• Dynamically generated controls issue.

  I have a form with a panel docked in it. I then dynamically create 15 panels (named: panel_n) and 15 pictureboxes (named: picturebox_n) on the primary panel (named ContainerPanel). When dragging the any picturebox over a panel (panel_n) created using the relevant mouse events. I would like to get the panel's name that the picture box was dragged over. The mouse cursor seems to be captured. I have tried creating a IMessageFilter interface, but there are still no events that trigger when dragging one of the pictureboxes over any one of the panels. The ClientRectangle.IntersectsWith function also does not work as the co-ords are always 0,0. All I need is the panel name where the picturebox was dragged over (preferably on the mouseup event)

  I have a menu that is toggled when a user selects a link. The menu has an animation attached, and I want to prevent toggling while the animation is running.   Hi, I have a table, department , with several bit fields to indicate department types One is Warehouse (when true, indicate the department is warehouse) And I have another table, ManagersForWarehouses with following structure: ID autoinc WarehouseID int (foreign key reference DepartmentID from departments) ManagerID int (foreign key reference EmployeeID from employees) StartDate EndDate To set new manager for warehouse, I insert in this table with EndDate null, and I have a trigger that sets EndDate for previous record for that warehouse = StartDate for new manager, so a single manager appears for a warehouse at a certain time. I want to add two check constraints as follows, but not sure how to do this do not allow to insert into ManagersForWarehouses if WarehouseID is not marked as warehouse Do not allow to uncheck Warehouse if there are records in ManagersForWarehouses Thanks

  I am using camel 2.9.0 in my project. We have a number of routes divided into different camel contexts. Each camel context is bundled separately and deployed in Apache Karaf. Now the problem is divied into 2 parts: 1.) Each route is a scheduled route. Although using Quartz component, we are able to define a cron expressio in each route, we want a console where in we can trigger,stop any route and also put a cron expression to any route.(Scheduling a route through a web console is our main objective). 2.) Also we tried to configure the cron expression for each route through quartz.property. But if someone wants to change the cron expression at runtime in Apache Karaf, then we have to stop the bundle deployed and start in again. What can be done to change the value of cron expression at runtime. Any replies and help would be appreciable. Piyush

I set the checkboxes to be checked="checked" and i am trying to trigger an event to happen when i change these dynamically inserted checkboxes but nothing occurs. • Getting "too many rows" error inside a "for" cursor loop

  I have a trigger that contains two cursors loops, one nested inside the other like this: FOR outer_rec IN outer_cursor LOOP FOR inner_rec IN inner_cursor LOOP -- Do some calculations END LOOP; END LOOP; Somewhere in this it is throwing the following error: ORA-01422: exact fetch returns more than requested number of rows I've been trying to determine where it's coming from for an hour or so.. but should this error never happen? Also.. I am assuming the inner loop automatically closes and opens itself again every time the outer loop goes the next record, i hope this is correct.

• Scheduled cron job to check for pending activity

  Using PHP ... This is for my personal use so I'm thinking maybe 3-4 emails a day. I'm at a point where I can send an email to a dedicated email address where my script parses the message and stores it into a DB. Now, I need to figure out the best way to check the records in the DB for any upcoming task. I feel like I'm missing something, maybe like a trigger field as to when a reminder should go out. However, that's not a concern to me at the moment since I'll just send an alert 15 mins prior to the due date. Question is, shoudl I run a cron job that queries the DB every minute? I take it the query will have to say something like "select all tasks that is due within 15 minutes."

How is it that I can get to those classes? Would I have to for example instantiate the class? If so, once I instantiate it, how would I be able access them. • Drop down selection not registered when form submitted quickly?!

  Hello all, I have noticed a strange thing that happens on my web app when the server is under heavy loads (I am remoting on to the Windows Server). I have a drop down box which is generated dynamically (server side). When I make a selection and quickly press the submit button to indicate my selection the next page does not register my selection but if I do it a bit more slowly it will. I have not come across this before, has anyone? I know its a small issue but there are a lot of "trigger happy", including me... should I put a delay before the form is submitted? If I do, I can only guess the right amount of time. Or is there an underlying problem with my web app? Thanks all

• Backing Up User Data when data is not in use. Should I be concerned?

