  I am getting this error after uploading my web app to my Rackspace box. CS0246: The type or namespace name 'User' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?) It's odd because it works fine on my local computer where I do development. The actual line of code is: public User user = new User(); I am using C#.

• Static Map API that supports HTTPS requests and is free

  Any options out there? Google Static Maps with SSL (HTTPS) is only available to Premier members. Bing's Open Map API seems to have the same restricts. Any other ideas? I'm debating whether to schedule a cronjob to wget over http and dump the images I need into a folder (named after the content object IDs that reference them), but I'd rather find a free map API (or something less klugey) that supports HTTPS requests.

  Hi, I'm currently using the apalike style for my bibliography, using natbib for author-year, however when I generate the bibliography I lose the labels that normally precede the reference, i.e. [S. Rostami, 2010] Shahin Rostami (2010) http://stackoverflow.com/questions/ask etc etc.. I read apalike.bst and it seems this is intended, my quesiton is, how do I get them back? Something I can include in the preamble? Otherwise is there a similar style that shows labels?

I am basically showing a panel with the same view layout with just different data depending on which link is pressed, showing different match scores from games.   quick question is the public key token for ADODB dll different for 64bit and 32bit. I am trying to use a COM api which uses ADODB.Recordset and some how I am not able select the right version of ADODB in VS(2010) it asks for 2.8.0.0 and I add 2.8 from the reference dialog. • Avaudioplayer problem regarding songs

  I am using avaudioplayer for playing mp3 songs. The problem is in being able to catch the instance of the player to control it i.e. Stop it, Play it etc. The code by default creates multiple instances of the same player and overlaps the songs.   I have two classes which I need to reference each other. class Foo { public Foo(IBar bar) {} } class Bar { public Bar(IFoo foo) {} } When I do: container.RegisterAutoWiredAs<Foo, IFoo>(); container.RegisterAutoWiredAs<Bar, IBar>(); and when I try to resolve either interface I get a circular dependency graph which results in an eternal loop. Is there an easy way to solve this in Funq or do you know of a workaround?

  Is it possible to utilize MVC 2 from MonoDevelop 2.2 (using Mono 2.4)? If so - is it as simple as grabbing a reference to the new System.Web.Mvc or is there something else to consider? I realize that any templating support in MonoDevelop may not be 100% there since it was built to utilize MVC v1 (at least as of MonoDevelop 2.2). If anyone can add any other tips or tricks that would help as well.

  i have this in the superview: mySubView = [[MySubView alloc] init]; [self addSubview:mySubView]; [mySubView release]; then at some point later, in the sub view, this: [self removeFromSuperview]; when i debug it, i notice that the dealloc for the subview is never called, even though i'm fairly sure the reference count should be 0. any ideas why this might be? thanks.
