am having trouble getting my left and right repeaters to fill the available space left on wide screens for a website I am working on. The left and right repeaters are background images (approxamately 350px wide) that I would like to show part of, or even repeat if the screen (visible area of screen shown in red) becomes wide enough.   • How can Hosting Providers allow .NET Full Trust?

    I wondered how certain .NET hosting providers can safely grant full trust to their customers? Doesn't this open up everybody who is hosting with that company to potential safety issues? Or is there a way to safely restrict each customer, despite giving full trust, to "their" space without giving them the abiliy to bring down the system or spy on other customers?
