• Using a 64bit Linux kernel, can't see more than 4GB of RAM in /proc/meminfo

  I've configured a 3G IP Gateway of mine to connect using IKE Phase 1 Aggressive Mode with PSK to my openswan installation running on Ubuntu server 12.04. I think left's response is indeed getting through to my gateway, because in another question, I was trying to set up a similar scenario with Main Mode IKE, and in that case it looks as though at least one of the three 2-way main mode exchanges succeeded. What other explanation for the failure is there? (The 3G Gateway I'm using on the right is a Moxa G3150, by the way.)

  I'm writing a report on developing EJBs in Jdeveloper and every time i type "IDE" my laptop beeps twice in quick succesion. Actually, whilst typing this I've worked out that any combination of shift plus two adjacent keys, one from the row that starts qwerty and one from the row that starts asdfg will beep. It's really quite annoying. It's a hp laptop. Anyone know how I can make it stop?

  Just a thought. Wouldn't it be useful to have optional type parameters in C#? This would make life simpler. I'm tired of having multiple classes with the same name, but different type parameters. Also VS doesn't support this very vell (file names) :-) This would eliminate the need for a non-generic IEnumerable: interface IEnumerable<out T=object>{ IEnumerator<T> GetEnumerator() } What do you think?

• Adding <span> tags to all text nodes between custom self closing tags.

  I have a pair of custom self closing tags s1 and s2 defined in namespace x in my xhtml. For each tag pair s1, s2 having the same id, I want to add span tags to all the text nodes between them. Each s1, s2 tag pair have a unique id. The s1 tag has an attribute 'styleName' which needs to be copied as the class name for the span tags populated for the s1,s2 pair. Within a s1, s2 tag pair, other s1, s2 tags can occur. It is the id attribute of the tags s1 and s2 that help us to find the postion from where we need to start populating the span(for text nodes alone) and the end where we need to stop. In case of common text nodes that is part of the multiple s1, s2 pairs then the span tags needs to be opened and closed appropirately as shown in the sample below. I am not specific with the format of the id populated for the span tag. Along as it is unique it is fine. Can we achive this kind of a solution using XSL. I am using Saxon processor. • Adding <span> tags to all text nodes between custom self closing tags.

  I have a pair of custom self closing tags s1 and s2 defined in namespace x in my xhtml. For each tag pair s1, s2 having the same id, I want to add span tags to all the text nodes between them. Each s1, s2 tag pair have a unique id. The s1 tag has an attribute 'styleName' which needs to be copied as the class name for the span tags populated for the s1,s2 pair. Within a s1, s2 tag pair, other s1, s2 tags can occur. It is the id attribute of the tags s1 and s2 that help us to find the postion from where we need to start populating the span(for text nodes alone) and the end where we need to stop. In case of common text nodes that is part of the multiple s1, s2 pairs then the span tags needs to be opened and closed appropirately as shown in the sample below.   In php we use includes. So variables defined in one file and then their scope spans included files too. Zend studio has no idea how to get the type of the variable I am using inside an included file, this is very annoying when the variable type is a big class. Is there a way to hint the ide about variable types? in included files?
