    Currently I have my Facebook profile automatically republish blog posts from a WordPress instance. What I would like to be able to do, however, is to also have comments posted to either the blog of Facebook show up on the other in the appropriate location. Is there a way to do this with the Facebook API?

  • Android: GPS fallback from fine to coarse

    Greetings, Does anyone know how I can get coarse GPS coordinates when I don't have a fix and get fine GPS coordinates when I have a fix? I've tried googling for some sample code to no avail.     Hello, im building a asp.net web site with 2.0 framework. I've been "fighting" with web.config, i've changed it quiet some times. I've created the users for the login and the role to access the "Members" folder. But in my host company, it doesnt work. I have the aspnet database from my computer in that databese "jsilvaqqc.mdf". When i try to log on pops up box requiring autentication. But i've alreadu given that in the log in form. Do i need aspnet "authentication" tag? Why dont i need it in my machine if i access the same database? Thanks for you help.

The page loads, but all the links are pointing to the original location that is no longer pointing to the Wiki Folder. MyFormatClass works fine, but now I want to move it to a central location that can be used by many pages. When I try to access the class <%# Utils.MyFormatClass(Eval("fieldname")) % it no longer works. Is this something we are allowed to do?

  • ASP.NET Writing to the Bin directory, access denied when anonymous user

    Hi all I have a program that creates a small file in the Bin directory for the purpose of tracking a license (that's the intention), all works fine when debugging but I've just realized that when I run it on a IIS server under the anonymous user account (IUSR) the file isn't created as IUSR only has read permission (I know this is correct but drat!). Can I write to another location under IUSR account or can I run my code under 'Local Service' account? Thanks

    Geo-location has been used most by Websites to do redirection, but I have found that several IP addresses locate a country which has using several languages. Meantime, some users prefer to using the language setup in their system. For example, a person from United States goes to Japan and using the Internet connection from there to surf Website, but the Website redirects him to Japanese language. So, should I give the web user a choice to select the language detected on their browser or force them to the website detected by IP address?

For example, to display a unique icon based on the device's location? Is this something that can be achieved using aliases? If so, can an alias's launcher icon be enabled/disabled dynamically?

I have a location field (which I've just created) and want to run a query to populate it with either 'Building 1' or 'Building 2' depending on which room number it has in the 'Room' field.     So I'm trying to use the django 1.1 template engine with the google app engine web app framework, from here. This is on Ubuntu Jaunty, I've made sure that the PYTHONPATH contains the location of Django-1.1.1 yet I'm getting this 'ImportError: No module named django' error when it tries to execute the use_library() line below.     Hi, i have a webview in my iphone app where a google map location is opened like; Directions now the google map native app opens fine, but how could i add a RETURN button so it would jump back to my html page. Now i have to click my home button and the app close back to the desktop, so i have to start my webview again. in android its more easy, because there is always a back button and after viewing my gmap i simply back in my webview. thx chris
