  I am trying to move messages from a rather large mailbox to an archive mailbox. However I run into errors all the time. the command I am executing is Export-Mailbox -Identity MAILBOX_FROM -TargetMailbox ARCHIVE -TargetFolder ARCHIVE_FOLDER -StartDate 2009-02-01 -EndDate 2009-02-28 -DeleteContent -Confirm:$false I can copy/move some messages, but run into frequent "an unknown error has occurred" (statuscode -1056749164) I run the console as administrative user, and all permissions are set right, as far as I can tell. I've restricted the start and end dates in case the number of messages moved/deleted should create problems. Anything I am missing in my setup? Corrupted messages? Over-limit message sizes?

  Hi It's my configuration: Atlassian Crowd Version: 2.0.2 (Build:#409 - 06-10-2009) Atlassian Confluence 3.0.2 I can't change users' emails in Confluence because I use Crowd as external user management. So I have to change users' emails in Crowd but changes doesn't apply in Confluence. Even users has access to crowd user console and can login to Crowd and view their profile and edit their email password but changed emails doesn't apply in Confluence. What should I do? Is it a bug? Also I should mention that emails contains dot character(.). I posted my question to Atlassian forum 3 days ago but there's no answer yet!

• Jenkins shows same information for all projects

  I've been using Jenkins for the last month or so and what started out as a small issue has gotten worse and worse. I have 10 projects in Jenkins, all polling from different Git repos and building to different environments but they all show the same details on the dashboard. I can still build the projects, but I have to manually enter the URL to see any console output etc. I'm running 1.536 under Ubuntu 12.04, there's not much in the logs other than the following; Oct 22, 2013 2:21:19 PM WARNING jenkins.model.lazy.AbstractLazyLoadRunMap search JENKINS-15652 Assertion error #1: failing to load /data/builds #20 EXACT: lo=23,hi=9,size=23,size2=23 – Any ideas?

  Our WSUS server stopped working until the patch related to .NET 4.0 was installed, at which point clients started downloading and updating again. However, the WSUS mmc console occasionally disconnects when performing various tasks, such as running automatic approval rules; also wsusutil checkhealth creates the following events: 13042: Self-update is not working. 12002: The Reporting Web Service is not working. 12012: The API Remoting Web Service is not working. 12032: The Server Synchronization Web Service is not working. 12022: The Client Web Service is not working. 12042: The SimpleAuth Web Service is not working. 12052: The DSS Authentication Web Service is not working. Apparently there are many possible causes for these events. I'm looking for a way to figure out what is wrong, so that I can fix it.

• Problem opening XWindows programs with xming and SSH Secure Shell

  I've installed SSH Secure Shell and xming on my laptop running Windows 7 (64-bit). I'm having trouble starting X Windows applications from the SSH console. I've been able to do it in the past. I've pretty much determined that it's not a server issue because I've tried it on two different servers (both servers are running RHEL 5). Running "echo $DISPLAY" on either server gave me "localhost:10.0". My XLaunch configuration settings are: Multiple Windows, 10 (display number), and Start no client. Once xming has launched, I'll try to execute something like "firefox" and I get this back: The application 'firefox' lost its connection to the display localhost:10.0; most likely the X server was shut down or you killed/destroyed the application. I've already checked to make sure that the X server is running and it is: root 12579 2689 0 Feb14 tty7 00:04:23 /usr/bin/Xorg :0 -br -audit 0 -auth /var/gdm/:0.Xauth -nolisten tcp vt7 Additionally, X11 Tunneling has been enabled in SSH as well as SSH 2 connections.

• Getting PHP to work with apache to run .php files through browser

  I have VPS running Debian 5.0 (I think) and I would like to get it to run PHP files. I was told it needed to be configured with Apache. I tried entering the command apt-get install apache2 php5 libapache2-mod-php5. But there was no change. • Cannot Login to SBS 2008

  Hi All, I'm hoping someone has an answer for me... I installed a new Microsoft SBS 2008 server last week and everything appeared to be working normally. I went to reboot the server yesterday to finish the install for Microsoft Windows Installer 4.5 and upon reboot could no longer login to the server via either RDP or local console. The error message I get states that there are no logon servers available to service the logon request. I'm able to login to the server fine via Safe Mode with Networking but cannot login via a normal method. The server is currently at SP1. I attempted to install SP2 inside of safe mode after enabling the installation services via a registry edit but the install failed and rolled back after 2 or 3 hours. It appears that one of the services is not starting for some reason. I believe it's LSASS but can't actually login to see the active services during a normal boot. Does anyone have any suggestions?

