    I am getting the following error on one of our production servers. Not sure why it is working on the DEV server? Parser Error Description: An error occurred during the parsing of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific parse error details and modify your source file appropriately. Parser Error Message: Could not load type 'TestMvcApplication.MvcApplication'. Source Error: Line 1: <%@ Application Codebehind="Global.asax.cs" Inherits="TestMvcApplication.MvcApplication" Language="C#" % Source File: /global.asax Line: 1 Not sure if anybody came across this error before and how it was solved, but I have reached the end. Any help would be appreciated. I also need to mention that this is the published code, so all is compiled. Can there be something wrong with my compiler settings?

    I have wpf datagrid with multiple selection (model has properties IsSelected...) and it works fine, but when I start program, I have to click on the table first and after that work multiple selection. When I first click on the table it select item under cursor (if i have pressed shift, it select the item too, not do multiple selection). I supposed it can be because of datagrid hasnt focus, but when I do datagrid.Focus() on loaded window, it doesnt helped. Thanks a lot

    I'm using the Chart Controls for Mircosoft .NET Framerwork. Most of the time they work perfectly. However, if I leave a page for longer than 20-30 mins and then try to refresh the page, I get an error saying: Error executing child request for ChartImg.axd. Exception Details: System.Web.HttpException: Error executing child request for ChartImg.axd. If I update the page using an AJAX update panel I get the following error: Sys.WebForms.PageRequestManagerServerErrorException: Error executing child request for ChartImg.axd It seems that the chart handler stops after a period of inactivity. Most of the webpages I've looked at for this error are for situations when this error is displayed all the time. In my case it is only displayed after a period of inactivity. Can someone provide a better explanation of what is happening and suggest a solution?

    Is there a way to use multiple jQuery and jQuery UI Libraries in the same source? I know about noConflict and using multiple jQuery Libraries with this method, however is it possible to use multiple jQuery UI Libraries? Essentially I would like to use jQuery 1.2.6 and jQuery UI 1.6 together for a certain portion of the page that only works with those libraries and then for everything else use the latest jQuery Libraries of 1.4.2 and UI 1.8.     I know that the new 5xxx series cards from ATI are capable of powering up to 6 monitors, but I was curious if anyone had any such luck setting this up under linux. I actually only have three monitors that I am interested in using, but three is the point where the previous generation video cards started to get a little buggy as a result of needing multiple video cards. Is the linux support for this capability any good at this point, or is the Eyefinity support really only for windows at this time.

  • Apache ErrorDocument not working for PHP 500 error

    I have a number of ErrorDocuments setup in my .htaccess file for errors such as 404, 401, 403 etc which all redirect to my error page but the ErrorDocument set for a 500 error is never displayed when PHP reports a 500. The 500 code is sent to the browser and the output is blank. Is there something special I need to do to enable 500 error documents for use with PHP? My directives look like this: ErrorDocument 401 /errorpage.php?error=401 ErrorDocument 403 /errorpage.php?error=403 ErrorDocument 404 /errorpage.php?error=404 ErrorDocument 500 /errorpage.php?error=500 I've looked through the php.ini and can't see anything that would obviously override the Apache settings and there are no ErrorDocument directives in my httpd.conf either. Anywhere else I should be looking? Thanks in advance.

  • Tomcat - Redirect to Error Page when ServletContextListener fails

    When Tomcat starts it calls my ServletContextListener to obtain a database connection, which I will later use in other servlets with getServletContext(). It is called in my web.xml as: listener listener-class org.ppdc.database.DBCPoolingListener /listener-class /listener (I removed the < because they wouldn't display properly in this message. If I cannot connect to the database when Tomcat starts up I get a 404 error, because Tomcat cannot start the application. How can I redirect the user to a custom error page at this point? I tried the following in my web.xml (I have the < brackets in the original): (error-page) (error-code404/error-code) (location/file_not_found.html/location) (/error-page) Any ideas on how to redirect a user to one of my error pages when Tomcat tries to start the application?     For rendering I have a current GL context, associated to a window. In the case the application render multiple scenes (for example using accumulation or different viewports) I think it is ok to reuse the same context. My question, indeed, is: why should I use multiple GL context? I red on ARB_framebuffer_object extension spec that MakeCurrent call could be expansive, and in the case the ARB_framebuffer_object extension is present I can render on a generic buffer without using MakeCurrent. Apparently the only reason to use multiple GL context is to avoid to setup context state (pixel store, transfer, point size, polygon stipple...) or to have avaialable multiple render buffers configuration (one context with accumulation, another without). How to determine when is better an alternative context instead of setting context state? Thankyou all!

    Does anyone know a good matching monitor setup for multiple displays? Looking for 1920 x 1200 with IPS panel as the main screen and some 1600 x 1200 monitor for the side but no single manufacturer seems to make monitors that match like this. Do you all just deal with the resolution and size differences in multi setups or has anyone found decent IPS panel setups that match (size / vertical resolution)? Three 1920x1200 seems like overkill, that's why I was looking for 4:3 monitors for the sides.

    I've created a model in Xcode, and for various attributes I have minimum & maximum values defined and that are enforced by coreData at runtime. I'm using NSManagedObject validateValue:forKey:error to check for user input values. I was a bit disappointed to see that the localized error message is not specific, and I get a "The operation couldn't be completed. (Cocoa error 1620)" for too small values and a "The operation couldn't be completed. (Cocoa error 1610)" for too large values. It's written in the coreData documentation that "you can localize most aspects of a managed object model, including entity and property names and error messages". Unfortunately it's not very detailed on how you implement it for error messages. So How do you customize error message ? How do you localize them ? Is it possible to customize it in a way where it will mentioned the reference value ex: "Value should be lower than %@" or "Value should be higher than %@" ?

  • Windows 7 - Disable <ctrl + monitor#> screen switching functionality

    In windows 7, when I have multiple monitors extending my desktop, there is functionality to activate a certain monitor by pressing 'ctrl' + . So if I press 'ctrl' + 2, then the current program jumps over to the monitor identified as monitor 2. I'm sure this functionality serves a good purpose, but it can be rather anoying in programs that rely on 'ctrl' + # for other functionality. Is there a way to disable this feature in windows?
