• How to install SharePoint Server 2013 Preview

  The Office 2013 and SharePoint Server 2013 Preview is announced yesterday and as a SharePoint Developer, I am really excited to learn all the new features and capabilities. Today I will show you how to install the preview. 1. Create a service account called SP2013Install and give this account Dbcreator and SecurityAdmin in SQL Server 2012 2. You need to run the following script to set the ‘maxdegree of parellism’ setting to the required value of 1 in SQL Server 2012(using sysadmin privilege) before configure the SharePoint Farm. Otherwise , you might get the error ‘This SQL Server Instance does not have the required maxdegree of parellism setting of 1’ sp_configure 'show advanced options', 1; GO RECONFIGURE WITH OVERRIDE; GO sp_configure 'max degree of parallelism', 1; GO RECONFIGURE WITH OVERRIDE; GO 3. Download the SharePoint preview from here and I am going to install it on Windows Server 2008R2 with SQL2012. 4. Click the Install software prerequisites, this works fine with the internet connection. (However, if you do not have internet connection, it is a bit tricky to install window azure AppFabric as it has to be installed using the prerequisite installer. Your computer might reboot a few times in the process.) 5.After the prerequisites are installed `completely, you can then install the Preview. Click the Install SharePoint Server and Enter the Product key you get from the Preview download page. 6. Accept the License terms and Click Next. 7. Leave the default path for the file location. 8. You can now start the installation process 9. After binary files are installed, you then can configure your farm using the farm configuration wizard. 10.Specify the Database server and the install account 11. Specify SharePoint farm passphrase. 12 Specify the port number , you should choose your own favorite port number. 13. Choose Create a New Server Farm and click next. 14. Double-check with the settings and click Next to Configure the farm install. 15. Finally, your farm is configured successfully and you now are able to go to your Central Admin site http://sp2010:6666/ 16. You should configure the services manually or automate using PowerShell (If you like to understand why,you can read the blog post here) ,however I will use the wizard to configure automatically here  as  this is a test machine. After the configuration is complete, you now be able to see your SharePoint Site. 17.To start the evaluate the Preview , you need to install Visual Studio 2012 RC , Microsoft Office Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2012,SharePoint 2013 Designer Preview , Office 2013 Preview. • Tech Ed/BI Conference 2010: A Recovering Industry in a Recovering City

  I tried writing a post for this blog last night, while at the this year’s Microsoft Tech Ed and Business Intelligence conferences, in New Orleans. But I literally fell asleep while writing it.  That’s probably a sign that my readers might have done the same while reading it. Why the writer’s block? This was a very good show for me, but I think I was having trouble figuring out exactly why.  Now that I’m on the flight home, I’m starting to piece it together. One reason, for sure, was that I’ve spent years in both the developer and the BI worlds, and a show that combined the two was really enjoyable for me.  Typically, the subject matter, the attendees, the Microsoft execs and managers, and even the social circles have been separate.  This year’s Tech Ed facilitated a fusion of each of these previously segregated groups.  That was good for me as a speaker; for example, I facilitated a Birds of a Feather session on PowerPivot (Microsoft’s new self-service BI offering) which was well-attended, and by a large number of non-BI pros.  The fusion was good for me as an attendee too, as Microsoft BI, in the form of a new Pivot Viewer control, made it into the Day 1 keynote, demoed by Microsoft’s key BI champion, Amir Netz.  And it was good for me socially, as I was able to meet with peers in both camps, and at one location. Speaking of meeting with industry colleagues, I did a lot of that at this show.  Probably for the first time ever, I carefully scheduled and conducted a series of meetings with friends and business acquaintances in the developer tools, data visualization, utilities, publishing and training areas of the Microsoft ecosystem.  Beside the time efficiencies in conducting so many meetings, I discovered another benefit. I got a real handle on the tech industry’s economic health. The news here is good.  First of all, 2010 has been a great year for just about everyone I spoke to.  The mood is positive, energy is high, and people are working really hard.  This is, of course, refreshing to see, and it’s a huge relief.  Add to that the fact that this year’s Tech Ed was about 2.5 times larger in headcount than last year’s (based on numbers from unofficial, but reliable, sources), and the economic prognosis seems excellent.  But there’s more to it than that. Here’s the thing: everyone I talked to seems to be working, and succeeding, at changing their business models to adapt to changes in the industry.  Whether it’s the Internet’s impact on publishing and training, the increased importance of the developer audience in South Asia, the shift of affordable developer and business talent to unfamiliar locales abroad, or even lapses in Microsoft’s performance in the market, partner companies aren’t just rolling with the punches; they’re welcoming the changes and working them to their advantage.  No one seemed downtrodden, or even fatigued.  Even for businesses who have seen core revenue streams become commoditized, everyone seems to be changing their market strategy and winning.  Even Microsoft, of whom I have been critical recently, showed signs of successful hard work and playbook change, in the maturing of their cloud strategy, their commitment to it and their excitement around it.  And the embedded, managed, self-service BI strategy that Microsoft has been touting looks like it’s already being embraced by customers, even though PowerPivot, and other new Microsoft BI products, were released only recently. The collective optimism I have witnessed, and that I have felt, tells me good things about this industry and the economy.  The stock market had huge mood swings during my stay, and that may yet subdue the industry recovery I have seen this week.  Nonetheless, I am convinced that a strong foundation of hard work, innovative thinking and, if I may,  true renaissance is underlying this industry’s success. That kind of strength will generate a strong recovery, I am certain, whether now or once we’re past another round of choppy weather in the broader economy.  The fundamentals are good.

