  • SharePoint: what does "System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x81071003)" mean?

    - by kpinhack
Hallo, i've got some code that imports documents into a SharePoint (WSS 3.0 SP1) document-library. That code works most of the time without any problems, but sometimes the document is not imported into the document-library and i get this nasty exception instead. Microsoft.SharePoint.SPException: Unable to update the information in the Microsoft Office document myFileName. ---> System.Runtime.InteropServices.COMException (0x81071003): Unable to update the information in the Microsoft Office document myFileName. bei Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.SPRequestInternalClass.AddOrUpdateItem(String bstrUrl, String bstrListName, Boolean bAdd, Boolean bSystemUpdate, Boolean bPreserveItemVersion, Boolean bUpdateNoVersion, Int32& plID, String& pbstrGuid, Guid pbstrNewDocId, Boolean bHasNewDocId, String bstrVersion, Object& pvarAttachmentNames, Object& pvarAttachmentContents, Object& pvarProperties, Boolean bCheckOut, Boolean bCheckin, Boolean bMigration, Boolean bPublish) bei Microsoft.SharePoint.Library.SPRequest.AddOrUpdateItem(String bstrUrl, String bstrListName, Boolean bAdd, Boolean bSystemUpdate, Boolean bPreserveItemVersion, Boolean bUpdateNoVersion, Int32& plID, String& pbstrGuid, Guid pbstrNewDocId, Boolean bHasNewDocId, String bstrVersion, Object& pvarAttachmentNames, Object& pvarAttachmentContents, Object& pvarProperties, Boolean bCheckOut, Boolean bCheckin, Boolean bMigration, Boolean bPublish) What does this exception mean? And why does it occur only sometimes? Thanks!

  • Constant crashes in windows 7 64bit when playing games

    - by yx
I've tried everything I can possibly think of in trying to fix this problem and I'm totally out of ideas, so any help would be appreciated: The problem: whenever I fire up a game, it works for a short while with no problems and then it would crash. Either its a hard crash, forcing me to reboot, or windows would report that the display driver has stopped working and recovered. Here is a list of things I've already tried: Drivers - tried the latest drivers (catalyst 9.12) as well as the stock drivers that came with the video card. Also have the latest BIOS/chipset Memtest - Ran Memtest86+ overnight, had no problems, the windows diagnostic tool also does not find any problems. Overheating - Video card/cpu temperatures are well below peak (42 and 31 Celsius receptively) PSU Voltage - CPUID shows that the voltage levels are all above what they should be. The PSU itself is only roughly 16 months old and is a good model. HDD - No errors when checked GPU - Brand new (replaced previous card since I thought it was the problem, apparently not) Overclocking - Everything is at stock levels, memory voltage is set to manufacturer's standard Specs: Motherboard: ASUS P5Q Pro CPU: Core 2 Duo E8400 3.0 ghz OS: Windows 7 home premium 64 bit Memory: Mushkin Enhanced 4GB DDR2 GPU: Sapphire HD 5850 1GB PSU: SeaSonic M12 600W ATX12V DirectX: DX11 Event Viewer after a crash always has these logged: A fatal hardware error has occurred. Reported by component: Processor Core Error Source: Machine Check Exception Error Type: Bus/Interconnect Error Processor ID: 1 The details view of this entry contains further information. A fatal hardware error has occurred. Reported by component: Processor Core Error Source: Machine Check Exception Error Type: Bus/Interconnect Error Processor ID: 0 The details view of this entry contains further information. A previous card that I had (4850x2) also had these errors, so I changed video cards, but the same thing is happening.

