• Configure WebCenter PS5 with WebCenter Content - Bad Example

  I opened JDeveloper, created a content repository connection with all the required fields. While testing the connection, the connection became successful. But while navigating to the Webcenter Content Connection, I am ( Always use past tense ) getting the following error. Notice the inconsistency in the image resolutions SEVERE: Could not list contents of folder with ID = dCollectionID:-1oracle.stellent.ridc.protocol.ServiceException: No service defined for COLLECTION_DISPLAY. To solve the issue, please find the following the steps in Webcenter Content. 1. Login into webcenter content : https://<hostname>:<port number>/cs 2. Click on 'Administration' and select 'Admin Server' 3. This will open a new window in browser, please select 'Component Manager'. 4. In the right side window, please click on 'Advanced component manager' 5. We can see all the enabled and disabled features. The main problem for this error is folders_g is not enabled and Framework folders might have enabled. But for creating a connection with webcenter portal framework or with webcenter spaces, we need folders_g, then only we will get Contribution folder. 6. come to the enabled feature session, select Framework folders and disable it. 7. Come to the disabled feature session, select folders_g in the list and enable it. 8. Restart the Webcenter content node. 9. Login into webcenter content system, go to 'Browse Content' menu. If we are able to see 'Contribution Folder' the problem is solved. ( Avoid dubious sentences ) We can configure webcenter content with Webcenter portal framework or with webcenter spaces.

YouTube accepts videos uploaded in most container formats, including WMV (Windows Media Video), 3GP (Cell Phones), AVI (Windows), MOV (Mac), MP4 (iPod/PSP), FLV (Adobe Flash), MKV (H.264). These include video codecs such as MP4, MPEG and WMV. iMovie is a common video editing software application comes with every Mac for users to edit their own home movies. It imports video footage to the Mac using either the Firewire interface on most MiniDV format digital video cameras, the USB port, or by importing the files from a hard drive where users can edit the video clips, add titles, and add music. Since 1999, eight versions of iMovie have been released by Apple, each with its own functions and characteristic, and each of them deal with videos in a way more or less different. But the most common formats handled with iMovie if specialty discarded as far as to my research are MOV, DV, HDV, MPEG-4. Solution 3: Upload to iMovie after conversion If neither of the above mentioned method works, there is still a third way to turn to.   OS: Vista and Windows7 I have Microsoft Office Document Imaging installed. .tif and .tiff files association is set to " Microsoft Office Document Imaging" When I open a TIFF file, it opens in " Microsoft Office Document Imaging". Good so far. However, when I right-click on the TIFF file and invoke print, I see a "Print Pictures" dialog, ("How do you want to print your pictures?") I have some applications installed on my machine that print incoming TIFF files on the printer. They work fine on XP. However, on Vista and Windows7, I get this "Print pictures" prompt requiring an user intervention (i.e, click on Print button). How do I get rid of this "Print Pictures" prompt?

• Organizing Connections with Folders in Oracle SQL Developer

  How many Oracle databases do you work with on a regular basis? I’m guessing the answer for most of you lies between 1 and 500. This post is really geared for those of you who deal with more than just a handful (5) of database connections. Filters are nice when you need to work with a subset of table data, or even a list of tables. So why wouldn’t they be just as useful for organizing your connections? Here’s my complete list of databases: The folders aren’t there by default, you add them as you need them. Now this isn’t an overly large connection list. But when I need to fire up an impromptu demo for a customer, it’s very nice to be able to drill down into JUST those ‘safe’ environments. This actually saves me a few seconds every time I need to connect to one of my databases. So while it’s a very simple feature, it’s one of those things that I recommend EVERYONE take advantage of as it will save them hours of time over the long haul. Easier to find means I get to work a few seconds faster. This also helps me from making mistakes in ‘production’ environments! How to Add a Connection Folder Select a connection you want to organize. Mouse-right-click, and choose ‘Add to folder.’ You can throw it into a new container or an existing one. Lather, rinse, and repeat as necessary. The only trick is remembering to right-click!   I'm looking for a software that allows me to store some passwords in something like "a text file", access it through a password, read my passwords if required and close it again. I want something really straightforward, double click on file, right click "Add new password", add password, description and close. The file must be really secure, I'll store all my passwords there. I know about some command line solutions but I want my setup to be really fast on reading. Do someone know if such a software exist and can point me in the correct direction? I would like to find it freeware, but I'm ok with some low cost tools too.

