  • Configure a WinHTTP application to use Fiddler.

    I need to see the actual requests being made from a asp page to the webservice(which calls another webservice). All these requests happen on the same local box. I ran the "proxycfg -p http=127.0.0.1:8888;https=127.0.0.1:8888" on the command prompt based on http://www.fiddler2.com/fiddler/help/hookup.asp#Q-WinHTTP: How can I configure a WinHTTP application to use Fiddler? I now see the webservice wsdl requests in Fiddler but not the actual requests. Would someone know why??

    Hi Friends, i've created a web application in asp.net so far. where i've tried to get some data(site scraping) from secure page of a web site.I've used the HttpWebRequest class for this functionality but i haven't accessed the secure page yet. Every time the login pages was scraped not secure page.I have the site user id and password and don't know that which language site has been developed in. Please advice what should i do ?

    Hello guys, I'm trying to delete a cookie but somehow it is not getting deleted in IE 8 This is the code i'm using HttpCookie userCookie = Request.Cookies[cookieName]; if (userCookie != null) { userCookie.Expires = DateTime.Now.AddDays(-1); if (!string.IsNullOrEmpty(cookieDomain)) userCookie.Domain = cookieDomain; Response.Cookies.Add(userCookie); } It is working fine in firfox and chrome . Suppose the name of the cookie is testcookie. We created this cookie from xyz.com and we set the domain of the cookie as ".xyz.com". Now we are deleting or expiring this cookie from subdomain.xyz.com. We are deleting the cookie with the code we have mentioned above.

  • Passing Reference types by value in C#

    I want to pass a reference type by value to a method in C#. Is there a way to do it. In C++, I could always rely on the copy constructor to come into play if I wanted to pass by Value. Is there any way in C# except: 1. Explicitly creating a new object 2. Implementing IClonable and then calling Clone method. Here's a small example: Let's take a class A in C++ which implements a copy constructor. A method func1(Class a), I can call it by saying func1(objA) (Automatically creates a copy) Does anything similar exist in C#. By the way, I'm using Visual Studio 2005.

  • Filter across 2 lists using LINQ

    I have two lists: a. requestedAmenities b. units with amenities. I want to filter those units that have any one of the "requested amenities". I have tried to achieve the same result using foreach loops but I believe it should be much easier using LINQ. Can someone please help\advice?     I have a fancybox popup with a form inside it. When the form is posted it all works fine BUT after it is posted it redirects to the view and shows it on a full page. What i want is for the popup for to be posted and the fancy box to be closed. MediaPlayer.framework 2. AudioToolbox.framework I success to play the background sound with repeat after lodding the game. I also want to play sound after clicking some button action without stop the previous background sound.But when i click the other button that time background sound is stop and start again after time intereval ( 9.0 sec ) which i mention for repeated the sound time line. If anyone do this work then help me to complete my application.

I have project (2 tier asp.net app) with that i need to run windowservice or exe which will do some functionality every day (like fetch data) so my confusions are as below Regarding Azure website Can i access RDP if i'll move to reserved instance? can i run windowservice/exe ? Regarding Virtual Machine Is it same as dedicated server? can i use WASD as database from application reside in same? I think i can run any exe and installed anything however azure is going to recycle this and if yes then what happened on recycling? can i use new window server 2012 (VHD) in that? Azure website & VM both are in preview mode so is it reliable to use it as production version?

    i have 2 customer views one for create and one for edit. i am using the same Customer view model for both. i want to make the 'customer no field' required on the add but not the edit. if i put the requiredfield attribute on the view model property then both views flag 'Customer No' as required (as you would expect). Is there a built in solution to get around this problem or am i going to have to create 2 seperate view models, one with the attribute and one without. Thanks

Similiar game : Untangled flash game I have made an untangled game almost to full completion of logic. But, when two lines intersect , I need those intersected or 'tangled' lines to show a different color; red. It would be really kind of you people if you could suggest an algorithm with / without math for detecting line segment collisions.
