    I have a PHP regular expression that has been functioning fairly well to parse some odd legacy client templates until recently when we found an escaped question mark (\?) included in a template expression. I'm not strong enough with my regular expression-fu to wrap my feeble noodle around a negative look ahead or some techno-mumbo-jumbo so, tips or points in the right direction would be greatly appreciated. My PHP: preg_match_all("/\{\{IF (.*)\?(.*):(.*)\}\}/U", $template, $m, PREG_SET_ORDER);

    Hi, Can you please explain the below lines, with some good examples. A left arithmetic shift by n is equivalent to multiplying by 2n (provided the value does not overflow), while a right arithmetic shift by n of a two's complement value is equivalent to dividing by 2n(2 to the power n) and rounding toward negative infinity. If the binary number is treated as ones' complement, then the same right-shift operation results in division by 2n and rounding toward zero. Thankx..

In float.h, there are definitions for FLT_MIN and FLT_MAX. If you do the following: NSLog(@"%f %f", FLT_MIN, FLT_MAX); You get the following output: FLT_MIN = 0.000000, FLT_MAX = 340282346638528859811704183484516925440.000000 FLT_MAX is equal to a really large number, as you would expect, but why does FLT_MIN equal zero?
