  • sbt: "test" works "test:run" not

    I try to establish a build pipeline on Jenkins with a Play(2.0.2) project. As I want to just build the sources once and use the classes for downstream builds, I now have created a "compile"-job, that runs "sbt test:compile". That works so far. The next job should then just run the compiled tests. If I use "sbt test" it works as expected, but compiles the sources again. But if I try to run "sbt test:run" it says: [info] Loading project definition from ~/myproject/project [info] Set current project to myproject (in build file: ~/myproject/) java.lang.RuntimeException: No main class detected. at scala.sys.package$.error(package.scala:27) [error] {file:~/myproject/test:run: No main class detected. The same happens locally. I can run "sbt test" but not "sbt test:run". Same error. Is there someone who can point me to the right direction?

For some reason, it doesn't work in either Firefox 3.6.3 or Chrome 4.1.249.1064 (45376). I did notice a mistake with the data being returned (the developer is returning a collection of data, even for queries that will always return a single record), but it still baffles me why it doesn't work in other browsers. It might be important to note that I am working from an HTML file on my local file system. I thought it might be a XSS issue, but that doesn't explain why Flickr works.

  • C++ coverage tool that WORKS?!

    Been searching for a good coverage tool for a while now. I'm with VC++ 2008. Tried already: NCover, PureCoverage, PartCover and a few others I can't remember their names. None works! Not even with a very basic console application that does almost nothing. Tried to get an evaluation copy from BullsEye and few more others - not only that they require you to ask for it (no automatic process), they don't even answer after you request AND after you ask what's going on, through the support mail. So the question is: Is there any tool, which I can immediately download an evaluation for it, that actually works on VC 2008 projects? Something that will get me going within 10 minutes? It's funny but it seems to be a very non-trivial request in the area of this kind of software.

  • Internet Explore works very slowly executing JS code

    There is a page that uses PHP to fetch search results from Google Search API and then it puts the results on the page some funny way in a circle. Code and may look crappy but seems that it works more or less fine in Firefox. When you enter a search query and click submit button or Next/Previous links, it fills the wheel with results. The problem is its work in IE. It works there very slowly and then it doesn't clear the wheel before filling in new data, but puts it over that. My friend asked me to help him with this code. Please give me a piece of advice how I can fix it. Thanks so much!

  • How compiling circular dependencies works?

    I've made the example in Java but I think (not tested) that it works in other (all?) languages. You have 2 files M.java that says public class MType{ XType x; MType(){ x = null;} } and another file XType.java (in the same directory) public class XType{ MType m; public XType(MType m){ this.m=m;} } Ok it's BAD programming , but.. if you run javac XType it compiles: compiles even MTypes because XType needs it. But.. MType needs XType.. how it works? How does the compiler know what is happening? Probably is a stupid question, but I would like to know how the compiler (javac or other compilers if you know.) manages that situation, not how to avoid it. I'm asking because i'm writing a precompiler and I would like to manage that situation.. Thank you

  • Samplegrabber works fine on AVI/MPEG files but choppy with WMV

    I have been using the latest version of the WPFMediaKit. What I am trying to do is write a sample application that will use the Samplegrabber to capture the video frames of video files so I can have them as individual Bitmaps. So far, I have had good luck with the following code when constructing and rendering my graph. However, when I use this code to play back a .wmv video file, when the samplegrabber is attached, it will play back jumpy or choppy. If I comment out the line where I add the samplegrabber filter, it works fine. I have attempted inserting a WMAsfReader to decode which works, but once it goes to the VMR9 it gives the same behavior. Also, I have gotten it to work correctly when I comment out the IBaseFilter renderer = CreateVideoMixingRenderer9(m_graph, 1); line and have filterGraph.Render(pins[0]); -- the only drawback is that now it renders in an Activemovie widow of its own instead of my control, however the samplegrabber functions correctly and without any skipping. So I am thinking the bug is in the VMR9 / samplegrabbing somewhere. Any help? I am new to this.

I get this error in apache's error log: DBD::DB2::dr connect warning: [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Data source name not found, and no default driver specified at /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.8.8/Apache/DBI.pm line 190. DBI connect('SAMPLE','username',...) failed: [unixODBC][Driver Manager]Data source name not found, and no default driver specified at /data/www/perl/test.pl line 15 First of all, why is it using ODBC? The native DB2 driver is installed (hence it works as CGI). Running Apache 2.2.3, mod_perl 2.0.4 under RHEL5. This guy had the same problem as me: http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg22909.html But I have no idea how he fixed it. What does mod_php4 have to do with mod_perl? Any help would be greatly appreciated, I'm having no luck with google.

  • [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified - works

    Hello, I am developing a java app (with odbc bridge - forgive me - the only paradox driver I have been able to obtain is the microsoft odbc driver) - which works fine while in eclipse, (and netbeans) - connecting and obtaining data from an ancient paradox 5.x database. So long as it is run from inside my IDE - it compiles and runs flawlessly. When I export it to a runable jar, suddenly [code][Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified[/code] occurs. The jar is being run on the same box as my developing IDE - so I am confused about the cause. It is being run via console from a user account, as per the IDE. My connection string is "jdbc:odbc:Driver={Microsoft Paradox Driver (*.db )};DriverID=538; Fil=Paradox 5.X; DefaultDir=C:\paradox\database\location\" - obtained from connectionstrings.com - and as mentioned before, working fine while run from the IDE. The above seems to 'magically' create its own connection, avoiding the setup of a dsn - I am unsure quite how it does - but it works. The only other thing I can think that might be pertinent is that my PC is a 64bit o/s (windows server 2008). Please help, any suggestions or comments will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Matt

