  • Using antlr and the DLR together -- AST conversion

    - by RCIX
I have an AST generated via ANTLR, and I need to convert it to a DLR-compatible one (Expression Trees). However, it would seem that i can't use tree pattern matchers for this as expression trees need their subtrees at instantiation (which i can't get). What solution would be best for me to use?

  • CodePage ID to CodePage name: GetEncoding equivalent in Delphi?

    - by Steve
Hello all, I'm looking for a Win32 equivalent of the .Net Encoding.GetEncoding Method to be used in Delphi7. What I would like to achieve is to convert a Codepage ID (ie.: 28592) to a Codepage name (iso-8859-2 in this case). I've found a Win32 function called GetCPInfoEx, but that returns a long CodePage name, and I need the short one, like the ones listed on this page: (see Name column) http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.text.encoding.aspx Thank you!

  • Converting NSDecimalNumber to NSString

    - by 4thSpace
I'm retrieving a key from an object that looks like this: po obj { TypeID = 3; TypeName = Asset; } The key value is being retrieved like this: NSString *typeId = (NSString*)[obj objectForKey:@"TypeID"]; Rather than typeId being an NSString, it is an NSDecimalNumber. Why is that? How do I convert it to an NSString?

  • Bit Reversal using bitwise

    - by Yongwei Xing
    Hi all I am trying to do bit reversal in a byte. I use the code below static int BitReversal(int n) { int u0 = 0x55555555; // 01010101010101010101010101010101 int u1 = 0x33333333; // 00110011001100110011001100110011 int u2 = 0x0F0F0F0F; // 00001111000011110000111100001111 int u3 = 0x00FF00FF; // 00000000111111110000000011111111 int x, y, z; x = n; y = (x >> 1) & u0; z = (x & u0) << 1; x = y | z; y = (x >> 2) & u1; z = (x & u1) << 2; x = y | z; y = (x >> 4) & u2; z = (x & u2) << 4; x = y | z; y = (x >> 8) & u3; z = (x & u3) << 8; x = y | z; y = (x >> 16) & u4; z = (x & u4) << 16; x = y | z; return x; } It can reverser the bit (on a 32-bit machine), but there is a problem, For example, the input is 10001111101, I want to get 10111110001, but this method would reverse the whole byte including the heading 0s. The output is 10111110001000000000000000000000. Is there any method to only reverse the actual number? I do not want to convert it to string and reverser, then convert again. Is there any pure math method or bit operation method? Best Regards,

  • OBML file format

    - by Gowtham
Opera mini browser can save HTML pages in OBML (Opera Binary Markup Language) format for offline browsing. I am wondering if I can convert a HTML file to OBML format and save in my phone for later viewing. For doing so, I need details about the OBML format, which seems to be undocumented. Do you know more details on this OBML format? Thanks for your time.

  • C# file Decryption - Bad Data

    - by Jon
Hi all, I am in the process of rewriting an old application. The old app stored data in a scoreboard file that was encrypted with the following code: private const String SSecretKey = @"?B?n?Mj?"; public DataTable GetScoreboardFromFile() { FileInfo f = new FileInfo(scoreBoardLocation); if (!f.Exists) { return setupNewScoreBoard(); } DESCryptoServiceProvider DES = new DESCryptoServiceProvider(); //A 64 bit key and IV is required for this provider. //Set secret key For DES algorithm. DES.Key = ASCIIEncoding.ASCII.GetBytes(SSecretKey); //Set initialization vector. DES.IV = ASCIIEncoding.ASCII.GetBytes(SSecretKey); //Create a file stream to read the encrypted file back. FileStream fsread = new FileStream(scoreBoardLocation, FileMode.Open, FileAccess.Read); //Create a DES decryptor from the DES instance. ICryptoTransform desdecrypt = DES.CreateDecryptor(); //Create crypto stream set to read and do a //DES decryption transform on incoming bytes. CryptoStream cryptostreamDecr = new CryptoStream(fsread, desdecrypt, CryptoStreamMode.Read); DataTable dTable = new DataTable("scoreboard"); dTable.ReadXml(new StreamReader(cryptostreamDecr)); cryptostreamDecr.Close(); fsread.Close(); return dTable; } This works fine. I have copied the code into my new app so that I can create a legacy loader and convert the data into the new format. The problem is I get a "Bad Data" error: System.Security.Cryptography.CryptographicException was unhandled Message="Bad Data.\r\n" Source="mscorlib" The error fires at this line: dTable.ReadXml(new StreamReader(cryptostreamDecr)); The encrypted file was created today on the same machine with the old code. I guess that maybe the encryption / decryption process uses the application name / file or something and therefore means I can not open it. Does anyone have an idea as to: A) Be able explain why this isn't working? B) Offer a solution that would allow me to be able to open files that were created with the legacy application and be able to convert them please? Thank you

  • Flash-based Document Viewer/Converter (FlashPaper alternative, but with automated converter support)

    - by Mauricio
Hey stackoverflow community, I am looking for a Document Viewer application that I can embed in a Flash/Flex application that supports Microsoft Office documents as well as PDF. I have looked into print2flash as a possibility, but their automated converter executable requires access to the files and directories. Does anyone know of other alternatives which would have .NET/Java/Other libraries to convert these files to a SWF that can do it based on the download stream, as opposed to the actual files? Thanks!

