  • jQuery callbacks - short version

    I've dug the manual and tried extensivelly to drop the extra function(){...} call after the error and success to do it like mootools but to no good luck.   • Removing associated entity JPA

    Hi I have a question regarding JPA persistence in Glassfish. Situation: I have a Supplier class that has a 1:n bidirectional relation to SupplierAddress. I would like to have the following behaviour: If I remove the SupplierAddress object from the List in the Supplier object and update it via the merge(supplierobject), the SupplierAddress tupel/object should be deleted. Is there an annotation do configure it like this or do I have to delete it manually. Any help would be very appreciated. Greetings Marcel

  • Is there any reasonable use of a function returning an anonymous struct?

I have to return a pointer to an anonymous struct so I can create an instance of the object within the templatized function func, can I do something similar without returning a pointer? I guess the most important, is there ANY (real-world) use for this at all? As the example given above leaks and is admittedly contrived. By the way, what the function foo(a,b) does is, to return a struct containing two numbers, the sum of all numbers from 1 to a and the product of a and b. EDIT: Maybe the line new T could use a boost::shared_ptr somehow to avoid leaks, but I haven't tried that. Would that work?

    I'm looking for a free, open-sourced web application written in C#/VB.Net on top of ASP.Net, which functions like Plesk or cPanel when it comes to (remote) file management. Something that simulates a regular FTP client, but actually displays web pages over HTTP, with the following functions: Create Folder Rename File/Folder Delete File/Folder Change Timestamp ("Touch") Move Archive etc. I saw a few commercial tools, but nothing when it comes to OSS. Any ideas? links?

  • For how long can a file be locked in windows after program is closed?

    In a couple of scripts that I use I have problem that is intermittent. Sometimes the script fails when trying to delete a file. According to the error log due to the file being accessed by an other process. I'm guessing that windows not had time to release the file after the previous operation performed on the file ended. What amount of time would be a good guesstimate after which windows should have had time to release the file again?

    I have a boost multi_index_container declared as below which is indexed by hash_unique id(unsigned long) and hash_non_unique transaction id(long). Insertion and retrieval of elements is fast but when I delete elements, it is much slower.     Hello, I have been reading about Unit of Work pattern but I am confused about how the UoW actually persists data. When we commit the changes, UoW should iterate through the list of Added, Updated and Deleted objects and somehow find a class responsible to Add, Update, Delete objects of a certain type. I couldn't find an example showing this technique. Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated. Mosh

The problem is that it creates them under owner 99 99 (nobody) and after I can't delete or modify them by FTP without the help of the server admin. I think that is move_uploaded_file function of php. Is there any solution of this problem by the WHM or by the server admin? Can I modify the default owner in ftp?

  • Add Imagebutton to DataGridView in C#

    I am trying to do a simple 'Delete Row' button in a DataGridView that I have, but the problem is that I would like it to be an ImageButton rather than a simple Button. Currently I have it setup to be a ButtonColumn, but have seen no possibility for changing it from a simple button with text to a button with an image on it. I know this is possible and hopefully relatively simple, but am unsure of how to go about doing it.
