  • Tcl question - how to list functions in a namespace

    I am trying to list all of the functions a namespace has in it (warning - I'm really new to Tcl, so I'll probably use the wrong words for parts of Tcl). For example, I have a tcl shell someone compiled for me (if that's the right way to phrase it), and I know at least one function exists, let's call it blah::do_something I know in ruby there are ways to list all the functions in a module/namespace. How would I find out what other functions are available in the blah namespace in Tcl? Thanks in advance

  • What is the difference between PS1 and PROMPT_COMMAND

    While taking a look at this awesome thread I noticed that some examples use PS1="Blah Blah Blah" and some use PROMPT_COMMAND="Blah Blah Blah" (and some use both) when setting the prompt in a bash shell. What is the difference between the two? An SO search and even a bit of broader google searching aren't getting me results, so even a link to the right place to look for the answer would be appreciated. Thanks!

  • Prism's ItemsControl seems to have a xaml parse error. Why?

    I am at a loss as to why my Shell.xaml's ItemsControl is causing a parse error. I know the syntax is correct because I copied the Silvelright project files from a working project. Right now my only guess is that ItemsControl is dependent on something else.     Hi, I maintain a subproject which is running on the project's SVN server. I personally prefer to work with Git - the problem is that the entire community uses SVN, expects RFCs with a SVN compatible patch-file and people are familiar with SVN and send bugfixes agains that SVN repository too. Therefore my only problem is to create patch files which are compatible with Git and SVN at the same time. Is there some kind of smart shell-script or even a buildin feature I'm not aware of? Cheers

    I haven't quite figured this out. EVERY piece of documentation I've found covers how to use xdebug to debug scripts running in Apache. I need to debug a php CLI script. So, for instance, how do I pass the XDEBUG_SESSION_START variable in to get xdebug to kick on? I'm specifically trying to debug a CakePHP shell.     I connected to my live device using the adb and the following commands: C:\>adb -s HT829GZ52000 shell $ ls ls sqlite_stmt_journals cache sdcard etc system sys sbin proc logo.rle init.trout.rc init.rc init.goldfish.rc init default.prop data root dev $ cd data cd data $ ls ls opendir failed, Permission denied I was surprised to see that I have access denied. How come I can't browse around the directories using the commandline like this? How do I get root access on my phone?

    Is there a way to have a full interpreter in Erlang, not just a "shell". Since it is a dynamic language, not being able to define named functions in the interpreter is a little bit disappointing... I suspect that it is because compilation units (modules) must be explicitly compiled for their execution by the VM, but maybe a REPL acting as a dynamic/recompilable module exist?
