  • Windows7 Installer takes priority how to move it back during installation using C#?

    I've a custom Action on Deployment project of .NET Applicaiton, which contains custom dialogbox to enter certain parameters, on invalid parameters I've shown MessageBox.Show - but its being hide by installer window, I tried windows forms too with Activate, TopMost, Focus,bring2front, etc serveral options but it comes by default behind the windows installer window and due to this user is not able to identify why installing process is not finishing - because actually its waiting for user to read the MessageBox and press OK. I've tried to implement IWin32Window with the handler of MsiExec Process, and shown the Messagebox but still its not working, anyone has idea ??? Here is my installer.cs function defination, public override void Install(IDictionary stateSaver)

  • qx.ui.table.Table hangs my browser...

    Hi all, I have a strange bug. I create a qx.ui.table.Table and if not all specified columns fit into window (horizontal scroll appear) my browsers (firefox 3.5.6 and chrome 5.0.344) hangs. If i just set width for window large (e.g. from 600px to 800px) - all works fine. May be I'm doing something wrong? Or how can I fix/avoid this 'strange' behaviour?

  • Flash Builder 4 debug issue

    I am trying to debug an application in Flash Builder 4. The application I am working makes use of php session variables to ensure that the user is logged in. When not debugging, after logging in I can simply path to the container html file and everything works fine. However, when I am debugging a new IE window is launched but for some odd reason the previously logged in php session does not exist for this window. Is this an issue with IE?

    If I have this window.onresize = function() { alert('resized!!'); }; My function gets fired multiple times throughout the resize, but I want to capture the completion of the resize. This is in IE. Any ideas? There are various ideas out there, but not has worked for me so far (example IE's supposed window.onresizeend event.)

    Hi all, Quick question: How do I specify the number of characters in a split window? C-x-3 Splits my window into two windows evenly, but a subsequent split will split one of the windows in half. I'd like 3 equal sized windows. The documentation says that I should be able to specify the number of characters for the left buffer as a parameter, but I cant seem to get that to work.     I have a CustomTextInput component based on TextInput (Spark) component. The instance of this class is placed on a popup window (TitleWindow). How can I capture the popup move (dragging the title) event inside CustomTextInput implementation? MoveEvent.MOVE event of the CustomTextInput itself doesn't work. Of course, I can't access the parent popup window inside the component implementation, because it's a common component that can be used not only on the popup windows.