  • hp proliant dl360 disk diagnostic issue

    - by user1039384
We recently got two used drives (15000) and installed on our HP proliant dl360 G5 server. Created RAID1 and used HP SmartStart CD to perform diagnostics. Interestingly, the Diagnostic tab immidiately fails on Logical drive testing saying the Disk1 should be replaced, while the Test tab successfully runs all the complete tests on both disks and does not find any issue. At the meantime, when booting to esxi 5, vSphere periodically shows the Disk1 as Unknown and Logical drive in recovery process. This happens every 5-10 minutes. Here is the log from HP SmartScan diagnostic: 1 - Device, Test: Logical Drive 1, Storage Controller in Slot 0 1 - Description: The controller has reported a critical error in the drive error log. 1 - Recommended Repair: This drive should be replaced. 1 - Failed Count: 44 1 - Error code: F157 There is also another error log record (see below): 2 - Device, Test: test_components/libstorage.so ID 2 - Description: An unexpected exception occurred while performing an operation. Exception message: CISS_StatusHandler::evaluate: commandStatus = 4 (INVALID); hexdump of CISS_ErrorInfo: 00000000: __ __ 04 __ 20 __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ .... ... ........ 00000010: __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ ........ ........ 00000020: __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ __ ........ ........ Device: Hard Drive 2, Storage Controller in Slot 0 Property name: Bad Target Count 2 - Recommended Repair: Reboot or restart Insight Diagnostics. Retry the test. If the problem persists, upgrade to the latest version of Insight Diagnostics. 2 - Failed Count: 48 2 - Error Code: F62 Note that rebooting didn't help and I was running the latest diagnostic software version. Anyone has a clue? Is this a real disk issue? BTW, the controller is Smart Array E200i Thanks in advance

  • python mysqldb - mysql server gone away - can't reconnect

    - by david.barkhuizen
When attempting to import a bunch of data into mysql tables using python and mysqldb, I run into the following error '2006 - mySQL Server has gone away', and then I am unable to reconnect again within the script. I am iniitially re-using a connection object across transactions ( delineated by conn.commit() ), then when I first encounter this exception, if I create a new connection by calling MySQLdb.connect(), this new connection also fails with the same exception. This error does not occur immediately, I can pump a fair amount of data into the db, but then faithfully occurs after I have inserted a couple thousand records, so roughly once the db has committed a certain transaction volume, it always falls over like this. If I rerun the script, WITHOUT restarting the db server. then it resumes where it left off, pumps in some data, then falls over again. Before recommendations to change time-out timings, does anyone know why I am not able to establish a new connection after the initial failure ? - Even if I try a couple of times waiting a couple of seconds between each. (btw, I'm running Windows 7, mysql server 5.1.48, mysqldb 1.2.3.gamma.1, python 2.6)

  • Allowing non-admin users to unstick the print spooler

    - by Reafidy
I currently have an issue where the print que is getting stuck on a central print server (windows server 2008). Using the "Clear all documents" function does not clear it and gets stuck too. I need non-admin users to be able to clear the print cue from there work stations. I have tried using the following winforms program which I created and allows a user to stop the print spooler, delete printer files in the "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS folder" and then start the print spooler but this functionality requires the program to be runs as an administrator, how can I allow my normal users to execute this program without giving them admin privileges? Or is there another way I can allow normal user to clear the print que on the server? Imports System.ServiceProcess Public Class Form1 Private Sub Button1_Click(sender As System.Object, e As System.EventArgs) Handles Button1.Click ClearJammedPrinter() End Sub Public Sub ClearJammedPrinter() Dim tspTimeOut As TimeSpan = New TimeSpan(0, 0, 5) Dim controllerStatus As ServiceControllerStatus = ServiceController1.Status Try If ServiceController1.Status <> ServiceProcess.ServiceControllerStatus.Stopped Then ServiceController1.Stop() End If Try ServiceController1.WaitForStatus(ServiceProcess.ServiceControllerStatus.Stopped, tspTimeOut) Catch Throw New Exception("The controller could not be stopped") End Try Dim strSpoolerFolder As String = "C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS" Dim s As String For Each s In System.IO.Directory.GetFiles(strSpoolerFolder) System.IO.File.Delete(s) Next s Catch ex As Exception MsgBox(ex.Message) Finally Try Select Case controllerStatus Case ServiceControllerStatus.Running If ServiceController1.Status <> ServiceControllerStatus.Running Then ServiceController1.Start() Case ServiceControllerStatus.Stopped If ServiceController1.Status <> ServiceControllerStatus.Stopped Then ServiceController1.Stop() End Select ServiceController1.WaitForStatus(controllerStatus, tspTimeOut) Catch MsgBox(String.Format("{0}{1}", "The print spooler service could not be returned to its original setting and is currently: ", ServiceController1.Status)) End Try End Try End Sub End Class

  • ApplicationPoolIdentity IIS 7.5 to SQL Server 2008 R2 not working.