• Snow Leopard and NAS share

  Hi, I bought a BlackArmor 220 from Seagate. When I start Snow Leopard the NAS shows up with its full name under shares. The problem is that when I click the NAS only a folder BA_Backup shows up, all the other folders, I created, don't. When I click the NAS, it says I'm connected as "guest". I mean I can connect by "Go to server" and additionally add the folders to the user startup objects, so they show up when I start my Mac, but when the NAS already shows up, why can't I configure it? How to install follow the thing as mine : go to minefield > addons or toolbar  > addons you see a list of plugin who is not suitable for minefield now go to more link of plugin who you want to get work in Firefox 4. When you click their you go to plugin page on addons site of mozilla or maybe redirect you to developer site. if they show you plugin page then go to developer site by click on link more about developer. now you find that on the developer site they give you the same version or maybe new then you found on mozilla addons site. install the plugin and restart the minefield. you see that most of plugin now work.

  Possible Duplicate: online password manager with sharing capabilities Hi, I am looking for a good online password manager with the following requirements: Single click login from browser. Single click form saving from the browser. Not attached to a single PC. Offline version (so I can use it if there is no internet, for example plug USB and have last sync-ed data). Ability to store plain text (notes, for example). Should work on Windows, Linux and Mac. So far I have been happy with RoboForm, but its offline USB version is not available on Linux. • win2008 r2 enterprise "Message Queuing" "Access is denied" "The list of messages cannot be retrieved"

  on my win7, I run compmgmt.msc and drill to a private queue folder ... when I click "Queue messages" or "Journal messages", I either see the messages, or "There are no items to show in this view". BUT, on win2008 R2 Enterprise, I run compmgmt.msc and drill to a private queue folder ... when I click "Queue messages" or "Journal messages", I see "There are no items to show in this view" which AFAIK is correct BUT I get this unwanted dialog: Message Queuing x ------------------------ (X) The list of messages cannot be retrieved. Error: Access is denied. [[ OK ]] On both computers, I'm a member of local Administrators. I'm concerned as a developer because I'm very soon going to be testing WCF/MSMQ software that works on my Win7 laptop. How to I get past this denied access problem? thnx / g.

• gray dotted box outlining desktop icons on windows 7

  I occasionally get this problem where for some reason small, dotted gray boxes appear around my desktop icons. It always goes away after I restart, but I'm just curious what it is. I don't know of anything in particular I do to cause it, but it only outlines icons I click, and it only does it to one icon at a time. The picture below is the box on the recycle bin. IF I click a different icon it'll happen to that one instead. I'm using windows 7. Thank you.

• Fun with upgrading and BCP

  I just had trouble with using BCP out via xp_cmdshell. Probably serves me right but that's a different issue. I got a strange error message 'Unable to resolve column level collations' which turned out to be a bit misleading. I wasted some time comparing the collations of the the server, the database and all the columns in the query. I got so desperate that I even read the Books Online article. Still no joy but then I tried the interweb. It turns out that calling bcp without qualifying it with a path causes Windows to search the folders listed in the Path environment variable - in that order - and execute the first version of BCP it can find. But when you do an in-place version upgrade, the new paths are added on the end of the Path variable so you don't get the latest version of BCP by default. To check which version you're getting execute bcp -v at the command line. The version number will correspond to SQL Server version numbering (eg. 10.50.n = 2008 R2). To examine and/or edit the Path variable, right-click on My Computer, select Properties, go to the Advanced tab and click on the Environment Variables button. If you change the variable you'll have to restart the SQL Server service before it takes effect.

• IE8 Compatibility View issues

  I have the IE7 emulater tag in a jsp layout. But when I bring up the page, it defaults to the IE8 view until the user clicks the Compatibility View button. I don't want the user to have to click the button to launch compatibility mode. Is there a way to force IE7 Emulation on pageLoad? I'd even like to disable the button (or any potential to toggle between IE8 standard mode/IE7 view). Thanks! //sw Update: Now the button seems to have disappeared entirely, but still defaults to IE8 standards. Where did it go?! The toolbar context menu has it as selected, but the tools dropdown menu has it grayed out. For my purposes, it is unacceptable for the user to have to use the developer tools or even click the button to trigger emulation, but I don't know why the button disappeared anyway...

• Child Folder inheriting a permission that parent folder does not have (NTFS)

  I'm reconfiguring roaming profiles on my network to use proper NTFS security settings according to this article. I have reset the following permissions on the roaming profile parent folder: CREATOR OWNER, Full Control, Subfolder and files only User group with profiles, List folder, Create folders, This folder only System, Full Control, This folder, subfolders, and files Then I select one of the actual roaming profile folders and follow these steps to fix the NTFS settings: Click Security, Advanced Uncheck "Allow inheritable permissions..." Choose "Remove..." Recheck "Allow inheritable permissions..." Click "Apply" After I choose apply, I get the following permissions listed on the roaming profile folder: Administrators (MYDOMAIN\Administrators) Full Control, This folder only CREATOR OWNER, Full Control, Subfolders and files only System, Full Control, This folder, subfolders, and files Where is the Administrators entry coming from!? There is an entry on the root of the drive for Administrators to have full control, but the Roaming Profile Parent folder is not set to inherit any permissions, and it does not have the administrators permission.