• Recommendations for Spam Filter

  We are currently using MxGuardDog for spam filtering. It works by pointing our MX records at their mail servers. The service seems pretty good, it keeps out the obvious spam, but I would still say it let's through mail that to me is spam, but I accept that on the surface those emails may not flag any of the universally recognised indicators for spam. If an email comes through that I believe is spam, I can login to the Web Console and blacklist the email/domain. However, 99% of the time I don't because it's inconvenient - or, should i say, it's far less convenient than a button in Outlook that allows me to report the email/domain as spam. So, what we're looking for is a similar service i.e. cloud spam filtering that has an Outlook plugin so that Administrators/Users can report spam. We are only a small company, 10 users, so cost is of course an issue for us. Many thanks dotdev

  I have share my wamp over my personal LAN . (Server IP : 192.168.0.100) When I am trying to access wamp server it's working perfectly. But when I open website hosted on server using client machine (192.168.0.103) , it doesn't load CSS - Images and JS files. So I saw console and found that my browser is trying to load : localhost//mysite/css/style.css And failing to load resource. now when I try to load the same resource directly from browser using 192.168.0.100/mysite/css/style.css It's showing me css file ! Now I am confused how to solve this problem so that my browser load that css perfectly ! Please help me ! thanks in advance !

  Switch model: Netgear FSM7352PS mgmt-ip: 192.168.1.100/24 Vlan id: 1 (default) There are couple of hosts in this Vlan: 192.168.1.2 (esxi console), for instance. 192.168.1.1 is the firewall/router interface. I can ping 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.2 from other vlans, say, 172.31.0.0/24 I can ssh to 192.168.1.2 from 172.31.0.0/24 I can't ping 192.168.1.100 from 172.31.0.0/24 However, I can ping 192.168.1.100 from 192.168.1.2 or from my laptop connected to that vlan (192.168.1.11). I can connect to the web GUI from my laptop when I am in that Vlan. Can anyone shed some light on why I am not able to connect from other vlans?

• HP CM2320 Printer crashes windows 2003 spooler in TS/Citrix

  Hello, I'm having a very annoying issue with an HP printer (CM2320): all of a sudden, any user who has that printer installed locally as default printer would crash any Windows 2003 terminal services or Citrix server (XenApp PS 4.5) as soon as he connect, causing the session to hang and other users to be unable to connect to the server. To restore functionality, an administrator has to connect to the server's console session and acknowledge the error message about spoolsv.exe having crashed with an AV. I tried downloading the latest drivers from HP (an adventure worthy of Lara Croft in itself) and install it on all servers but that didn't seem to have helped the situation: the spooler is still crashing. Anyone has a suggestion about what I could do about this ?

• Re-deploy only the reports on SCOM Management Packs

  I've migrated Reporting Services on a SCOM 2007 R2 install, and noticed that the reports have not being copied. I can create a new report, but the ones I've had because of the management packs are gone. I've tried re-applying the Management Packs however it doesn't re-deploy them and when I try to access for example: Monitoring - Microsoft Windows Print Server - Microsoft Windows Server 2000 and 2003 Print Services - State View - select any item and click Alerts on the right menu. I get the following error: Date: 12/24/2010 12:40:35 PM Application: System Center Operations Manager 2007 R2 Application Version: 6.1.7221.0 Severity: Error Message: Cannot initialize report. • CentOS: eth0 not starting on boot

  Whenever I reboot a CentOS Hyper-V VM, eth0 does not start automatically. All I need to do is perform ifup eth0 and all is fixed, but that isn't feasible from ssh! I am starting in runlevel 3. • Exchange 2007 - How to use export-mailbox function?

  I am trying to use the Export-Mailbox cmdlet to export a mailbox to PST file but i get an error that i'm running on a 64bit machine and must use a 32 bit etc etc.. I have a Windows 7 Pro 32bit PC joined to the domain with the exchange server, and outlook 32bit installed. When i try to install Exchange 2007 32bit management console only, i'm told that i can't install the managemnet tools on a Windows 7 PC. Can someone please advise if this is correct setup to be able to run the export-mailbox function to dump the mailboxes into PST files. Thank you

• Starting Redmine at boot using upstart on Ubuntu

  So after installing redmine from the repositories on Ubuntu 12.04, i've tried to create an upstart script (see below) so it would start up at boot time. While service redmine start does start redmine, it does not start automatically when booting. Also when i run service redmine stop it does stop redmine but simply hangs until i press ctrl+c Also, after stopping starting it again does not work (Also just hangs). From all the upstart examples and tutorials i have seen this should work, so i guess i'm overlooking something. • KVM Virtual guest Paused on Reboot

  I'm running REHL 6 and just installed a Ubuntu Server Guest via KVM set to start at boot. This works correctly and the guest loads, but it loads "paused" and requires that I manually un-pause it. Can someone give me a hint as to how I can I get the Guest OS to actually become active on boot? • How can I start nginx via upstart ?

