    Hello i'm trying to generate a proxy class from a local wsdl file with eclipse Galileo and axis 2 1.4 on windows xp . My problem is that i get an error due to an imported schema inside the wsdl . In fact i can download the file from the browser without problems. There's an option to specify a proxy to wsdl2java or someone has resolved this issue ? For the moment i've downloaded the xsd, added it to the project and changed the wsdl to include the relative file (instead of the remote one) , but i'd prefer to avoid this , because the file is a third party service wsdl. thank you in advance for any hint Stefano

  • NetBeans not liking libraries in lib-src

    I'm working on a project with a group that is using Eclipse, but I'm using Netbeans. Up until today this wasn't an issue. When updating from the repo they have added some source code as a library under a directory called /lib-src. When I try to compile the code I get an error that it can't find certain packages... these are the packages under /lib-src. Using NetBeans I can add the library as a folder so now the references to those packages are happy.     I want to build reusable widget. It should be ordinal composite of standard elements. What is the best approach. Below is the code sample which I use currently, however there might be something more elegant. Furthermore the sample below runs perfectly in runtime, but visual editor in Eclipse is throwing exceptions (which is not a problem for me at this time). Is there any recommended way of creating composites?   • Is there a faster way to launch Activity on Android when using maven?

    Within Eclipse, everything works perfectly when I run 'mvn install android:deploy'...however, this takes about 18 seconds to complete. Is there a faster way to launch my android application.   • Files built with a makefile are disapearing (including the binary)

Usually it tells me which ones arn't partitioned and stuff, and I only have 6 drives in my server and there's 6 showing up here so I'm only assuming the first ones already mounted and formatted correctly?     Hi I am using edtftpj-pro3.1 trial copy in my android app to make SFTP connection with the server. After few connections with the server with 5-6 file transfers, my app is crashing with following exception. Is it causing the problem or what could be the problem??   • Facebook Error: "The client token cannot be used for this API" - works on DEV and STAGE but not on LIVE app?

    I've built a notification sending system that sends notifications to all users of our app, using the app access token. This system is currently running on my localhost. When I configure it with the appid and appsecret for my dev and stage environments, it works fine. But when I put in the appid and appsecret of the LIVE app, I get this error: {"message":"The client token cannot be used for this API", "type":"OAuthException", "code":190} So what's different between dev and live? Dev and Stage are in sandbox mode, Live is not. So I tried disabling sandbox mode on Dev/Stage and they continue to function fine. Dev works fine, Stage works fine, Live gives this error. All other code is the same except for the appid, appsecret, and redirect_uri (changing it to match the domain of each environment). I have checked this post, but unfortunately resetting our appsecret on a site with 1,000,000 users is not something we can do at the moment (too much other functionality relies on it).

    Whenever I try to import my Eclipse project to Android Studio I get the following error : You are using an old, unsupported version of Gradle. Please use version 1.8 or greater. Please point to a supported Gradle version in the project's Gradle settings or in the project's Gradle wrapper (if applicable.) Consult IDE log for more details (Help | Show Log) Im using Android Studio 0.3 and Ubuntu, I also tried it on a Windows 8 box with fresh install but getting the same error. I'm using default gradle wrapper and I tried checking and unchecking auto import option. Is this a bug? How can I get around it. How do I update gradle to 1.8 or check the current gradle version?   • Strage character encoding problem with Eclipse / Spring / Tomcat 6

    Hi, I have been trying things all da but can't get a proper solution. My problem is: I am developing a Spring MVC based app in my local Tomcat. My MYSQl database has UTF-8 encoding set, all content in there displays properly when using phpMyAdmin. Also the output in LOG files using log4j in catalina.out works fine. My JSP pages are configured by <!-- encoding --> <%@ page contentType="text/html; charset=UTF-8" %> <%@ page pageEncoding="UTF-8" %> Also showing data on my JSP works fine. I can also send data from my Controller without any DB intereference using special chars, e.g. String str = "UTF-8 Test: Ä Ö Ü ß è é â"; logger.debug(str); mav.addObject("utftest", str); That displays correctly in log and on jsp page in browser. BUT: When having special chars directly in my JSP file, e.g. for text in headers, this does not work. FF and Google Chrome display strange chars but report the page to be UTF-8. When switching to Latin, the chars just get more and more strange. Same problem when showing text tokens from my messages.properties file, although Eclipse says when right-clicking that UTF-8 will be used. I am a little it lost and don't know where to check now. Summary: DB storage is fine DB output on JSP is fine Output on JSP directly form controller is fine even reading in form forms is fine .properties files and JSP text is not fine !!! Any ideas? I really appreciate and tips.

    Goodmorning everybody, I'm having a little problem with a project for school. We are told to make an Iterator that implements Enumeration over a Hashmap. The problem now is that eclipse keeps telling me I havent implemented the methods from Enumeration. If I use the quick fix it just adds the hasMoreElements() and nextElement() dummy methods in my class. Somehow it doesn't see these methods in the inner class.. Can anyone help me please? Any help is appreciated.

  • JConsole does not connect when a program (running in eclipse) is waiting for a console input

    Hi, I have a problem similar to the one mentioned here. I have a program which launches a selenium browser and refreshes it every 2 seconds. My idea here was to monitor the memory usage of my application as the page is being hit. This console program does a "System.in.read" and when a user presses enter key, this stops the browser refresh thread. I run the program and it runs as I would expect it to. But when I fire jconsole and attach it to the process, it looks like jconsole waits forever to attach. This is because of the "System.in.read", apparently as shown in the JConsole source. In my code it makes perfect sense for me to terminte the browser when user presses something so is there any alternative available at all ?   • EPL (Eclipse Public Licence) for commercial usage

    Hi, I'm developing an application which requires a third party framework which is under an Eclipse Public Licence (EPL). The application is a server-side commercial application which will be running on my servers. The EPL software is distributed as binaries (jar files). I'm only using the packages and am not making any contribution, i.e. not making any changes to the source. Under EPL I believe I'm not a "Contributor" nor am I making a "Contribution". But if I want to make my software available to be installed at some offsite server I'm having trouble with REQUIREMENTS of EPL: b.iv - "states that source code for the Program is available from such Contributor, and informs licensees how to obtain it in a reasonable manner on or through a medium customarily used for software exchange". Does this mean that if I where to modify the source code of the 3rd party framework for my own purposes I would need to distribute all of my source code? EPL is supposed to be commercially friendly but it doesn't seem that way to me. Thank you.
