  • I have bought a custom domain and am using it with Gmail. All My mail is being sent as spam. What can I do?

    A while ago, I purchased my own custom domains for my websites. Before I moved them to Gmail, I just created the e-mails in my CPanel at Bluehost.com and worked from there. When the setup was like that, I could send and receive e-mail fine, and it wouldn't be marked as spam. Now I have moved these custom domains to send and receive e-mails at Gmail using Google apps. I have done everything. I have marked the domains as "Authorized" and I believe that should be enough for the mail I send with these custom e-mails is not send as spam. If it matters, I have configured my iPhone to use these custom domains with it and I'm sending all the e-mail from it. What can I do? I started doing all this today but apparently the DNS changes have already taken place. Is there something I have to do, or is it a matter of waiting 48 hours for my mail to not be marked as spam by other providers yet? EDIT: If I send mail via Gmail itself, the mail is delivered fine. If I use my iPhone however, it gets marked as spam.

    Hi everyone, I would like to create an effect to a cell of a UITableView. The effect is: duplicate the cell and move the duplicated cell (the original stays at its place). My problem is to duplicate the cell...   • Adding NavigationControl to a TabBar Application containing UITableViews

    Hi, I'm new to iPhone dev and wanted to get advice on the general design pattern / guide for putting a certain kind of app together. I'm trying to build a TabBar type application. One of the tabs needs to display a TableView and selecting a cell from within the table view will do something else - maybe show another table view or a web page. I need a Navigation Bar to be able to take me back from the table view/web page. The approach I've taken so far is to: Create an app based around UITabBarController as the rootcontroller i.e. @interface MyAppDelegate : NSObject <UIApplicationDelegate> { IBOutlet UIWindow *window; IBOutlet UITabBarController *rootController; } Create a load of UIViewController derived classes and associated NIBs and wire everything up in IB so when I run the app I get the basic tabs working. I then take the UIViewController derived class and modify it to the following: @interface MyViewController : UIViewController<UITableViewDataSource, UITableViewDelegate> { } and I add the delegate methods to the implementation of MyViewController - (NSInteger)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView numberOfRowsInSection:(NSInteger)section { return 2; } - (UITableViewCell *)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView cellForRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath { static NSString *CellIdentifier = @"Cell"; UITableViewCell *cell = [tableView dequeueReusableCellWithIdentifier:CellIdentifier]; if (cell == nil) { cell = [[[UITableViewCell alloc] initWithStyle:UITableViewCellStyleDefault reuseIdentifier:CellIdentifier] autorelease]; } if (indexPath.row == 0) { cell.textLabel.text = @"Mummy"; } else { cell.textLabel.text = @"Daddy"; } return cell; } Go back to IB , open MyViewController.xib and drop a UITableView onto it. The question is how do I go about incorporating a Navigation Bar into my current code for when I implement: - (void)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView didSelectRowAtIndexPath:(NSIndexPath *)indexPath() { // get row selected NSUInteger row = [indexPath row]; if (row == 0) { // Show another table } else if (row == 1) { // Show a web view } } Do I drop a NavigationBar UI control onto MyControllerView.xib ? Should I create it programmatically? Should I be using a UINavigationController somewhere ? I've tried dropping a NavigationBar onto my MyControllerView.xib in IB but its not shown when I run the app, only the TableView is displayed.

This method here works apart from the fact that the results over a certain distance are still in the table, they are just not graphically visible.   • Programatically created UITableViewCell subclass only working on highlight

    I've created a subclass of UITableViewCell but I'm struggling to get it to work properly. If I use UITableViewStyleDefault then the class only works when highlighted. If I use UITableViewStyleValue1 then it mostly works but I'm unable to change label fonts much. I tried researching but it seems everyone is doing this via a .xib file, but not programatically.   • A few problems with Delphi involving Mail Merge, SQL + Databases.

    My first problem is with mail merge. I have created a a Data File and a table, yet I am not able to fill my table with information from my Data File. The << just seems to be inserted after wherever the cursor is on the page, which is not where the table is. All that is entered into the actual table is a '59'. Therefore I think I either need to to change the code or be able to move the cursor. The third problem is that when I add a new column to my database manually (which I need to do) I get a 'violation' error in one of my units when I activate an ADOTable. This only happens on one unit and it happens when I add a column with any name anywhere in the table. I know that is vague but I can't seem to narrow down the problem any further than that.     So I have a view controller with a single UITableView that shows a string to the user. But I needed a way to have the user select this object by id using a normal UIButton so I added it as a subview and the click event works as expected. The issue is this - how can I pass an int value to this click event? I've tried using attributes of the button like button.tag or button.accessibilityhint without much success. How do the professionals pass an int value like this? Also it's important that I can get the actual [x intValue] from the int later in the process. A while back I thought I could do this with a simple NSLog(@"the actual selected hat was %d", [obj.idValue intValue]); But this doesn't appear to work (any idea how I can pull the actual int value directly from the variable?).
