What's the best regular expression for integer separated by comma? It can also contain space between comma, and the field is not required which means it could be blank.

I have Perl code:
my $s = "The+quick+brown+fox+jumps+over+the+lazy+dog+that+is+my+dog";
I want to replace every + with space and dog with cat.
I have this regular expression:
$s =~ s/\+(.*)dog/ ${1}cat/g;
But, it only matches the first occurrence of + and last dog.

I have table that gets dynamically created.
When using jQuery and toggle, everything works. I however get a small visual glitch - it seems the HTML sometimes get selected. How would I disable this on a faulty drag or mouse operation?
Is there a difference in the DOM between text in a cell and 'not text' or buffered space in a td?
Thanks in advance.
I have an ordered list in ie7 and the list-style-type decimal is not allowing space on two digit numbers

hi,
I cannot see flash video player in IE in this website: www.donatellabernardi.ch/drupal
It works in other browsers: For example click on the article 'Test Jacques' and scroll down, you'll see an empty space instead of the video.
thanks
I have defined an object in 3D space with position, rotation and scale values (all defined as 3D vectors). It also has upwards and forwards direction vectors. When I rotate the object, I need these direction vectors to rotate with it.
Assuming my up vector is (0, 1, 0) and my forwards vector is (0, 0, 1) at zero rotation, how might I achieve this?
I am having an issue with referencing the sheet name through =Branded!$A$1 Notation in VBA. For a while I have passed in simple sheet names like:
Dim SheetName As String
SheetName = "Pizza"
("=" & SheetName & "!$A$1")
This has worked fine, but recently I passed in "Tier 1" and of course this notation broke. Is there any fix or workaround for this? It Think it's because of the space, the number or both....
I have created a record like this:
(defrecord User [user-id email])
:but when I try to access it from another name-space I get the error:
(User. "name" "email")
java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Unable to resolve classname: User
It works when I do:
(oe.model.modelcore.User. "name" "email")
: I know I will need to import the Java class, but is there any way for clojure to do this automatically when I do:
(use 'oe.model.modelcore :reload)
If I have a string
"this is a string"
How can I shorten it so that I only have one space between the words rather than multiple? (The number of white spaces is random)
"this is a string"
Design an algorithm with min time and space
here is my solution -
assume a array of N elements with 32 bit integers
use a bit array to set the appropriate bits
the array is sorted now
assign even numbers to the first half of the array in ascending order
assign odd numbers to the second half of the array in descending order
any better solution ?
hi,
I'm using as container for my LinkButtons.
I would like to know
1) how can I remove the space between the items in my Tile container.
2) how can I set dynamic width for my items (at the moment they all have the same width regardless the width of the included component)
3) how can I avoid to display scrollbars if the items are not included in the container
Thanks
Dear experts,

I want to replace new lines in text with coma or space but do not change the last new line.
I know of this question: How to replace new lines with tab characters - but it does produce an tab on end instead of new line.
So far I have come with:
awk 'NR>1{printf","} {printf $1} END{printf"\n"}'
Is there an easier way to do this? This is not an assignment, I am just curious want to level up my scripting.
Has anyone expirience this error before: this happens when I hit CTRL + space , here is the error :
For those who has tinyurl blocked: This compilation unit is not on the build path of the java project.
This is a maven project, mvn eclipse:eclipse doesn't help I mean it compiles and runs just fine just something is wrong and I can't figure out what. I checkouted this project from SVN, it wasn't developed on my PC.
Android - What is the maximum file size that setMaxFileSize can be set to in respect to Androids mediarecorder? I know it's somewhere between 4147483650 and 5147483650. Why is there a limit in the first place?
I'm recording on to a SDCARD, detecting the size of the cards space before we run.
"ERROR/AuthorDriver(31): setParameter(max-filesize = 7270309850) failed with result -5"
"ERROR/AuthorDriver(31): Ln 903 handleSetParameters("max-filesize=7270309850") error"
"ERROR/AndroidRuntime(409): java.lang.RuntimeException: setMaxFileSize failed."
What's the purpose of having the Simulated User Interface elements, i.e. the top and bottom toolbars? Is this to allow you to design with the space accounted for but the actual toolbars would be provided by the Navigation Controller?
To my understanding the difference between a macro and a function is, that a macro-call will be replaced by the instruction in the definition, and a function does the whole push, branch and pop -thing. Is this right, or have I understand something wrong?
Additionally, if this is right, it would mean, that macros would take more space, but would be faster (because of the lack of the push, branch and pop instructions.), wouldn't it?
During a preparation for a job interview, I encountered the following question:
How can you determine whether a linked list (of any type) contains a loop, using additional space complexity of O(1)? You cannot assume that the loop starts at the first node (and of course, the loop doesn't have to contain all nodes).
I couldn't find the answer, though I have the feeling it's quite simple...
I have a scheduled task that is very IO intensive (deleting hundreds of thousands of files). For disk space reasons, this job has to be performed reasonably quickly. On win2k8, scheduled tasks always have a low IO priority. Raising the priority of the process did not change the IO priority. Is there any way to get a scheduled task to have a normal IO priority?
hi
i'm using serialize/unserialize functions in php 5.2. the text to be stored is POSTed via a form. btw, no white-space before or after. if text contains " or ' it serializes successfully. the problem is it does not unserialize back. what i'm doing wrong?
Hi,
I'm trying to construct a two row table similar to following:
---

where the bottom is filling the space of the upper row. Is this possible using CSS? In HTML I can do things like colspan.
