Our SVN server hd was full. Deleted a load of unwanted data on there, and all appeared to be well. However, new check-ins are now failing.
Can't move
'/repos/db/txn-protorevs/1000-vr.rev'
to '/repos/db/revs/1/1001': Permission
denied
1000-vr.rev does not exist. There are two other files in there: 9-9.rev and 9-9.rev-lock
Edit: I have checked file permissions just in case, and all is as it should be.
I'm moving a site form Nginx to Lighttpd. I was able to move everything except these nginx rules
set $enc_type "";
if ($http_accept_encoding ~ gzip) {
set $enc_type .gzip;
}
if (-f $request_filename$enc_type) {
rewrite (.*) $1$enc_type break;
}
I think I can create the variable like this
var.enc_type = ""
in lighttpd but how do I check if the request header Accept-Encoding contains gzip
I have an exchange server which has mailboxes that are over 68GB, I understand that the maximum size of mailboxes is only 75GB which we expect to pass in the very near future. What can I do about this?
I have another license of exchange that I could install and setup, is it possible to do this and move some mailboxes on to this and essentially give myself a 150GB limit spread across 2 servers?
Another advice or helpful links would be great
Thanks
What I want to do is have a batch file search folders, and subfolders, for matching file names that are ending in .mp3 and .wma and delete or move the *.wma duplicates.
Below you'll find what I have come up with until now, I know it is wrong for at least two reasons. I have searched the internet, and tried a number of things, but now I am stuck. Can anyone please help me with this?
for /r %%f in "(%userprofile%\my music\* - ?.*)" do del "%%f" /s/p
I have set up a rule to forward incoming emails from Outlook to my Gmail account. The problem is that certain mails in which I'm a CC (about 1000/day monitoring system running status) are also forwarded to my Gmail and fill up my account very quickly.
I have set up rules in Outlook to move those emails to a certain folder (called Monitored_Emails), but I don't know how to filter those emails so they don't forward to Gmail.
How can I set this rule to forward all emails except those in a certain folder name?
I am trying to move away from TextPad and I just cant get reg expressions like ^ and $ to be replaced.
I have definitely ticked the regular expression box
What am I doing wrong
EDIT: I am trying to find the start of a new line - In textpad it is find '^' and ensure reg ex is enabled. With notepad++ it does not do that. It just says not found
Dear ladies and sirs.
My C: drive is full. I wish to move the builds folder from the job to another location. I can cheat with the help of the JUNCTION utility to redirect the original builds folder, but I am interested to know if there is the Hudson way to do it right.
Thanks.
When I try to drag and drop a file from the physical machine into the vpc window the mouse stops responding inside vpc window. The keyboard keeps working fine and I'm still able to move the mouse pointer in the vpc window but won't be able to click on any folder or file anymore.
Has anyone experienced this before can elaborate on how to fix this?
Hi, I am running Windows Server 2008 R2 and I am looking for a free tool.
I start a number of batch jobs running inside command prompt. I want to shrink them significantly, so that I can see the Window titles only. I usually shrink them by hand and move them to another monitor.
I am looking for a tool that can do that work for me as soon as certain apps start up.
Thanks!
I have a Mint install (Fantastic stats, if you were wondering) and I would like to move over to Lighttpd for my server needs. Unfortunatly, this means that php_auto_prepend is no longer easily available. I understand that PHP can do this in the php.ini file, but I have areas that can't have this value prepended so that's out of the question. Is there a lighttpd way to prepend my script for my mint install in some files, and have it disabled for others?
It seems to encode just fine so you can see the results http://www.sendspace.com/file/msku4q
If you look at the mouse cursor you'll see firefox locks up once i click it. Calculator seems fine but when i try to move it, it locks up. The resource monitor and task manager are up so you can see if the CPU is being used up. It isnt as you can see <30% was used.
I have a small SSD and I want to reclain the space currently used by the hiberfil.sys (~4GB) by disabling hybernation or perhaps preferably, move it to an HDD.
I see under "power Options" that "Sleep/Hibernate After" is set to "Never", yet I have this 4 GB hiberfil.sys file.
I don't see any other options pertaining to Hybernation.
how do I remove this file and keep it from coming back or relocate it to another drive, an HDD where I would not mind the frivelous writes to take place.
I've been working with Apache http servers for quite some time, and finally making the move to static-content servers alongside the others dynamic-content machines.
I was wondering, does nginx support ".htaccess" files, and things like mod_rewrite?
As I'm very used to the syntax, I was wondering what the (syntax) differences were, and what the learning curve is like moving from Apache configs to nginx.
How can I move the pointer (the diagonal line) in a callout in Powerpoint?
I want the pointer at the textbox to point to the middle, not the upper third.
I would post a pic, but I don't have enough reputation, look here instead.
edit: I'm using PP 2003.
I am looking to move a file share (100 GB or so) from one domain/server to a new domain and server. I would like to do this with little to no downtime and if possible I would like to be able to map permissions from the groups/users in the current system to groups/users in the new domain.
A side question, a large number of the files in the system are office documents with hard links to the old file server. Any way to programmatically change all those links to the new file server?
Is it possible to simulate a MAC feature which shows the list of active windows when we move the mouse sideways ?
Also is there is a possiblity to toggle between windows with same title ? like if i have 2-3 chrome open . can i toggle betwen them ?
Is it possible? We have complete control over our DNS server and the server actually being pointed to. We are interested in how many DNS Queries we are currently getting, as we want to move to Ultra DNS, but we need to know how many queries we're likely to get in a month.
Is this possible to figure out? Do I need to start a service before tracking begins? Or use shell to access the data?
My network engineer states I am part of a cluster where two apache application servers(512G RAM each) have 142 instances each of Tomcat (of which my company represents 6 each with 2G RAM). This seems like a lot and my latency issues move with the hour of the day - 7AM CST software functions fine, 10AM CST - system slows significantly this slowness continues until 6PM CST. My question is how many Tomcat instances can one application server handle?
I am trying to move _viminfo out of my home folder to make it simpler. So I added this to my _vimrc:
set viminfo+=n~\\AppBackup\\Vim\\_viminfo
However it's useless, Vim still create _viminfo in my home folder. Then I manually input the command above. This time it works fine, so I am sure the command itself is valid. How should I solve this problem for now?
To be more specific, I am using GVim 7.4 on Windows 8.1.
I have an image sequence (10 images) that step by step visualize the construction of something. I'd like to include these images into my powerpoint presentation in such a way that i can step between them by moving a slider below the image, similar to the timebar of a movie player (in quicktime for example you can step through a move file frame by frame by moving the bar on the bottom).
What's the easiest way to do this with Microsoft Powerpoint 2010?
I have a windows 2003 r2 server with lot of users, websites , sql server , DNS , How can i move this to a fresh windows 2003 r2 including NTFS permissions without manually creating users , websites , db etc., its independent server, not in a domain.
I have Fallout Collection and I am trying to run it windowed because of the low resolution. When I change the mode to windowed via the .ini file, however, it boots the game window shoved into the upper left corner of my screen. I can't click the title bar of the window because it just clicks back into the game program. So how can I move it to the center of my screen? I am using Windows 7 professional 64-bit.
