hi i wonder if there are some GUI softwares to administrate a svn repo?
or do you actually have to log into the ubuntu server with ssh and use all the svn commands to copy the trunk to a branch, merge the data back and forth, copy to a tag, delete and so on.
im using netbeans in mac. i think it's only handling the communication between a local project and the repo. not the flows between trunc, branch and tag (creating, deleting, viewing differences etc)
I get the following error when executing in Terminal the following command "cake extract":
Error: Class ExtractShell could not be loaded.
I have made sure that I'm in the right path and also all other commands I've executed work great like cake bake for example.
Do you have any ideas ...
Let's say I managed to get the dictionary opened for iTunes in the Applescript editor:
How would I access the "search" commands using Python with pyobjc?
I know I get can hold of the iTunes application using:
iTunes = SBApplication.applicationWithBundleIdentifier_("com.apple.iTunes")
but after I do a dir on it, I don't see the search command in the returned dictionary. Help please!
I am using VS2008 C# and testing on my local XP Pro PC with local IIS, I have wrote a web service to call a third party software .exe file to use svn checkout commands to insert data into a folder, which use System.Diagnostics.Process.Start . The same codes did work when I use VS2008 build-in ASP.NET Development Server(http://localhost:2999/MyServices/MyServices.asmx). but when I use IIS normal URL(http://developer/MyServices/MyServices.asmx) to run Process.Start on the web service, it just haunlted and not doing anything.plz send one sample program.
I created several simple ggplot2 plots and saved them to PDF files using the following commands:
p <- ggplot(plotobject, aes(x=Pos, y=Pval),res=300)
ggsave(plot=p,height=6,width=6,dpi=200, filename="~/example.pdf")
If I now open this example.pdf in Adobe Illustrator I get the following error:
The font AdobePiStd is missing. Affected text will be displayed using
a substitute font.
Is there a way in ggplot2 to specify a font (I presume this is for the dots/points) that Adobe will understand or otherwise is there a way to get this font working in Adobe?

I have a form and I've passed its handle to the OpenGL class to draw. I want to get keyboard commands from the user but it seems the procedures for getting the keys doesn't run (I've tested it). Although, I am using OnMouseDown with no problem at all.
Is there anything I am missing here? Anyone has a solution?
Hi,
We cannot mock his class in RhinoMocks.
public class Service
{
public Service(Command[] commands){}
}
public abstract class Command {}
// Code
var mock = MockRepository.GenerateMock<Service>(new Command[]{}); // or
mock = MockRepository.GenerateMock<Service>(null)
Rhino mocks fails complaining that it cannot find a constructor with matching arguments.
What am I doing wrong?
Thanks,
Hi folks,
I'm using popen in order to send a few commands within a Django app.
Problem is that I'm getting [Error 5] Access Denied, apparently I have no access to cmd.exe, which popen seems to use.
WindowsError at /test/cmd/
[Error 5] Access is denied: 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\cmd.exe /c dir'
I reckon this is because the app sits behind a web server which has limited privileges.
Is there anything we can do about it? Help would be awesome!

I have heard that in Haskell, creating a multi-threaded application is as easy as taking a standard Haskell application and compiling it with the -threaded flag. Other cases, however, have described the use of a par command within the actual source code.
What is the state of Haskell multi-threading? How easy is it to introduce into programs? Is there a good multi-threading tutorial that goes over these different commands and their uses?
i'm working for my exam. i didn't resolved this question. does anyone help me?
assume that there are two block, BLOCK1 AND BLOCK2. every block has 50 bytes. write a program to add BLOCK1 with BLOCK2 , and store result to BLOCK2 using LODS, STOS and LOOP etc. assembly commands?
I have ubuntu 10.04 installed on my machine. I want to execute commands on remote windows xp machine ( I have username and password of admin account of remote machine ) so as to launch application like Internet Explorer, Notepad or some bat script. Given an environment object e:
> e
<environment: 0x10f0a6e98>
> class(e)
[1] "environment"
How do you access the variables inside the environment?
Just in case you're curious, I have found myself with this environment object. I didn't make it, a package in Bioconductor made it. You can make it, too, using these commands:
library('GEOquery')
eset <- getGEO("GSE4142")[[1]]
e <- assayData(eset)
So I'm making a script with ruby that must render frames at 24 frames per second, but I need to wait 1/24th of a second between sending the commands... how can I do that?
sleep seems to only wait in increments of 1 second or more.
update
Well ya you can do sleep 0.1 if you want, but is this the best way to delay in a ruby script?
Good morning (PST). Does anyone know where I could find the code that LaTeX uses to typeset inside the tabular environment? In the past I have looked in style files but I don't know where to find intrinsic LaTeX commands. -Thank you so much.
I'm using SSH to deploy my Java artifacts to a server. I have the keys set up so that I can interactively SSH to the server without requiring a password, but when I try to run the "mvn deploy" or "mvn release:perform" commands, it hangs (at what I assume is the password prompt).
My ~/.m2/settings.xml file contains the username for the server (because it is different than my local username) and references the id of the server that requires the different user.
I have a daemon running on a server that's latched onto a TCP/IP port. I'm looking to see if there's currently any support iPhone/Cocoa-touch frameworks that gives a nice OO wrapper for speaking to the daemon over an IP socket. I need to be able to interactively query the daemon with commands and retrieve back information.
If there isn't any OO wrappers for such a task, what's the next best bet?
I have a shell script like this:
cat file | while read line
do
# run some commands using $line
done
Now I need to check if the line contains any non-whitespace character ([\n\t ]), and if not, skip it.
How can I do this?
I want to create an index of symbols or notation, similar to the usual index one obtains with makeindex. I have gotten this to work, using the glossaries package. However, just as in the usual index, I would like to get two columns in the index of symbols, while glossaries puts everything under each other.
Commands like twocolumn or multicol also do not work, because then the second column starts higher than the first, above the title of the index of symbols.
Any suggestions?
Is there a simple way to tell the default media player to change track back or forward?
I want the ability to send commands to the system media player (Music) to change track back and forward from within my app.
Is there a simple way? Code examples or descriptive explanation please, I have not developed for Android before.
I am creating a kiosk application and I want to ensure it is always, no matter what, on top of other Windows applications and the Windows task bar.
I am already blocking Windows keyboard commands (alt-tab, etc) but there are still situations that could cause an application to launch and steal the screen.
Is it possible to hook into Windows from .NET and continually test whether the application has focus and is on top, and if not then give it focus and make it on top?
