    When I try to load a wap site with PHP HTTP request from my PC, host of the web site recognizes that I'm sending the request from a PC and redirects me to their actual web site and I can't load the wap site. Is there a way to behave like a mobile browser and prevent this redirection? Although an answer regarding any programming language is ok, a php specific answer will be better.

  • C# Putting the required DLLs somewhere other than the root of the output

    I am using EmguCV for a project and when our program runs it needs some dlls like "cxcore.dll" etc. (or it throws runtime exceptions). At the moment, I put the files in the root of the output folder (selected "Copy Always" in the file's properties in Visual Studio). However it looks a bit messy, to have about 10 different dlls just there. Is there someway where I can move it to a subfolder in the output folder and it'll still find it.

  • best way to deal with python pdb flakiness re/stdout?

    I love python and hate the pdb debugger. For instance, if I have a program where stdout is redirected, my pdb prompts all go to the redirection, because the library was written to write to stdout. Oftentimes this problem is subtle, causing me to think a program is hanging when it's really waiting for input. How do people work around this? (Unfortunately, using other debuggers like winpdb is not an option). Thanks, /YGA

    Hello, We have a series of products with built in web servers each of which has a login page, a customer wants to create a web portal in which they log into once, from there they can simply click on any of the devices (external websites) and it will automatically login to that site and redirect them to the page after the login screen. The portal is using ASP.NET MVC, the external devices are Windows CE based units running embedded web servers. Can find a lot on scraping, but not much on redirection after the event.     I ultimately want to get data from this page: http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber?trackingNumber=0656887000494793 But that page forwards to: http://www.canadapost.ca/cpotools/apps/track/personal/findByTrackNumber?execution=eXs1 So when I use open (open-uri) to try and fetch the data, it throws a RuntimeError error saying HTTP redirection loop: So I'm not really sure how to get that data after it redirects and throws that error.

The problem i am facing is : I can install the application using the msi installer files from the shared network folder. Using the .gitignore file in the root of the project I need to ignore all .dll files that reside within a bin/ folder anywhere in the project tree. I've tried "bin/*.dll" but that doesn't work, I assume it is only working against the bin/ folder in the root of the project.

    Namely I have: Environment.SpecialFolder.ApplicationData Environment.SpecialFolder.CommonApplicationData Environment.SpecialFolder.LocalApplicationData I am unclear as to were these point to in Windows XP and/or Windows Vista. What I found so far is that the ApplicationData points to the ApplicationData Folder for the current user in XP and the roaming application data folder in Vista. I would also like to know if there are general guidelines on when to use which.

But most programs store their settings in the sub-folder "anwendungsdaten" (German, application data). Is there a way to get the direct path to this folder?     I'm trying to specify a relative directory in the web.xml file. I basically want it to read the "data" folder underneath "web-inf", but nothing I've tried seems to work. "/data" translates to the data folder in the root directory (I'm using windows). "data" translates to "C:\Program Files\Eclipes\data" "${CATALINA_HOME}/[etc...]" doesn't seem to work either. Any ideas?
