    Hey, what i want to do is to make a int that will be the ID of the entity and auto increment itself whenever a new entity is added (just like a SQL identity property). Is this possible? i tried using indexed (checked on attribute) however there is no description to what indexed even does. EDIT: I am adding annotations to a map, when you click the pin the annotationview with a chevron shows up. Now when you click this button i would like to load an associated picture. However the only way i know how to link the picture to this button is to give the picture a unique id, and then set the button.tag to this id and then load based on the button.tag.

    This is what I have in my schema section of my WSDL to specify the field has to be comparison operators <xsd:simpleType> <xsd:restriction base="xsd:string"> <xsd:pattern value="&lt;|&gt;|&lt;=|&gt;=|="/> </xsd:restriction> </xsd:simpleType> SoapUI complains about this part of the WSDL, I tried to set the value to something with non special characters and the WSDL is valid. So I tried to replace that whole long string to be value=">gt;" and it valid but value="<lt;" is not valid, and value=">" is also not valid. My question is, why does the WSDL validation need > to be double escaped? The main question is, how to provide a valid less than side within the pattern value.

Wish there was a collectWithIndex ... Any suggestions?

    I'm having some trouble with the query below. I am trying to determine if the "category" field is A, B or C and then creating a field based on the category. That field would sum up payments field. But I'm running into error saying "incorrect syntax near keyword As". I am creating this in a SQL View.     I'm trying to do something really simple but it's taking me ages to figure out how to do it properly. I want to have a button that simply deletes a member from a group. So in my view I have <div id="del-role">{{=A('Delete Role',_class="btn btn-danger", callback=URL('test'),delete='#del-role')}}</div> However, when I click the button, the only thing I get is a Javascript prompt asking whether I'm sure I want to delete the specified object, yes/no. That's fine but, what I'd really like to do is just auth.del_membership('role') What needs to go in my controller? I do not want any page redirection, I just want to auth.del_membership(role) This seemingly simple thing is taking me forever to understand. Thanks!

Y can construct Lessthan, LessOrEqualThan etc equivalents as Expression has this operators predefined. ¿How can I transform this code to do the same with strings? Expression don't give me a predefined operator like "contains" or "startwith" and I'm really noob with Expression trees. Thanks, and please Post your answer in C#/VB.     Recently I saw in my Webmaster tools that some random sites are linking to my site. Actually this is not an big issue. The issue comes when the pages that are linked are not real pages because of my httaccess file. This is the htaccess code that Im running: <pre> #Options +FollowSymLinks RewriteEngine on RewriteRule ^([^/\.]+)/?$ index.php?id=$1 [L] RewriteRule ^([0-9]+)/(.*)$ index.php?id=$1 [L] </pre> So the real URLs would be: mysite.com/folder/999/TITLE-OR-NAME But cecause I only check the 1st folder ($1) which is an I numberD, this htaccess file is allowing hackers linking to my site with random URLs like: mysite.com/folder/999/TITLE-OR-NAME1 mysite.com/folder/999/TITLE-OR-NAME2 mysite.com/folder/999/TITLE-OR-NAME3 mysite.com/folder/999/TITLE-OR-NAME4 mysite.com/folder/999/TITLE-OR-NAME5 The worst part comes when google tells me that I am duplicating content!!! Actually I am not duplicating content, the htaccess is duplicating it for me. And yes I know, Im a bad newbie programmer but Id really appreciate your help with this cause Im struggling to find a solution but it never.     I have to store versionName of a template. VersionName is autoincremented.If last versionName is "Version 1.0", next should be "version 2.0". First time when a template is created, I have to store "Version 1.0". I am using VersionName = "Version "+((LatestVersion+1).ToString()) LatestVersion holds the last version which is 0 in case added for first time. This seems to be a ugly workaround and doesnot even yield Version 1.0. it yields Version 1. I Tried with Version class as well,it does not work. How to accomplish this.Please suggest

    Class.forName(boolean.class.getName()); This doesn't work in Java - the virtual machine slaps you with a ClassNotFoundException. I was in need for something like that because I wanted to reflect methods based on Strings that included the method signatures, like public void doSomething(boolean yesWeCan, java.lang.String[] presidents); At the end I came up with a custom 'ClassFactory' which translates the type Strings to class objects. This factory includes a lot of handlers for primitive and array type values. The handler for array type objects is something like: if (isArrayOfObjects) { return Class.forName("L["+typeName.replace("[]", "")+";"); } My question is - have I missed something in the Java 1.5+ API that might do the trick?