  This may be a dumb question. I would like to use duplicity to make backups to Amazon S3 of directories, each of which contains a different user's data. Each directory could be written to at any time. So I have two questions: Should I be concerned that a scheduled backup of a directory might occur in the middle of data being written to files in the directory, resulting in a corrupted backup? And if that is a valid concern, how would I go about temporarily delaying an operation while IO was happening, to try to minimize that effect. Thanks for the advice

  Is there a way I can set text to an EditTextView, but not trigger its onTextChanged() or afterTextChanged(). In onTextChanged(), I am making a server call to get autocompletes. But once the user selects from the dropdown, I want to set text to the EditTextView, but it again calls the server and shows the dropdown. While I can have a flag not to make server call when selected from dropdown, using the onItemClick() on dropdown(ListView). How can I remove the flag again, if the user tried to edit the text later.

  I have ~2 million rows or so of data, each row with an artificial PK, and two Id fields (so: PK, ID1, ID2). I have a unique constraint (and index) on ID1+ID2. I get two sorts of updates, both with a distinct ID1 per update. 100-1000 rows of all-new data (ID1 is new) 100-1000 rows of largely, but not necessarily completely overlapping data (ID1 already exists, maybe new ID1+ID2 pairs) What's the most efficient way to maintain this 'set'? Here are the options as I see them: Delete all the rows with ID1, insert all the new rows (yikes) Query all the existing rows from the set of new data ID1+ID2, only insert the new rows Insert all the new rows, ignore inserts that trigger unique constraint violations Any thoughts?

To be more precisely, my requirements are the following: the toolbar should consist of iconic and textual buttons and dropdown widgets buttons should either trigger actions directly or open submenus buttons and submenus should have the ability to remember the last selected state buttonsets should group multiple buttons and only allow one of them to be active In short words, I'm looking for a real toolbar in jquery and not for some modified site menu. I experimented with the button/buttonset/menu widget in jquery ui 1.9m2, but found its IE performance rather poor. It also felt awkward to combine these isolated widgets into a logically connected toolbar. Does anyone know of a better jquery toolbar plugin?

  I'm attempting to send a message to a remote private queue from an error queue with powershell. Anyone's got any idea what could trigger such an error? The queue definitely exists- I do manage to peek it. Also, the reason I get the message from the error queue by peeking is just for testing purposes; I have tried doing the same thing with Receive and the result is the same.

  Hi! I toyed around with .load() and .ajax(), but i didn't get to an end. Here's what I need: Everey minute the function shall check if it can load a certain page. if the connection succeeds, I want the page to be refreshed, if not, nothing shall happen, the script shall retry later. • How can I treat a sequence value like a generated key?

  Here is my situation and my constraints: I am using Java 5, JDBC, and DB2 9.5 My database table contains a BIGINT value which represents the primary key. For various reasons that are too complicated to go into here, the way I insert records into the table is by executing an insert against a VIEW; an INSTEAD OF trigger retrieves the NEXT_VAL from a SEQUENCE and performs the INSERT into the target table. I can change the triggers, but I cannot change the underlying table or the general approach of inserting through the view. I want to retrieve the sequence value from JDBC as if it were a generated key. Question: How can I get access to the value pulled from the SEQUENCE. Is there some message I can fire within DB2 to float this sequence value back to the JDBC driver?

The Cloud9 documentations do not mention anything about it. The Cloud9 documentation assume a sing user on localhost or bind to another address without one hard set username and hard set password. • finding last loop through a jQuery object

  Sample jquery. Assume $cog is a cached selector of multiple items. $cog.fadeOut('slow',function(){ alert('hey'); }) In that example, of $cog is a jQuery object of 4 DOM elements, the above will fade each element out one by one, and trigger an alert each time on the callback (4 alerts). I'd like to only call the alert when all 4 elements are done with their fadeOut function. This: $cog.fadeOut('slow',function(){ }) alert('hey'); when run, will show an alert, then the $cog elements disappear (I'm guessing due to timing issues with the fadeOut animation) Is there a way when calling a function against multiple DOM objects in a jQuery object to know when it's done with the last item?
