    I'd like (g)vim to draw pipe symbol '|' on each 4th space of indentation to show something like vertical indentation line. I found this plugin: http://vim.sourceforge.net/scripts/script.php?script_id=628 but it works only for 'tab'. I'm using spaces instead of the tabs.     I have a table fill with cell items. If I click on a cell item, that cell item is 'linked' or related to other cell items, which need to be highlighted. If another cell item is clicked, that cell's related cells need to light up. Is there a jQuery plugin to accomplish something like this? Or would I have to look into writing one myself?

    I just installed Google's Page Speed plugin to Firebug, and everything looks good except for caching. I have set headers to cache my JS and CSS files, but it says the images aren't being cached. How can I make sure the images get cached for 30 days? These are static images, so I can't just add the headers with PHP like I did with the other files.

  • Javascript fine grain performance tweaking

    I have been writing my first jQuery plugin and struggling to find a means to time how long different pieces of code take to run. I can use firebug and console.time/profile. However, it seems that because my code executes so fast I get no results with profile and with time it spits out 0ms. (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2690697/firebug-profiling-issue-no-activity-to-profile/2690846#2690846) Is there a way to get the time at a greater level of detail that milliseconds in javascript?

  • Is there a way to create a step chart using the Google Charts API?

    I'd like to use the google charts API to create a step chart for my Rails application. Preferably using the annotated timeline Google has (since it has a nice wrapper plugin for rails): http://code.google.com/apis/visualization/documentation/gallery/annotatedtimeline.html However, there doesn't seem to be a way to create a step chart using the annotated timeline or any other chart in the Google API. I'm looking to make a plot like this: If there is no way to do this with the google API, is there an alternative graphing library that can handle such a task?

    Does anyone know of a tool like PowerArchitect or SquirrelSQL or maybe eclipse plugin that lets you also generate jpa/sql queries? Imagine you choosing your database, or your entity beans, and the modeling would reverse engineer your database/entity model, so that you could visually just choose the columns you wanted to select, and it would generate jpa or sql queries for you. For instance choosing A.b and X.y would generate something like this: select a.b, x.y from A a, X x join ......

    Hi All, I know that there is the PyObjC bridge is OSX and what I want to do is to put a python application/script in the rightclick context menu of OS X. there is the OnMyCommand plugin but I dont think that supports python. I've had a look at how to do it in Carbon/ Objective-C and i'll admit it im a wuss and am just not smart enough yet to grok how to do it (I aint even close to groking it actually.)
