• NullPointerException on TextView

  I'm building a simple program to use in multi processes (Threads). My question is more to understand - when I have to use a reserved word synchronized? Do I need to use this word in any method that affects the bone variables?   I want to use swig for generation of read-only wrappers for a complex object. The object which I want to wrap will always be existent while I will read it. And also I will only use my wrappers at the time that object is existent, thus I don't need any memory management from SWIG. For following swig interface: %module test %immutable; %inline %{ struct Foo { int a; }; struct Bar { int b; Foo f; }; %} I will have a wrappers which will have a lot of garbage in generated interfaces and do useless work which will reduce performance in my case. • Why this search can not generate correct result?

  Hi, All: Below is to find same customer and if he is in list, the number add one. If he is not in the list, just add him in the list. I use Search function to do this, but failed and generated incorrect records. It can not find the customer or the right number of customers. But if I use For..loop to iterate the list, it does well and can find the customer and add new customer in that for..loop search procedure. (I did not paste for ..loop search procedrue here). Another problem is that there is no difference between setting list.sorted true and false. It seems Search function is not correct. This search function is from an example of delphi textbook.   I am not able to validate passord with ()-=_+ , i.e it should accept these special characters but its not working when i use the regular expression as `validates_format_of :password, :with => /^[A-Za-z0-9. ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ - + = ]*\z/` its only excepting till * but not accepting ()-=_+ in ruby on rails.

• Is there a way for a user to disable an AlertDialog completely?

  In the app I'm making, I have an "if" statement where if two strings are saved to a certain string, an AlertDialog pops up. These strings will stay the same for some users, thus having this AlertDialog constantly pop up whenever they launch the activity where the ALertDialog is set to appear.   I am trying to match what is before /../ but after / with regular expressions, but i want it to look back and stop at the first / I feel like I am close but it just looks at the first slash and then takes everything after it like... input is this: this/is/a/./path/that/../includes/face/./stuff/../hat and my regular expression is #\/(.*)\.\.\/# matching /is/a/./path/that/../includes/face/./stuff/../ instead of just that/../ and stuff/../ how can i adapt what i'm doing to work?

I want the annotation to be in the same column as the method definition but I can't seem to find a way to tell vim to do that, except maybe using an indent expression but I'm not sure if I can use that together with regular cindent. edit: The filetype plugin was already turned on I just got a bit confused about indenting plugins. The accepted answer may be a bit hackish but works for me as well.