    - by Jack
I have a small ASP.NET test script that opens a connection to a SQL Server database on another machine in the domain. It isn't working in all cases. Setup: IIS 7.5 under W2K8R2 trying to connect to a remote SQL Server 2008 R2 instance. All machines are in the same domain. Using the ApplicationPoolIdentity for the web site it fails to connect to the SQL Server with the following: Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'. Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code. Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON'. However if I switch the Process Model Identity to NETWORK SERVICE or my domain account the database connection is successful. I've granted the \$ access in SQL Server. I am not doing any sort of authentication on the web site, it is just a simple script to open a connection to a database to make sure it works. I have Anonymous Authentication enabled and set to use the Application pool identity. How do I make this work? Why is the ApplicationPoolIdentity trying to use ANONYMOUS LOGON? Better yet, how do I make it stop using the Anonymous logon?

What happens: Any application that you run (outlook, word, excel, notepad, cmd etc..) the application will randomly crash and produce an error as such: Faulting application name: EXCEL.EXE, version: 14.0.6112.5000, time stamp: 0x4e9b2b30 Faulting module name: ieframe.dll, version: 8.0.7600.16930, time stamp: 0x4eeb0187 Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x0000000000131e03 Faulting process id: 0x3d4c Faulting application start time: 0x01cecf3491388e43 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\EXCEL.EXE Faulting module path: C:\Windows\System32\ieframe.dll Report Id: 1c06abd4-3b2b-11e3-bd8d-001999b270e9 I noticed the ieframe.dll, but its not constant for every application that crashes, e.g.: Faulting application name: OUTLOOK.EXE, version: 14.0.6109.5005, time stamp: 0x4e79b6c0 Faulting module name: PSTOREC.DLL_unloaded, version: 0.0.0.0, time stamp: 0x4a5be02a Exception code: 0xc0000005 Fault offset: 0x000007fef39c7158 Faulting process id: 0x43f8 Faulting application start time: 0x01cecf33fe5eec26 Faulting application path: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office14\OUTLOOK.EXE Faulting module path: PSTOREC.DLL Report Id: 0c0f5934-3b2b-11e3-bd8d-001999b270e9 I am unable to perform a sfc /scannow command due to the cmd.exe crashing as well.. I have performed a virus scan on the server which did originally pick up 5 viruses: riskware.tool.ck -> File riskware.tool.ck - > Memory Process trojan.agent.bdavgen -> File trojan.agent -> File HiJack.comsysapp -> Registry Data But after removing these and rebooting the machine we have had no luck Has anyone else ever come across this issue before? Also to elaborate it is happening as frequently as every minute.

  • jdbc4 CommunicationsException

    - by letronje
I have a machine running a java app talking to a mysql instance running on the same instance. the app uses jdbc4 drivers from mysql. I keep getting com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException at random times. Here is the whole message. Could not open JDBC Connection for transaction; nested exception is com.mysql.jdbc.exceptions.jdbc4.CommunicationsException: The last packet successfully received from the server was25899 milliseconds ago.The last packet sent successfully to the server was 25899 milliseconds ago, which is longer than the server configured value of 'wait_timeout'. You should consider either expiring and/or testing connection validity before use in your application, increasing the server configured values for client timeouts, or using the Connector/J connection property 'autoReconnect=true' to avoid this problem. For mysql, the value of global 'wait_timeout' and 'interactive_timeout' is set to 3600 seconds and 'connect_timeout' is set to 60 secs. the wait timeout value is much higher than the 26 secs(25899 msecs). mentioned in the exception trace. I use dbcp for connection pooling and here is spring bean config for the datasource. <bean id="dataSource" destroy-method="close" class="org.apache.commons.dbcp.BasicDataSource" > <property name="driverClassName" value="com.mysql.jdbc.Driver"/> <property name="url" value="jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/db"/> <property name="username" value="xxx"/> <property name="password" value="xxx" /> <property name="poolPreparedStatements" value="false" /> <property name="maxActive" value="3" /> <property name="maxIdle" value="3" /> </bean> Any idea why this could be happening? Will using c3p0 solve the problem ?

