    Hi I need to use openid in a c++ website and can't find a working library to work with. I am trying to use this one http://kin.klever.net/libopkele/requirements but it stops the configure with this message: checking for OPENSSL... configure: error: no openssl library found. get one from http://www.openssl.org/ but my debian has openssl installed and libssl-dev libssl installed... any help please?   • in django admin, can we have a multiple select based on choices

    http://docs.djangoproject.com/en/dev/ref/models/fields/#choices i've read through the documentation and this implies using a database table for dynamic data, however it states choices is meant for static data that doesn't change much, if ever. so what if i want to use choices, but have it select multiple because the data i'm using is quite static, e.g days of the week. is there anyway to achieve this without a database table?

    Today I run this select 'exec sp_refreshview N''['+table_schema+'].['+table_name+']''' from information_schema.tables where table_type = 'view' This generates a lot of: exec sp_refreshview N'[SCHEMA].[TABLE]'. I then copy the result to the query editor window and run all those execs. How do I do this all at once? I would like to have a stored procedure called something like dev.RefreshAllViews which I can execute to do this...

    Hi, I'm running through the Ruby on Rails tutorial at http://guides.rubyonrails.org/getting_started.html (adjusting where appropriate for Google's App Engine). All is well up till section 6.3: when I try to click "New Post", I get the following error: Internal Server Error (500) Request Method: GET Request URL: http://localhost:8080/500.html access denied (java.io.FilePermission /dev/urandom read) It works fine when I upload the application to Google's App Engine; it's just on my development machine (OS X 10.6) that it doesn't work.     I connected to my live device using the adb and the following commands: C:\>adb -s HT829GZ52000 shell $ ls ls sqlite_stmt_journals cache sdcard etc system sys sbin proc logo.rle init.trout.rc init.rc init.goldfish.rc init default.prop data root dev $ cd data cd data $ ls ls opendir failed, Permission denied I was surprised to see that I have access denied. How come I can't browse around the directories using the commandline like this? How do I get root access on my phone?

  • Ruby 1.9 Ramaze App Failing with "Illegal instruction"

    I've got an app that I'm trying to get working again after wiping my system and installing Snow Leopard. I installed Ruby 1.9 from Macports (now a later version) and the dev server starts up just fine, but then dies on the first request, only telling me "Illegal instruction". I have no idea what's causing this or even how to go about debugging it. Does anyone have any ideas?

I was looking at the timeline for my page loading and I saw that there is a 150ms delay due to some garbage collection taking place while loading the page. http://cl.ly/cce10619c698a5b276e2 It's the yellow line.     I am writing a program that generates excel reports, currently using the Microsoft.Interop.Excel reference. My dev computer has Excel on it, but the end user may or may not have Office installed. Will this tool fail if Office isn't installed on the end users computer, or is this interop service separate from the actual application?