• User Produtivity Kit - Powerful Packages (Part 1)

  User Productivity Kit provides the ability to create a variety of content types including robust topics on system process and web pages with formatted text and graphics. There are times when you want to enhance content with media types not naively created by User Productivity Kit, media types such as video, custom animations, forms, and more. One method of doing this is to maintain these media files on a web server - separate from the User Productivity Kit player content and link to the files using absolute URLs such as http://myserver/overview.html. While this will get you going, you won't benefit from the content management capabilities of the UPK Developer. Features such as check-in / check-out, history, document properties, folder permissions and more are not available to this external content. Further, if you ever need to move that content to a server with a different name or domain, you'd need to update all your links. UPK version 3.1 introduced a new document type - the package. A package is a group of folders and files that you manage in the Developer library as a single document. These package documents work in the same manner as any other document in the library and you can use all of the collaborative content development features you see with other document types. Packages can be used for anything from single Word documents, PDF files, and graphics to more intricate sets of inter-related files commonly seen with HTML files and their graphics, style sheets, and JavaScript files. The structure of the files and folders within a package will always be preserved so this means that any relative links between files in the package will work. For example, an HTML file containing an image tag with a relative link to a graphic elsewhere in the same package will continue to function properly both when viewed in the Developer and when published to outputs such as the UPK Player. Once you start to use packages, you'll soon discover that there is a lot of existing content that can be re-purposed by placing it into UPK packages. Packages are easily created by selecting File...New...Package. Files can be added in a number of ways including the "Add Files" button, copy & paste from Windows Explorer, and drag & drop. To use one of the files in the package, just create a link to the file in the package you want to target. This is supported throughout the Developer in places such as section & topic concepts, frame links and hyperlinks in web pages. A little more challenging is determining how to structure packages in your library. As I mentioned earlier, a package can contain anything from a single file to dozens of files and folders. So what should you do? You could create a package for each file. You could create one package for all your files. But which one is right? Well, there's not a right and wrong answer to this question. There are advantages and disadvantages to each. The right decision will be influenced by the package files themselves, the structure of the content in the library, the size and working style of the development team, how content is shared between different outlines and more. The first consideration can be assessed the quickest. If the content to be placed in the package is composed of multiple files and those files reference each other, they should be in the same package. There are loads of examples of this type of content. HTML files with graphics and style sheets, HTML files with embedded Flash movies, and Word documents saved as HTML are all examples where the content is composed of multiple files and the files reference each other in some way. Content like this should always be placed in a singe package such that these relative links between the files are preserved and play properly in the UPK Player. • More Free Apps Bound for the Marketplace