  • what is the reason behind window service stopped ,whether its due to LAN problems or any other issues

I have a windowservice which named Trunk which stopped one day i just want to know the reason behind it? this is an entry in the logs, Nov 15 17:54:04.318 :Trunk-1516:Trunk:handle_control_event:Received CTRL_LOGOFF_EVENT, ignore it Nov 25 15:54:52.157 :Trunk-1516:Trunk:ERROR - Process Restart Count (5) Exceeded for:C:\Program Files\secon\11.1.4\bin\vmd Nov 25 15:54:52.157 :Trunk-1516:Trunk:Stopping Trunk ... But Having taken another look at the above entry we seem to have a constant failure being generated in vmd which causes Trunk to detect vmd requires a restart. Most of the time it works OK and the restart count is anything up to 4. In this case the Trunk log confirms that the Restart Count is 5 and so is considered to be exceeded. Presumably, this triggers the termination of the other services and Trunk is actually doing its job.So, coould this just be a timing issue and we need to increase the tolerance level (i.e restart count) or do we need to address the 0xa08990002 error in vmd?

  • iTunes Home Sharing only works one way between 2 Windows XP PC's on the same LAN

    - by scunliffe
Both PC's have the latest iTunes installed. PC (A) can "see" that there is a shared library "B library" but attempts to connect to it return this error message: The shared library "{Username}'s Library" is not responding (-3259) Check that any firewall software running on either the shared computer or this computer has been set to allow communication on port 3689. however the reverse works fine. e.g. PC (B) can "see" shared library "A library" and can access all content. Notes: Both PC's have Home Sharing enabled (turned off/on several times to verify). Both PC's have Windows Firewall turned on, but in the exceptions tab, iTunes is allowed, and Port 3689 is also added as a firewall exception (just in case) Both iTunes accounts have been "authorized" on both PC's Both PC's connect via LAN via D-Link DIR-615 router. In the advanced application rules, iTunes has also been added to allow traffic on port 3689 un-hindered. Is there any other magical setting/configuration option that I should be aware of and set in order to get this to work? I could care less about sharing apps etc. I just want the music sharing to work. Update: Solved! It turns out on PC (B) there were multiple accounts set up. 1 of the accounts had the checkbox checked under the Windows firewall "On" option which states "No exceptions" thus even though it was added to the exception list on the main user account, this other account was blocking access.

  • Software RAID 1 Configuration

    - by Corve
I have created a software RAID 1 quite some while ago and it always seemed to work for me. However I am not completely sure that I have configured everything right and do not have the experience to check so I would be very grateful for some advice or just verification that all seems right so far. I am using Linux Fedora 20 (32 bit with plans to upgrade to 64bit) The RAID 1 should consist of two 1TB SATA hard drives. This is the output of mdadm --detail /dev/md0 /dev/md0: Version : 1.2 Creation Time : Sun Jan 29 11:25:18 2012 Raid Level : raid1 Array Size : 976761424 (931.51 GiB 1000.20 GB) Used Dev Size : 976761424 (931.51 GiB 1000.20 GB) Raid Devices : 2 Total Devices : 1 Persistence : Superblock is persistent Update Time : Sat Jun 7 10:38:09 2014 State : clean, degraded Active Devices : 1 Working Devices : 1 Failed Devices : 0 Spare Devices : 0 Name : argo:0 (local to host argo) UUID : 1596d0a1:5806e590:c56d0b27:765e3220 Events : 996387 Number Major Minor RaidDevice State 0 0 0 0 removed 1 8 0 1 active sync /dev/sda The RAID is mounted successfully: friedrich@argo:~ ? sudo mount -l | grep md0 /dev/md0 on /mnt/raid type ext4 (rw,relatime, data=ordered) Basically my question are: Why do I only have 1 active device? What does the State removed at bottom mean? Also I noticed some strange error messages that I see on the console on system start and shutdown and always repeating in the background when I switch with Ctrl + Alt + F2: ... ata2: irq_stat 0x00000040 connection status changed ata2: SError: { CommWake DevExch } ata2: COMRESET failed (errno=-32) ata2: exception Emask 0x10 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x4040000 action 0xe frozen ata2: irq_stat 0x00000040 connection status changed ata2: SError: { CommWake DevExch } ata2: exception Emask 0x10 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x4040000 action 0xe frozen ... Are these errors related to the RAID? Something seems wrong with the SATA devices.. All together the system works (I can read and write to the mounted raid) but I always had these strange errors on startup shutdown (probably always in the background). Thx for your help

