  • CakePHP pagination with HABTM models

    - by nickf
I'm having some problems with creating pagination with a HABTM relationship. First, the tables and relationships: requests (id, to_location_id, from_location_id) locations (id, name) items_locations (id, item_id, location_id) items (id, name) So, a Request has a Location the request is coming from and a Location the Request is going to. For this question, I'm only concerned about the "to" location. Request --belongsTo--> Location* --hasAndBelongsToMany--> Item (* as "ToLocation") In my RequestController, I want to paginate all the Items in a Request's ToLocation. // RequestsController var $paginate = array( 'Item' => array( 'limit' => 5, 'contain' => array( "Location" ) ) ); // RequestController::add() $locationId = 21; $items = $this->paginate('Item', array( "Location.id" => $locationId )); And this is failing, because it is generating this SQL: SELECT COUNT(*) AS count FROM items Item WHERE Location.id = 21 I can't figure out how to make it actually use the "contain" argument of $paginate... Any ideas?

  • Internal typedef and circular dependency

    - by bcr
I have two classes whose functions take typedefed pointers to eachother as return values and parameters. I.e.: class Segment; class Location : public Fwk::NamedInterface { public: // ===== Class Typedefs ===== typedef Fwk::Ptr<Location const> PtrConst; typedef Fwk::Ptr<Location> Ptr; // ===== Class Typedefs End ===== void segmentIs(Segment::Ptr seg); /* ... */ } and class Location; class Segment : public Fwk::NamedInterface { public: // ===== Class Typedefs ===== typedef Fwk::Ptr<Segment const> PtrConst; typedef Fwk::Ptr<Segment> Ptr; // ===== Class Typedefs End ===== void locationIs(Location::Ptr seg); /* ... */ } This understandably generated linker errors...which the forward declarations of the respective classes don't fix. How can I forward declare the Ptr and PtrConst typedefs while keeping these typedefs internal to the class (i.e. I would like to write Location::Ptr to refer to the location pointer type)? Thanks folks!

  • nginx - redirection doesn't work as expected

I have a domain listening on both http and https. I want to redirect all the traffic to https except for two specific locations. It works, but only for mydomain.com, not for www.mydomain.com. • Where to change data for a "list" datasource in dashcode?

    - by erotsppa
I created a new project in dashcode and it automatically generated a mobile web app for me with a list and sample datasources. I see two datasources, one is labeled as "datasource" and the other is "list". However I can see that the actual data in datasources is in a js file, everything is good but where is the actual data stored for "list"? The sample application came with a bunch of data for "list" and I am unable to change it. Any ideas?

  • How can I change a virtual directory's physical path in IIS7 and C#?

    - by Nick
I need to change the where a virtual directory's physical path is in C#. This is what I have so far: using (DirectoryEntry webSiteRoot = WmiUtility.GetWebSiteRootDirectory(webSite)) { DirectoryEntry virtualDirectory = WmiUtility.GetVirtualDirectoryByName(webSiteRoot, vDirName); string currentPath = virtualDirectory.Path; virtualDirectory.Path = "C:\somepath" srvMgr.CommitChanges(); It would appear that the VirtualDirectory.Path is not a physical one. Any help?

  • How to change the button fontsize without changing button size (in android) ?

    - by cibercitizen1
    I need to have a grid (created by program, not by xml) of equally sized buttons. They display text in different sizes. The problem is that when I change the text size to a smaller size, then the button automatically resizes to be smaller than the others. Thanks, Note: the grid is created adding *TableRow*s of buttons to a TableLayout. The buttons are created and added to a TableRow tr.addView(bu, 36, 45);

  • Any ideas on a WCF Interceptor for a REST WebGet request to change the Url/Querystring parameters

    - by REA_ANDREW
Does any one know of a way I can intercept a REST Get request inside WCF, so for example I could change the value of any of the querystring parameters. So I need to have some code run, prior to WCF Evaluating the UriTemplate of the WebGet attribute and be able to edit it, before returning the value which it will use to continue processing the request. Any help would be greatly appreciated Andrew

  • How to change the primary key to be non-clustered?

    - by AngryHacker
Part-time reluctant DBA here. I want to change an existing primary key index from clustered to non-clustered. And the syntax is escaping me. This is how it's scripted out right now. ALTER TABLE [dbo].[Config] WITH NOCHECK ADD CONSTRAINT [PK_Config] PRIMARY KEY CLUSTERED ( [ConfigID] ) ON [PRIMARY] I am not seeing an ALTER CONSTRAINT statement in the online docs.

  • C# and Winforms TextBox control: How do I get the text change?

    - by Billy ONeal
I have an event handler for the TextBox.TextChanged event on a form of mine. In order to support undo, I'd like to figure out exactly what has changed in the TextBox, so that I can undo the change if the user asks for it. (I know the builtin textbox supports undo, but I'd like to have a single undo stack for the whole application) Is there a reasonable way to do that? If not, is there a better way of supporting such an undo feature?

I had Visual Studio 2010 beta 1 installed, and I removed. Now, when I try to crate a project in Visual Studio 2008. How do I change the ToolsVersion to "3.5", so it works?

  • How to change colors for ListView, alternating row color?

    - by Gerry
I have a couple of list views, one uses TextViews laid out with xml, the other uses a custom class derived from View. The default halloween color scheme is pretty ugly. How can I change the background and selection colors for the list elements. Ideally, I'd like to be able to do this in code not xml, to handle the custom view. Thanks, Gerry
