As I'm setting a custom directory for the sessions, because I've read from various php security guides, that setting a custom directory on shared hosting for sessions; can improve session security. But the problem is I've read somewhere that PHP does/handles the session garbage cleaning only when the session_save_path is the default and not modified (ie. using a custom directory)? - is this true, if so is their a solution for this?. (take into consideration I'm using shared hosting). Appreciate all help!

  Current Situation: I'm doing a simple MVC site for keeping journals as a personal project. My concern is I'm trying to keep the interaction between the pages and the classes simplistic. Where I run into issues is the password field. The problem arises that in the code below book.password is always null, I'm pretty sure this is because of the custom setter.   Hey all. I have been trying for hours to figure this out. I have some JSON from a NSURLConnection. This is working fine and I have parsed it into an array. But I can't seem to get the array out of the connectionDidFinishLoading method. I an am getting (null) in the UITableViewCell method. I am assuming this is a scope of retain issue, but I am so new to ObjC I am not sure what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.   Hey. I am loading in data to a UITableView, from a custom UITableViewCell (own class and nib). It works great, until I try to access the indexPath.row/[indexPath.row].   I have stored the videos and the thumbnail images of the videos in Documents folder. And I have given the path in plist. In plist I took an array and I added directories to the array. I used following code but it is not working. I am trying only for images.   I have to be missing something simple here but it escapes me. After the user enters a new person to a mutable array I want to update the table. The mutable array is the datasource. This pattern continues and it only ever prints two people, and it's always the last two people. What the heck am I missing?

When i run this with 3.2 sdk or on the iPad the UITextField isn't aligned properly to the left, overlapping the cell and i have to use a UITextField width of 270 instead of 280 UITextField *txtField = [[UITextField alloc] initWithFrame:CGRectMake(0, 0, 270, 24)]; It seems something is wrong the pixel ratio. How can this be fixed? Is there a way to determine the version of os the device has ( 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 3.2 or maybe even the 4.0) or can it be done another way? Thank you Teo

• "reset" cells after changing orientation

  Hi, I added the interfaceOrientation to my app. It works fine concerning the views. Some of the table-cells I defined by CGRects to position the text in the cell. In portrait-mode the cell is 300px long, in landscape-mode 420px. • Problem in UITableViewDelegate - RowSelected gives wrong NSIndexPath

  I have a UITableViewSource which I have subclassed. I'm overriding GetCell and using my own subclassed cells, like so: public override UITableViewCell GetCell(UITableView tableView, NSIndexPath indexPath) { MarketItem item=_tableItems[indexPath.Section].Items[indexPath.Row]; MarketCell cell=tableView.DequeueReusableCell(_cellIdentifier) as MarketCell; if (cell==null) { cell=new MarketCell(UITableViewCellStyle.Subtitle,_cellIdentifier,item); } // decorate the cell // ... return cell; } This works but when I get events in my UITableViewDelegate, the index path gets me the wrong cell (events like AccessoryButtonTapped, WillSelectRow etc). The Section and Row numbers look correct but when I do a tableView.CellAt(indexPath) I get the wrong cell. (The row and section numbers again look correct.) Things to note: The table is constantly being updated - items arrive in a different thread which are then InvokeOnMainThread'd Although the table is constantly updated, rows and sections are only added - nothing is re-ordered or deleted If I pause the updates when I get a 'WillSelectRow', it doesn't help Most interestingly (but not a shippable solution) if I make a new cell each time rather than doing DequeueReusableCell, it works correctly. I can't help thinking it's a stupid bug of my own making but can't find it. Any help would be most gratefully received!

  Hi, I have a list of about 5 items in a tableview which I bought them from a database and now when i am trying to push each of them into different views in DidSelectRow() what I am seeing is it is showing me all the views in all the categories.... here is the code I have written....
