    I am using spring mvc in which i convert the arraylist into json string. I have one object 1) results. My output from spring looks like this: { "data":"[{\"userName\":\"test1\",\"firstName\":\"test\",\"lastName\":\"user\"}, {\"userName\":\"test2\",\"firstName\":\"test1\",\"lastName\":\"user1\"}]", } I get output as null when i do '$.parseJSON' with this output. When i tried testing only with data object it works fine Any help would be great.

  • Doctrine-CLI database creation issue.

    I have Doctrine setup in my Zend Framework application and I built my schema YAML file. But when I tell Doctrine to build the tables it says it does but it doesn't actually make them. It creates the models, and will create the DB but it will not populate the DB with the tables and throws no errors. Does anyone have a guess or know why this is not working? Thank you.

    I'm trying to setup a migration file for a habtm relationship, however when I run the migration I'm getting the following error: Primary key is not allowed in a has_and_belongs_to_many join table (parts_vehicles). Here is my migration file (20110111035950_create_parts_vehicles.rb): class CreatePartsVehiclesJoinTable < ActiveRecord::Migration def self.up create_table :parts_vehicles, :id => false do |t| t.integer :part_id t.integer :vehicle_id end end def self.down drop_table :parts_vehicles end end The documentation example states to use :id => false to disable a primary key from being generated, but I'm still getting the error.

    I have created manifest file for my.dll. my.dll has a dependency on msvcr90.dll. In auto generated manifest file contains, ( i was using MS VC++ 2008 Express Edition) In side by side(winsxs) directory, there are three version on msvcr90.dll. my.dll started to using only the latest version of msvcr90.dll (9.0.30729.4148). Here in below topics i need the help: 1) my.dll is using only the latest version of msvcr90.dll . if i tried to make this dll as old. My application fails to start. How to make contidion that my.dll should refer only to the version which i mentioned in manifest file. 2) how can i tell my.dll should dependent on the msvcr90.dll which i providing in the local directory along with my.dll. I want to restrict my my.dll should not do search in the system directory for the msvcr90.dll.

  • NameValueCollection Issue In Proxy Generation

    I have a proxy generation problem I am building my own customised XMLMembershipProvider in WCF. The code runs well in ASP.Net and am consuming the same code in WCF for silverlight, My class inherits the Membership provider hence have implemented all the MembershipProvider methods. Now, consumung this methods in WCF requires also the Initialize Method having NameValueCollection as passin parameter, which is the cause of the problem because WCF does not supporteCollection serialization. when the initialize method is marked as OperationContract, Proxy class does not get generated. I could have use Dictionary but that is impossible here bacause the base class's initialize method accepts two parameter one of which should be a NameValueCollection. If i don't mark the Initialize as OperationContract, the proxy class is generated with all the methods but i realized i still need the Initialize marked as Operation contract to start the provider. Has any one got any idea about the use of NameValueCollection in WCF and the work around this problem Thank you. Nicholas

  • stored procedure issue, has to do with my where clause and if statement

    right now my stored procedure is returning 2 different result sets one for @booked and the other for @booked1 if you look closely my query is doing the same thing for each @booked and @booked but one is for a user selected year and the other for the current year. I don't want two different result sets, i want to join the selected year and the current year side by side by SDESCR(which is a column that they have in common) another hurdle i am facing is i am use @mode to decide whether the user wants netsales, sales... so on.   • Issue building C++ DLL with Visual Studio 2010

    I have a very simple DLL written in unmanaged C++ that I access from my application. I recently switch to Visual Studio 2010, and the DLL went from 55k down to 35k with no code changes, and now it will no longer load in Windows 2000. I didn't change any code or compiler settings. I have my defines setup for 0x0500, which should include Windows 2000 support. Has anyone else run into this, or have any ideas of what I can do?

    hi, i have 3 data grid placed working fine with expand and collapse. now i have an requirement where i have an grid with four columns starting from name age mailId address once user moves mouse over the *name column only. i need to call the MouseEnter Event* here i am showing an pop grid whereas when i move mouse over the other columns like i need call the MouseLeave Event here i need to hide the pop grid right now once user click on the row on any column values i am showing an pop up grid with all the details of that row. here i am using Selection Changed Event is there any way i can achieve this functionality like on move mouse over only the first column need to display the data and call the mouse events thanks in advance looking for an help. i am at few steps away from the solution let me know how to solve it. prince

    HI, i am using the following code to show a link which is inside the li element. the constrain is, once the mouse enter into li element, and if it's stay inside 3sec, then it need to show. once i leave from li element, immateriality it should hide. for this, i am using : var showTimeOut; var thisElement $('.user-list li').live('mouseover',function(){ thisElement = $(this).children('a.copier-link'); showTimeOut = setInterval(function(){ thisElement.css({'display':'block'}); },3000); }) $('.user-list li').live('mouseleave',function(){ clearInterval(showTimeOut); thisElement.hide(); }) It's work fine. But the problem is, while i cross the li element with just a second, even the interval is calling, and showing the link. but i need to show only, if i stay inside 3sec and it need to hide there after, again i stay back 3sec. anything wrong with my code?, else any one give me the best suggestion? It looks like there are beginTransaction() and commit() methods - so I'm not sure are these just convenience wrappers around staright SQL? or are they doing some more job behind the doors?   • ASP.Net MVC DotNetOpenAuth Sample Issue on publish

    I'm trying to use the MSDN Open ID project template for ASP.NET MVC C#. I've been able to configure a local copy to run well. But when I publish it to my hosting provider - it craps out. The error is "500 internal server error". Is there something I should know about publishing this template that I haven't noticed? Here are some more details (for diligence): Hosting provider is GoDaddy/SQL2005/IIS7. When I configure & publish the blank MVC template, it works. The local database publishes successfully, but I haven't been able to troubleshoot the connection in web.config yet. I expect there are connection string problems in the file. I tried disabling all of the references to log4net, as it seemed to be invoked several times on startup. But those changes did not seem to make a difference in either the local or published application performance. My IDE is Visual Studio 2010 Pro Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Any idea on how this can be achieved in rails ? The Rails version that I am using is 2.3.4

    I am getting the below error when executing my application on a Windows XP machine with .NET 2.0 installed. On my computer Windows 7 .NET 2.0 - 3.5 I am not having any issues.     I am retrieving the nearest locations available from a given address (Longitude/Latitude) from geolocation website. It works fine, but for some places it gives junk characters in the name. Moreover, in browser I am getting different characters compared to my PHP CURL functionality. Here is the URL http://www.geoplugin.net/extras/nearby.gp?lat=17.7374669&long=83.3214858&limit=5&radius=50&format=php One of the location is "Sitampeta" in original location name, but in browser I am getting "Sitammapeta" where as in CURL function I am getting "SÄ«tammapeta". Please tell me why this difference.