Can someone point me in the right direction ? I've read the documentation , as it is, and it seems kind of sparse for a SysV init replacement... but whatever just need to add this job to the list, run it, and get on with what's left of my life... • Why aren't Heroku syslog drains logging to rsyslogd?

  I'm having a problem using syslog drains as described in https://devcenter.heroku.com/articles/logging. To summarize, I have an Ubuntu 10.04 instance on EC2 that is running rsyslogd. I've also set up the security groups as they describe, and added a syslog drain using a command like heroku drains:add syslog://host1.example.com:514. I can send messages from the Heroku console to my rsyslogd instance via nc. I see them appear in the log file, so I know there isn't a firewall/security group issue.  However, Heroku does not seem to be forwarding log messages to the server that heroku drains lists. I would expect to see HTTP requests, Rails messages, etc. Is there something else I can try to figure this out? I'm new to rsyslogd, so I could easily be missing something.

• WINEHQ - wine_gecko won't init - HTML Rendering disabled

  Hello Super Users, I'm currently trying to get a windows compiled program to work through Wine to run on Linux and MacOSX. When I run the program through wine, it prompts me to install Gecko which I do. Later on in the program, it attempts to use MSHTML to render HTML but I get these error messages on my console instead. err:mshtml:init_xpcom NS_InitXPCOM2 failed: 80004005 err:mshtml:HTMLDocument_Create Failed to init Gecko, returning CLASS_E_CLASSNOTAVAILABLE fixme:ole:CoCreateInstance no instance created for interface {00000000-0000-0000-c000-000000000046} of class {25336920-03f9-11cf-8fd0-00aa00686f13}, hres is 0x80040111 I'm using Wine 1.1.34 and a similar bug was supposedly fixed in 1.1.33 http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12578 I've been at this all afternoon, is there anything I'm missing? • cannot connect to MS FTP 7.5 on Windows 2008 on Amazon EC2 instance

  I have just installed the MS FTP 7.5 upgrade on my Windows 2008 Server (Service Pack 2) running on an Amazon EC2 instance. In the FTP Firewall Support settings for the server in IIS Manager I have set up the passive port range 45001 - 45005 and also set the External Firewall IP address to match the assigned Amazon Elastic IP address. Using the AWS Console I changed the Security Group for the server to allow access to the server through ports 21 and 45001 through 45005. Using an FTP client (either the command line FTP client or Windows Explorer) on the Amazon server I can connect to the FTP server but I cannot connect with an external FTP client. When I checked to see which ports were open on the server using Shields Up it shows that port 21 is open but ports 45001 to 45005 are closed. I assume I'm missing something. Any help greatly appreciated.

• HP ProLiant DL320e G8 v2 - USB2.0 during POST

  Initially my USB2.0 ports were working during POST (and boot). However, now they appear not to be. I first noticed this when I could not access the RBSU by pressing F9 during POST. Then found that I couldn't boot from USB either (I was able to do both of these initially). When performing the boot via iLo remote console I can access all of the setups (i.e., all of the F(X)'s) and can boot virtual media from a 'removable drive'. Keyboard works fine once the OS is booted. Not really sure what to try here. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Nick.

• How to make cygwin shortcut stick to Windows 7 dock

  I have recently installed cygwin on a Windows 7 beta machine. Everything works great, except one little annoyance: The cygwin shortcut (Start-All Programs-cygwin-cygwin Bash Shell) cannot be pinned to the Start menu. My guess as to why is that I already have a "Console" window pinned to the start menu. My guess is that Windows sees that the two EXEs are the same and won't let me pin it. This would be fine except I cannot pin the window to the Dock either. While cygwin is running, WIndows interprets it as just a Command Window and won't let me pin it either. How do you pin the cygwin shortcut to the dock?

• Can't star SSH on Ubuntu 12.10 AWS EC2

  So i've just started playing around with Ubuntu on Amazon EC2. I've just issued the following command to restart ssh but it has now "killed" ssh. sudo /etc/init.d/ssh restart I can't seem to ssh to this instance anymore. Putty just gives me "connection refused". NOTE: In this case I just restarted SSH to see the result. I didn't change any settings. This was to confirm that it was the restart command was the problem and not any configs I made. What is the correct way to restart SSH? P.S. That usually works on other Ubuntu boxes. Thanks. EDIT: It is also worth noting that when I ran that command I was taken straight back to a prompt. I didn't get any output on the console.