  • Converting local timestamp to UTC timestamp in Java.

    - by fiXedd
I have a milliseconds-since-local-epoch timestamp that I'd like to convert into a milliseconds-since-UTC-epoch timestamp. From a quick glance through the docs it looks like something like this would work: int offset = TimeZone.getDefault().getRawOffset(); long newTime = oldTime - offset; Is there a better way to do this?

  • MS Word documents to rtf documents

    - by hailpam
Hi all, I've a problem: my application must convert ms word documents (imported from another system) into rtf documents, in order to be manipulated with OOo APIs and to be immune from mistakes (for coding incompatibility reasons). I ask you: how can I manipulate ms word documents directly from my Java application? There are APIs (like POI or OOo) that allow me to do my work without any coding incompatibility? Thanks in advance. Best regards, -Paolo

  • Delphi, ImageList that handles BOTH png and bitmaps.

    - by michal
Recently I've found TPngImageList component ( http://cc.embarcadero.com/Item/26127 ) which is very good, but it handles only png images ... I'd like to have some imagelist that allows combining of pngimages with bitmaps, as I'm using lots of bitmaps, and I do not want to spend coming week converting those bitmaps to pngs, yet I want to use be able to add PNG images for coming features ... So far I used to convert the PNGs to bitmaps using GIMP if I wasn't able to find any replacement.

  • Using Zope object unique id ( _p_oid ) to access object itself

Every Zope object has it's own unique id ( _p_oid ). To convert it into integer value: from Shared.DC.xml.ppml import u64 as decodeObjectId oid = decodeObjectId(getattr(<Object instance>, '_p_oid')) Is it possible to get object itself having it's _p_oid? I tried this: from ZODB.utils import p64 object = <RootObject instance>._p_jar[p64(oid)] But it seems it's a wrong way

  • Oracle 9i Session Disconnections

    - by mlaverd
[Cross-Posting from ServerFault] I am in a development environment, and our test Oracle 9i server has been misbehaving for a few days now. What happens is that we have our JDBC connections disconnecting after a few successful connections. We got this box set up by our IT department and handed over to. It is 'our problem', so options like 'ask you DBA' isn't going to help me. :( Our server is set up with 3 plain databases (one is the main dev db, the other is the 'experimental' dev db). We use the Oracle 10 ojdbc14.jar thin JDBC driver (because of some bug in the version 9 of the driver). We're using Hibernate to talk to the DB. The only thing that I can see that changed is that we now have more users connecting to the server. Instead of one developer, we now have 3. With the Hibernate connection pools, I'm thinking that maybe we're hitting some limit? Anyone has any idea what's going on? Here's the stack trace on the client: Caused by: org.hibernate.exception.GenericJDBCException: could not execute query at org.hibernate.exception.SQLStateConverter.handledNonSpecificException(SQLStateConverter.java:126) [hibernate3.jar:na] at org.hibernate.exception.SQLStateConverter.convert(SQLStateConverter.java:114) [hibernate3.jar:na] at org.hibernate.exception.JDBCExceptionHelper.convert(JDBCExceptionHelper.java:66) [hibernate3.jar:na] at org.hibernate.loader.Loader.doList(Loader.java:2235) [hibernate3.jar:na] at org.hibernate.loader.Loader.listIgnoreQueryCache(Loader.java:2129) [hibernate3.jar:na] at org.hibernate.loader.Loader.list(Loader.java:2124) [hibernate3.jar:na] at org.hibernate.loader.hql.QueryLoader.list(QueryLoader.java:401) [hibernate3.jar:na] at org.hibernate.hql.ast.QueryTranslatorImpl.list(QueryTranslatorImpl.java:363) [hibernate3.jar:na] at org.hibernate.engine.query.HQLQueryPlan.performList(HQLQueryPlan.java:196) [hibernate3.jar:na] at org.hibernate.impl.SessionImpl.list(SessionImpl.java:1149) [hibernate3.jar:na] at org.hibernate.impl.QueryImpl.list(QueryImpl.java:102) [hibernate3.jar:na] ... • how to add date in HH:MM:SS format to the x-axis of the XY-Line chart?

    - by Aru
Hi, I want to add date in HH:MM:SS format to the x-axis of XY-Line chart. I am using follwing code to do it. xValueExpression ![CDATA[new SimpleDateFormat("HH:mm:ss").format($F{time})]] /xValueExpression But it is giving error as can not convert from string to number. Because XY-Line chart takes number on X and Y axis. So how to achieve this? Or there is any other way to achieve this?