  Microsoft has announced they are raising the limit of free applications a developer can submit from 5 to 100.  But what does that really mean? First, lets look at the reason for the limitation.  The iTunes Store and the Android Market both have a lot more applications available than the Windows Phone Marketplace.  But that says nothing about the quality of those applications.  I attended a couple of pre-launch events and Microsoft representatives were clearly told to send a message. We don’t want a bunch of junky applications that do nothing but spam the marketplace.  That was the reason for the 5 free application limit. Okay, so now what has the result been?  Well, there are still fart apps, but there is no sign of a developer flooding the marking with 1500 wallpaper applications or 1000 of the same application all pointed at different RSS feeds.   On the other hand there are developers who want to release real free apps but are constrained by the 5 app limit. So why did Microsoft change it’s mind?  Is it to get the count of applications up, or is to make developers happy?  Windows Phone Marketplace is growing fast but it’s a long way behind the other guys.   I don’t think Microsoft wants to have 100,000 apps show up in the next 3 months if they are loaded with copy cat apps.  Those numbers will get picked apart quickly and the press will start complaining about  the same problems the Android Market has.  I do think the bump was at developer request.  Microsoft is usually good about listening to developer feedback, but has been pretty slow about it at times.  And from a financial perspective, there will me more apps that Microsoft has to review that they will see no profit on.  At least not until they bake in a advertising model connected to Bing. Ultimately, what does this mean for the future? Well, there are developers out there looking to release more than 5 simple free apps, so I think we will see more hobby apps.  And there are developers out there trying to make money from advertising instead of sales, so I think we will see more of those also.  But the category that I think will grow the fastest is free versions of paid applications that are the same as the trial version of the application.  While technically that makes no sense, its purely a marketing move.  Free apps get downloaded a lot more than paid apps, even with a trial mode.  It always surprises me how little consumers are willing to spend on mobile apps.  How many reviews of applications have you seen that says something like “a bit pricey at $1.99”.  Really?  Have you looked at how much you spend on your phone and plan?  I always thought the trial mode baked into Windows Marketplace was a good idea.  So I’m not sure how the more open free market will play out. In the long run though, I won’t be surprised to see a Bing ad mobile ad model show up so Microsoft can capitalize on the more open and free Windows Marketplace. • How can I work efficiently on a desktop sharing workflow?

  I am a freelance Magento developer, based in Spain. One of my clients is a Germany based web development company and they're asking me something I think it's impossible. OK, maybe not impossible but definitely not a preferred way of doing things. One of their clients has a Magento Entreprise installation, which is the paid (and I think proprietary) version of Magento. Their client has forbidden them to download the files from his server. My client is asking me now to study one particular module of the application in order to interact with it from a custom module I'll have to develop. As they have a read-only ssh access to their client's server, they came up with this solution: Set up a desktop/screen sharing session between one of their developer's station and mine, alongsides with a skype conversation. Their idea is that I'll say to the developer: show me file foo.php The developer will then open this foo.php file in his IDE. I'll have then to ask him to show me the bar method, the parent class, etc... Remember that it's a read-only session, so forget about putting a Zend_Debug::log() anywhere, and don't even think about a xDebug breakpoint (they don't use any kind of debugger, sic). Their client has also forbidden them to use any version control system... My first reaction when they explained to me this was (and I actually did say it outloud to them): Well, find another client. but they took it as a joke from me. I understand that in a business point of view rejecting a client is not a good practice, but I think that the condition of this assignment make it impossible to complete. At least according to my workflow. I mean, the way I work or learn a new framework/program is: download all files and copy of db on my pc create a git repository and a branch run the application locally use breakpoints use Zend_Debug::log() write the code and tests commit to git repo upload to (test/staging first if there is one, production if not) server I have agreed to try the desktop sharing session, although I think it will be a waste of time. On one hand I don't mind, they pay me for that time, but I know me and I don't like the sensation of loosing my time. • Office 365 - Outlook shows Global Address List clicking "Rooms" during a meeting request

  This appears to be a "known" issue, but apparently no fix for it. However, I've been impressed before at the tenacity of the experts here to figure out an answer/fix. ISSUE When booking a New Meeting in Outlook (2013 or 2010) and choosing the Rooms button: The default list that opens is the Offline Global Address List: Which means a user has to change from the Offline Global Address List to the All Rooms list as shown here in order to easily pick from the list of actual rooms/resources: This isn't the default however for On-Premise Exchange servers. They default "correctly" to the All Rooms list when you click the Rooms button in the meeting request. While the option of using the Room Finder is there and does work, users have to know to click the Room Finder choice and it doesn't fix the actual root issue here. • vyatta Server Reboots by itself