  • Windows Small Business System 2003. SQL timeout in Server Performance Report

    - by tetranz
I'm the volunteer IT admin at a small school. We have SBS 2003 with about ten desktops. The server performance report is emailed to me daily. It is setup with a wizard in the Monitoring and Performance part of the "Server Management" console. It often fails with a "The page cannot be displayed" error. The event log shows Event Type: Error Event Source: ServerStatusReports Event Category: None Event ID: 1 Date: 1/16/2011 Time: 6:03:14 AM User: N/A Computer: ALPHA Description: Server Status Report: URL: http://localhost/monitoring/perf.aspx?reportMode=1&allHours=1 Error Message: Timeout expired. The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding. Stack Trace: at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, TdsParserState state) at System.Data.SqlClient.SqlInternalConnection.OnError(SqlException exception, TdsParserState state) at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.ThrowExceptionAndWarning() at System.Data.SqlClient.TdsParser.ReadNetlib(Int32 bytesExpected) [plus lots more stack trace] This has been happening for years :) I've never really solved it. It seems to be related to WSUS. When it happens, I run the Update Services "Server Cleanup Wizard". That takes a long time to run. If I haven't run it for a while it can take 10 hours. I also run the WsusDBMaintenance.sql script (from TechNet I think) which reindexes the database etc. Those two things seem to get it working again for a while. Recently the "while" has become a couple of weeks. My searching online has revealed lots of people having this problem but no real solution. Does anyone have any good ideas about this? I have to wonder if something in the WSUS SQL schema is not indexed properly. The time that the server cleanup wizard takes seems ridiculous. Thanks

  • Utilu IE Collection IE6 crashes under Windows 7

    - by Aron
I've installed Utilu IE Collection under Windows 7 64-bit, but am unable to successfully run IE6 (specifically, "Internet Explorer 6.0 (6.00.2900.2180)"). I haven't tried other versions of IE from the package, so their behavior is unknown. It starts up fine, but the address bar isn't shown. (Attempted to post image, but I'm a newbie on SU and it wouldn't let me. Can be found here.) View-Toolbars shows 'Address Bar' already selected. If I try to (de-)select Address Bar in that list, it crashes: Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: iexplore.exe Application Version: 6.0.2900.2180 Application Timestamp: 41107b81 Fault Module Name: StackHash_e162 Fault Module Version: 0.0.0.0 Fault Module Timestamp: 00000000 Exception Code: c0000005 Exception Offset: 00000000 OS Version: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.256.48 Locale ID: 1033 Additional Information 1: e162 Additional Information 2: e1625455580a00d3fda64a8cdf366fbb Additional Information 3: 58c7 Additional Information 4: 58c75753c6745fad91929ab6430a83fa That's not all that's wrong ('Search' pane has no contents as well, probably more), but it's the most glaring problem. I've seen some allusions to a registry change needed to fix this, but haven't been able to find any details. Anybody? I'm running the latest version of the collection, 1.7.0.6.

  • Constant crashes in windows 7 64bit when playing games

    - by yx.
• A class meant for an alfresco behavior and its bean, how do they work and how are they deployed trough eclipse

