  I'm attempting to draw a background to a chart. If I try to call canvas.beginFill(0xff0000,1) canvas.drawEllipse(10,200,300,-30); canvas.endFill() And -30 is outside the range of the chart, it won't draw anything. I want it to draw an ellipse that is cut off by the edge of the chart.

  I have to take over a project written in vb.net, which more than 400k lines of code written in option strict off mode. I want to build it under option strict on first before I do anything else -- which maybe converting it into C#. I found there's thousands of lines of code raises compilation error, mostly are about implicit type casts.   I'm building a Drupal theme up and want to know if there is a Drupalish way to add a css file only if the user has js turned off. This would ideally go in the theme.info file to keep it neat! Something like this would be ideal: conditional-stylesheets[if no javascript][all][] = nojs.css If this isn't possible then I'm going to keep all the css that needs JS out of the css files, and add it dynamically using JS but this seems a bit messy... Any ideas?

I have the same table with a sequence in ORACLE, I couldn't find a snippet that shows how to disable the sequence and set it to start again with the MAX(id) + 1.