  I have an issue regarding some hardware, maybe you can help me. First, I set up a Supermicro Superserver SYS-5016I-NTF with a Intel Xeon X3470 and 4 GB of Ram with a Hotlava Card Tambora 64G4 with Intel Chipset 82599EB and 4x10G SPF+ ports. Installed Vyatta community edition 6.3. I used it as router making BGP connections with 2 operators. No load at all, temp ranges normal. But the issue is that it reboots by itself in a ramdom way. Not very often, once every few days. But it is unacceptable for production purposes. So I try to test on different hardware, and installed Vyatta community edition 6.3 on a Dell PowerEdge 2950, with Xeon(R) E5345 @ 2.33GHz and 4 GB of Ram. Same Vyatta configuration as Supermicro Server. With same hotlava Card model ( I bought two of them ) Well I have reboots with this equipment as well. Same frecuency as above. I have checked syslog no strange logs until boot process starts to be logged. So it seems server reboot suddenly. I have installed latest driver for the chipset of the Hotlava card. Servers are placed in a datacenter with UPS So finally two things in common in both servers: Hotlava Card. Someone with issues with this card, or the chipset?? Could be it this card?? Vyatta 6.3 community edition. I don't thing is the problem. Is a regular Debian with packages to glue together different services. Or maybe is something I am missing. Andy ideas, suggestions?? • Tungsten for MySQL: Online Schema Upgrade

  In a recent presentation the Continuent folks claim that they support "daylight maintenance" or online schema upgrades. See Clustering for the Masses: A Gentle Introduction to Tungsten for MySQL, especially pages 22-28. Is anyone using Tungsten for MySQL in this way? It sounds too good to be true. I also wonder if the Community Edition supports all of the features discussed in the presentation. They say elsewhere that it is not crippleware but in their own productization table "Zero downtime upgrade" appears to only be available in the more advanced versions. So I'm skeptical. Community support seems rather non-existent so a commercial license with support is probably warranted (they do not disclose pricing). I have not contacted them directly yet as I prefer community vetting but this solution, despite its value proposition and power to make an admin's life easier just doesn't seem to get the kind of attention it might warrant. If not Tungsten for MySQL, how do you handle online schema upgrades? MySQL Cluster (NDBENGINE) is not well-suited to web applications. Cheers

  There is a static class Pipe, defined in C++ header that I'm including. The static method I'm interested in calling (from Objetive-c) is here: static ERC SendUserGet(const UserId &_idUser,const GUID &_idStyle,const ZoneId &_idZone,const char *_pszMsg); I have access to an objetive-c data structure that appears to store a copy of userID, and zoneID -- it looks like: @interface DataBlock : NSObject { GUID userID; GUID zoneID; } Looked up the GUID def, and its a struct with a bunch of overloaded operators for equality. • How to populate Java (web) application with initial data using Spring/JPA/Hibernate

  I want to setup my database with initial data programmatically. I want to populate my database for development runs, not for testing runs (it's easy). The product is built on top of Spring and JPA/Hibernate. Developer checks out the project Developer runs command/script to setup database with initial data Developer starts application (server) and begins developing/testing then: Developer runs command/script to flush the database and set it up with new initial data because database structures or the initial data bundle were changed What I want is to setup my environment by required parts in order to call my DAOs and insert new objects into database. I do not want to create initial data sets in raw SQL, XML, take dumps of database or whatever. I want to programmatically create objects and persist them in database as I would in normal application logic. One way to accomplish this would be to start up my application normally and run a special servlet that does the initialization. But is that really the way to go? I would love to execute the initial data setup as Maven task and I don't know how to do that if I take the servlet approach. There is somewhat similar question. I took a quick glance at the suggested DBUnit and Unitils. But they seem to be heavily focused in setting up testing environments, which is not what I want here. DBUnit does initial data population, but only using xml/csv fixtures, which is not what I'm after here. Then, Maven has SQL plugin, but I don't want to handle raw SQL. Maven also has Hibernate plugin, but it seems to help only in Hibernate configuration and table schema creation (not in populating db with data). How to do this?

