  I'm using Prism in my WPF application and up to now, I've been loading the modules via var moduleCatalog = new ConfigurationModuleCatalog();. I'd like to get the module catalog from a database. The Prism documentation indicates that this is possible, but it doesn't go into any details. Has anyone done this and can provide some guidance?

• iPad OpenGL ES FPS too slow!

  I'm currently working on an OpenGL ES 1.1 app for the iPad its running at full 768x1024 iPad resolution, with textures, polygons, and the works but only at about 30 fps! (not fast enough for my purposes) im pretty sure its not my code, because when i lowered the resolution, the FPS increased, eventually the normal 60 at iPod touch resoultion Is anyone else encountering this FPS slowdown? should I reduce the size then scale up? any guidance is much appreciated!

  Our shopping website is based on drupal's ubercart. I have setup ApacheSolr and ApacheSolr Ubercart integration modules. I have created a few products on my website, but am unable to get these products indexed. The default ApacheSolr module works, i.e., I am able to index drupal's default stories. But am unable to achieve indexing for ubercart. Guidance is greatly appreciated. Even links to tutorials to set these up would be helpful.

• How to make an image randomizer from gallery directory?

  Hello, I would like to make a image randomizer/slider that randomly displays an image from a designated gallery and has controls to view the next/previous image. I have seen this done where images must be coded into arrays, but I would like to be able to just drop images into a /img/gallery directory and have the randomizer/slider pull random images from that directory. Could anyone offer some guidance on how to do this, possibly using jQuery, or refer me to a tutorial that does something like this?

  I have created a volume controller for iTunes but I would like this app to place an icon on the OS X system menu bar and have my slider controller drop down. I created this because I have to switch to iTunes to change the volume of the music because I am using the digital-out audio and the keyboard keys do not work in digital-out mode.   I'm writing a Java program that will be used on both Windows and Mac. In the program, I'm using FFMPEG to convert a MOV file to an FLV. On Windows, it's no problem -- simply call the command. But on Mac, I'm not quite sure what to do. Does the user really have to install FFMPEG on their machine, or can it somehow be included in the Java application? Thanks for any help/guidance!

  Almost all is dialed in except then I click the pause/play button, the current activeSlide div doesn't fade in on rollover like the other slides do. Bit at a loss to figure out why it's not allowing hover even though it works when the cycle is not manually paused (i.e. when just rolling over the pager numbers). • Use OpenOffice to do server-side ppt(x) to swf conversion

  I'd like to turn Powerpoint presentations to SWF files the same way that OpenOffice does it, except automatically through a command line call. I came across http://stackoverflow.com/questions/886144, which led me to explore PyUNO bridge, which comes with OpenOffice as well as the OpenOffice command line API, but I wasn't able to make anything productive of it. Any guidance is appreciated. If there is a good solution outside of OpenOffice, I would be happy to try it too.
