  • How to add packages into .exe file using py2exe?

    Hello, I have an app with two packages.. My setup.py is like this: sys.argv.append('py2exe') setup( options = {'py2exe': {'bundle_files': 1}}, windows = [{'script': "SoundLog.py"}], zipfile = None, ) After creating the .exe I have to put the packages in the same folder as the .exe file. How can I include them in the .exe? Thanks in advance!

  • Unable to run native C++ application on different machine

    Hi, I wrote a simple 'Hello, world' application in C++ using Visual Studio 2008. I am able to run the app successfully on my local machine. BUt when I copy the exe onto another machine and run, it does not run. It gives the error that 'Application has failed to start because application configuration is incorrect'. The another system does not have Visual Studio installed. What could be the problem? Thanks, Rakesh.

    Hello, I have a db.BlobProperty property (called "Icon") in my entity which contains an image binary. I want to run a GQL query to retrieve all entities with an image (i.e. their "Icon" property is not NULL). Trying to use the following query: "SELECT * FROM Names WHERE Icon!=NULL" did not work... Trying to use .filter("Icon!=",None) did not work as well... Any ideas? Thanks! Joel

I need to program an application on a touchscreen (fullscreen), where people can fill in a survey. The only thing they should use is this program. (for protection of the survey anwsers and other secret stuff :p ) And the program should be closed when entering the right password. So how can I disable everything else but the program I'm running?     Hello, I have an iPhone app that loads the following URL: http://maps.google.com?q=Apple Stores&ll=37.331689,-122.030731&z=3 As expected, the google maps app loads on the phone, but zooms to the entire US. It does not appear to be respecting the z= parameter, or at least, not allowing a zoom level that shows stores in the area.

    Hello I used the command "net user" to add a new admin user to windows like that: net user myuser11 myuser11 /add net localgroup Administrators myuser11 /add the problem that after restart windows I only see the icon of the "myuser" and the default windows "Administrator" login icon disappeared !! the "Administrator" files still exists and I can login as "Administrator" after ctrl+alt+del but I need of course to display the "Administrator" icon in welcome screen how I fix that ? I use windows xp sp3 thanks