  • Mysqli query only works on localhost, not webserver

    Hello. I have changed some of my old queries to the Mysqli framework to improve performance. Everything works fine on localhost but when i upload it to the webserver it outputs nothing. After connecting I check for errors and there are none. I also checked the php modules installed and mysqli is enabled. I am certain that it creates a connection to the database as no errors are displayed. Checked the error logs and there is nothing so everything points to a good connection. All the tables exists as well etc. Anyone any ideas because this one has me stuck!     Hi all! I have rich web app btuil with ExtJS. It has multi-select list control (created with JS+CSS). I want to click on some item in that list using HP QuickTest Pro 10 with Internet Explorer 6. I added that item into Object repository and found that following code works - selects some item: Browser("blah").Page("blah").WebElement("SomeElem").Click next code also works: Browser("blah").Page("blah").WebElement("SomeElem").FireEvent("onMouseDown") Browser("blah").Page("blah").WebElement("SomeElem").FireEvent("onMouseUp") Browser("blah").Page("blah").WebElement("SomeElem").FireEvent("onClick") But I want to select several items using shift+click method. I don't know to do that :( So I have a few questions: How can perform click with mouse on several web elements with Shift key pressed? I tried to do that using CreateEventObject + shiftKey set to true, but the method (perform fireEvent on DOM object, not object from Object repository) doesn't work: Browser("blah").Page("blah").WebElement("SomeElem").Object.FireEvent("onClick") What the difference between WebElement("Element").FireEvent("OnClick") and WebElement("Element").Object.FireEvent("OnClick") ?     Hey. I'm trying to use ShSetFolderPath function in C#. I work on Win7, I've managed to use ShSetKnownFolderPath and it works fine. Since this function is unavaible in WinXP, i tried to invoke ShSetFolderPath. Because i'm not familiar with invoking, I've done some searching and found something on some French forum. I don't speak French, but this declaration makes sense (as written in Remarks of function documentation in MSDN library): [DllImport( "Shell32.dll", CharSet = CharSet.Unicode, EntryPoint = "#232" ) ] private static extern int SHSetFolderPath( int csidl, IntPtr hToken, uint flags, string path ); I call it like that: private static int CSIDL_DESKTOP = 0x0000; public static void SetDesktopPath(string path) { int ret; ret = SHSetFolderPath(CSIDL_DESKTOP, IntPtr.Zero, 0, path); if (ret != 0) { Console.WriteLine(ret); Console.WriteLine(Marshal.GetExceptionForHR(ret)); } } It works in Win7, but in XP function returns -2147024809, which means "Value does not fall within the expected range". My guess is, it's something wrong with Dll importing. Any idea?

  • UITextField inside of UITableViewCell will not activate on iPad but works on iPhone

    I have a UITextField inside a UITableViewCell. It will not activate on the iPad (but it works fine on the iPhone) no matter what I try. Tapping on it and telling it to become the firstResponder both fail. The odd thing is that if I take the exact same code and move it to another view controller in my app it executes just fine. This makes it seem as if there is likely a problem in the parent UITableViewController but I can't find anything obvious. I'm hoping that someone out there has experienced a similar problem and can point me in the right direction.   • Django sphinx works only after app restart.

    Hi, I've set up django-sphinx in my project, which works perfectly only for some time. Later it always returns empty result set. Surprisingly restarting django app fixes it. And search works again but again only for short time (or very limiter number of queries).   • setInterval works only the first time

    Hi, I am trying to use setTimer to animate a slide show using straightforward jQuery. I provide the user with a button (in the form of a "DIV" with a button background image) that he clicks to start the show and which then turns into a pause button. The slides are supposed to change every 3 seconds. Here is the relevant code: playLink = $('<div id="lbPlayLink" />').click(function(){ $(playLink).hide(); $(pauseLink).show(); slideInterval = setInterval(function(){next()}, 3000) })[0]; pauseLink = $('<div id="lbPauseLink" />').click(function(){ $(playLink).show(); $(pauseLink).hide(); clearInterval(slideInterval); }).hide()[0]; The next() function call does the work of replacing the slide with the next one. I have checked out this function and it works perfectly if I call it directly (synchronously), however, when it gets called asonchronously by the "setInterval", it works fine the first time (3 seconds after I click on the button), but is never called again, even though it should be called 3 seconds later. I know it's never called as I put an "alert" call at the beginning and end of the function. If I replace the "next()" call in the "setInterval" by "alert('test')" then I can see the setInterval is doing what it is supposed to. I can't for the life of me see why "alert()" is OK but "next()" isn't, unless it has something to do with "scope" of functions, but in that case why does it work the first time? I've tried debugging the code with firebug, but it can't really help with timeout functions like this. Neither Firefox nor IE8 show any error messages. I've looked through the various posts here and elsewhere on setInterval, but can't see anything relevant that I haven't tried already. I've been experimenting now for about 3 hours and it's doing my head in. Can anyone suggest what I can try next? Thanks in advance Neil

  • Quartz.Net scheduler works locally but not on remote host

    Hi. I have a timed quartz.net job working fine on my dev machine, but once deployed to a remote server it is not triggering. I believe the job is scheduled ok, because if I postback, it tells me the job already exists (I normally check for postback however). The email code definitely works, as the 'button1_click' event sends emails successfully. I understand I have full or medium trust on the remove server. My host says they don't apply restrictions that they know of which would affect it.   • PHP functions wont work with String object, but works with it typed manually

    Hi, I'm trying to strip tags from a text output coming from an object. The problem is, that I can't. If I type it manually like "<p>http://www.mylink.com</p>", it works fine! When doing echo $item->text; it gives me the same string "<p>http://www.mylink.com</p>"; Doing var_dump or even gettype, gives me a string(). So, I'm sure its a string, but it's not acting like it, I tried several functions preg_replace, preg_match, strip_Tags, none worked.