    - by MrHappy
    (This is a partial repost of a question asked 10 days ago because only 1 part was answered(not included), I've rewritten it into a way better question and added 3 more tags) where do I put the DeleteAsset.class or why isn't it being found? I've put the compiled class from the bin of the workspace of eclipse into alfresco-4.2.c/tomcat/webapps/alfresco/WEB-INF/classes/com/openerp/behavior/ and right now it's giving me Error loading class [com.openerp.behavior.DeleteAsset] for bean with name 'deletionBehavior' defined in URL [file:/home/openerp/alfresco-4.2.c/tomcat/shared/classes/alfresco/extension/cust??om-web-context.xml]: problem with class file or dependent class; nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/openerp/behavior/DeleteAsset (wrong name: DeleteAsset) when I put it in there. (See bean below!) The code(I'd trying to work without the model class, idk if I made any silly mistakes on that): package com.openerp.behavior; import java.util.List; import java.net.*; import java.io.*; import org.alfresco.repo.node.NodeServicePolicies; import org.alfresco.repo.policy.Behaviour; import org.alfresco.repo.policy.JavaBehaviour; import org.alfresco.repo.policy.PolicyComponent; import org.alfresco.repo.policy.Behaviour.NotificationFrequency; import org.alfresco.repo.security.authentication.AuthenticationUtil; import org.alfresco.repo.security.authentication.AuthenticationUtil.RunAsWork; import org.alfresco.service.cmr.repository.ChildAssociationRef; import org.alfresco.service.cmr.repository.NodeRef; import org.alfresco.service.cmr.repository.NodeService; import org.alfresco.service.namespace.NamespaceService; import org.alfresco.service.namespace.QName; import org.alfresco.service.transaction.TransactionService; import org.apache.log4j.Logger; //this is the newer version //import com.openerp.model.openerpJavaModel; public class DeleteAsset implements NodeServicePolicies.BeforeDeleteNodePolicy { private PolicyComponent policyComponent; private Behaviour beforeDeleteNode; private NodeService nodeService; public void init() { this.beforeDeleteNode = new JavaBehaviour(this,"beforeDeleteNode",NotificationFrequency.EVERY_EVENT); this.policyComponent.bindClassBehaviour(QName.createQName("http://www.someco.com/model/content/1.0","beforeDeleteNode"), QName.createQName("http://www.someco.com/model/content/1.0","sc:doc"), this.beforeDeleteNode); } public setNodeService(NodeService nodeService){ this.nodeService = nodeService; } @Override public void beforeDeleteNode(NodeRef node) { System.out.println("beforeDeleteNode!"); try { QName attachmentID1= QName.createQName("http://www.someco.com/model/content/1.0", "OpenERPattachmentID1"); // this could/shoul be defined in your OpenERPModel-class int attachmentid = (Integer)nodeService.getProperty(node, attachmentID1); //int attachmentid = 123; URL oracle = new URL("http://0.0.0.0:1885/delete/%20?attachmentid=" + attachmentid); URLConnection yc = oracle.openConnection(); BufferedReader in = new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader( yc.getInputStream())); String inputLine; while ((inputLine = in.readLine()) != null) //System.out.println(inputLine); in.close(); } catch(Exception e) { e.printStackTrace(); } } } This is my full custom-web-context file: <?xml version='1.0' encoding='UTF-8'?> <!DOCTYPE beans PUBLIC '-//SPRING//DTD BEAN//EN' 'http://www.springframework.org/dtd/spring-beans.dtd'> <beans> <!-- Registration of new models --> <bean id="smartsolution.dictionaryBootstrap" parent="dictionaryModelBootstrap" depends-on="dictionaryBootstrap"> <property name="models"> <list> <value>alfresco/extension/scOpenERPModel.xml</value> </list> </property> </bean> <!-- deletion of attachments within openERP when delete is initiated in Alfresco--> <bean id="DeleteAsset" class="com.openerp.behavior.DeleteAsset" init-method="init"> <property name="NodeService"> <ref bean="NodeService" /> </property> <property name="PolicyComponent"> <ref bean="PolicyComponent" /> </property> </bean> and content type: <type name="sc:doc"> <title>OpenERP Document</title> <parent>cm:content</parent> There's also this when I open share An error has occured in the Share component: /share/service/components/dashlets/my-sites.   • Undefined symbols after installing new xcode 3.2.3 build

    - by toofah
I want to move to the new XCode 3.2.3 GM Seed build for development, but when I bring up my project I get 'base sdk missing' because my project is set to use iPhone SDK 3.0. If I change 'base SDK' to iPhone 3.2 or 4.0 and then compile I get a lot of errors that I don't understand. I dumped a few of them below. Can anyone tell me what I am missing? Also, can someone confirm that if I choose 'base sdk' of iPhone 3.2 or 4.0 that I can still choose 'target device' of iPhone 3.0 and not force my customers to install the new SDK. I really don't want to be the app that forces my customers to upgrade their OS. Thanks!