• Ipad MPMovieplayerController video loads but automatically pauses when played

  Hello I am trying to get the MPMovieplayerController to work. I load a video everything goes wel i even see the first frame but then it automatically pauses, if i press play it pauses again. In the simulator it works perfectly but on the ipad device it gives the problem. I can even seek through the video and i see the frame i seeked to but nothing plays.   Are UITextFields not meant to be part of the LogicTests and instead part of the ApplicationTest target? I have a factory class that is responsible for creating and returning an (iPhone) UITextField and I'm trying to unit test it.   I operate a small IT consulting firm. One of my clients has expressed an interest in having an ASP.Net programmer on-site at their location for a six-month contract, with an option to hire. I've never really operated my company as a body shop (renting out talent for the long term) and an unfamiliar with how to price my quote. Assume I were to bring on a new developer as a 1099'ed contractor and then contract that person out to my client for the duration of the project. If I'm billing my client $X per hour for this developer's time, what should I be compensating this developer? $X/2 per hour? What's the typical ratio? If the client decides to hire this person at the end of the contract, what should I be compensated? Is it a flat finders fee, or maybe a function of the developer's annual salary? Would there be any advantage to actually hiring the person as a 1040'd employee rather than a 1099 contractor even if I can't offer him benefits? I know other body shops (like Robert Half) do this and never understood why.

  Hi Everyone, I just wanna create a MS plugin to hook SpringBoard. I'm following "gojohnnyboi" tutorial from here "http://www.ipodtouchfans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=103558". To create a dylib on XCode, I'm following "SkylarEC" tutorial. I mix these two great tutorials and finally got succeed by getting a dylib. But when I placed the dylib in the /Library/MobileSubstrate/DynamicLibraries/ nothing is happened (no alert was shown). By evaluating, I found that, this dylib doesn't have any starting point when it was loaded into the memory. So I mentioned a starting point by declaring a constructor in the .mm file like, __ attribute__((constructor)) static void init() { Class _$SBAppIcon = objc_getClass("SBApplicationIcon"); MSHookMessage($SBAppIcon, @selector(launch), (IMP) &_$ExampleHook_AppIcon_Launch, "_OriginalMethodPrefix"); } But when I'm trying to compile this, I'm getting an error like, Undefined symbols: "_MSHookMessage", referenced from: init() in ExampleHook.o ld: symbol(s) not found collect2: ld returned 1 exit status. Does anyone has idea how to solve this? It would be great and more helpful if anyone share the detailed tutorial/instructions to create a dylib on XCode. P.S I placed all the libsubstrate.dylib and substrate.h files in the corresponding location. And the locations are, libsubstrate.dylib : /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/usr/lib/ substrate.h : /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneOS3.0.sdk/usr/include and my base SDK is 3.0.

• Can't get NUnit to work in Visual Web Develper 2010 express.

  First off I was wondering whether it's possible to implement a functionality with Nunit where each time a project is created in Visual Web Developer 2010 I get a dialog asking whether I want to create a unit test project for current application like I saw it happen in the older versions of Visual Web Developer. I've tried just about everything to get NUnit 2.5.5 to work in Visual Web Developer 2010. For example, in nunit.exe.config I added under configuration <startup> <requiredRuntime version="v4.0.30319" /> </startup> and under runtime: <loadFromRemoteSources enabled="true" /> I then tried to launch nunit-console.exe in order to specify in the command line the option /framework=net-4.0, but the console would appear and instantly disappear. It didn't help when I tried running it as an administrator. I've also tried using Nunit as an external tool inside the Visual Web Developer by creating a toolbar as described in the following link: http://www.marthijnvandenheuvel.com/2010/06/09/using-nunit-in-visual-studio-2010/. It shows up as an icon in the toolbar. I ran my project called ToyStore and then clicked Nunit icon in order to launch it and it gave me a "System.IO.FileNotFoundException:Assembly not found:ToyStore.dll". So, needless to say, I'm pretty lost and don't know what to do and would greatly appreciate any help in getting Nunit to work.

• How to best implement Version Control for Web Development?

  Version control systems are obviously important in development projects but there use in web development projects appears to be more complex, what with the requirement of having a web server to run all but the simplest of web applications. With that in mind, I have looked around and discovered a few different methods of using version control in web development projects: Provide each developer with a virtual machine which is a replication of the development server and have the developer run their working copy of the application in the virtual machine. Have each developer use a sub domain on the development server, e.g. john.project.com and checkout their working copy of the app to the directories the sub domain points to. Use the version control system to checkout code, make a change, commit the code and then check it on the development server (which points to the head of the repository). I can see a drawback of 1 being the added time required to create the virtual machines and ensure that the virtual machines are kept insync with the development server (also the need(?) to continuously change the developers host file to point at the virtual machine not the development server). I can see 2 possibly being a problem if absolute URLs are used within the site unless there is an easy way to update the configuration to use the new subdomains as well. 3 is the easiest to set up but is rather primitive and it will presumably become quite tedious for a developer to keep checking in the code after every time change. How have the users of stackoverflow used version control with web development projects and which method/workflow was most effective. Please also include extra methods I haven't thought of / read about.

• Switching from Java to .NET from a career change point of view

  Could anyone share with me their experience with switching from Java to .NET from a career point of view? I've been a Java developer for 12 years and am just getting tired of how fragmented the Java world has become. For my liking, there's just too many frameworks, tools, application servers, etc.. And it seems each new tool just adds complexity and time to even the simplest of projects. I'm not trying to start any wars - I'm just giving you the reason I ask the main question. I've read a few books on .NET and have done one WebForms job. I love the integrated environment and would like to hear how others transitioned from Java to .NET. What I mean by that is did you do it somehow as a contractor or did you join a company as a beginner .NET developer with much Java experience? Personally, I'm ready to take the leap if I can figure out how to not lose too much income in the process (Senior Java developer to beginner .NET developer). I would really appreciate hearing your stories.

• How to organize the work when project needs to be re-implemented due to poor code quality?

  Hi, I have joined a very small where one main developer has been buiding the web app (.NET 4.0) during ~6 months. The project should be delivered within next 2 months. After first look at the code I can say that I would never allow it to go to production (things like catch { }, not tests at all with WebForms etc). So the code quality is incredibly low. My task is to improve that and still deliver the solution. So I plan to start with unit testing and MVC2 reimplementing most of the functionality (though using some of the existing code). I estimate that I will need about 6 weeks to catch up with the current progress and be on te same functionality level as the application will be in 6 months. The problem is that the main developer who has been working on the project does not seem to be very 'professional' and skillful (he seems to be really starting in IT and many basic things are unknown to him). It will take significant amount of time and effort to educate him how to do the proper testing, development and apply some patterns. I am ready to take responsibility for the reimplemnting the application but at the same time I don't want the main developer to be on idle but as he won't be able to significantly contribute to the better-world project at this stage I am not sure what would the best way to keep productivity high for both of us. Currently I think following solution is good enough: He proceeds doing what he does until I will catch up with him and then start working on a new project together. The problem is that of course this approach is not very productive as one developer will do better-world project while the other will proceed with what he did, effectively doing similar tasks. Can you suggest how we could better organise the work together in order to be most efficient for the overall project? Thanks, Dmitriy.

• Trying to compile x264 and ffmpeg for iPhone - "missing required architecture arm in file"

  I'm trying to compile x264 for use in an iPhone application. I see there are instructions on how to compile ffmpeg for use on the platform here: http://lists.mplayerhq.hu/pipermail/ffmpeg-devel/2009-October/076618.html , but I can't seem to find anything this complete for compiling x264 on the iPhone. I've found this source tree: http://gitorious.org/x264-arm that seems to have support for the ARM platform. Here is my config line: ./configure --cross-prefix=/usr/bin/ --host=arm-apple-darwin10 --extra-cflags="-B /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneOS3.2.sdk/usr/lib/ -I /Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneOS3.2.sdk/usr/lib/" ...and inside configure I'm using the gas-preprocessor script (first link above) as my assembler: gas-preprocessor.pl gcc When I start compiling, it chunks away for a little while, then it spits out these warnings and a huge list of undefined symbols: ld: warning: option -s is obsolete and being ignored ld: warning: -force_cpusubtype_ALL will become unsupported for ARM architectures ld: warning: in /usr/lib/crt1.o, missing required architecture arm in file ld: warning: in /usr/X11R6/lib/libX11.dylib, missing required architecture arm in file ld: warning: in /usr/lib/libm.dylib, missing required architecture arm in file ld: warning: in /usr/lib/libpthread.dylib, missing required architecture arm in file ld: warning: in /usr/lib/libgcc_s.1.dylib, missing required architecture arm in file ld: warning: in /usr/lib/libSystem.dylib, missing required architecture arm in file Undefined symbols: My guess would be that the problem has to do with the "missing required architecture arm in file" warning...any ideas?
