    A little context There is a wpf based application which i left opened for 2-3 days without performing any activity throws out of memory exception , this is very Weird situation and does not happen all of the time. During this ideal activity , my application does nt perform any activity but just a file system watcher contineously watching a shared location , so i thought that would be a problem but i am not sure. Any suggestion is always welcomed.

    In the Visual Studio output window, you can double click a line that contains a file path and line number and it automatically takes you to that location. In my program, I need to mimic this behavior and be able to click something (a button for example) and do go to a specific file and line number that I tell it to go to. Any help/suggestions would be appreciated. I am working in C#.

    I can get the active window's process, but I have no idea how to get the location of that process, as far as I can see the process object only has ProcessName property which just returns like chrome instead of C:\pathtochrome\chrome.exe How can I get the latter because I'm trying to get the process's File Description attribute, but I need the full path to it.

  • Efficient copy of entire directory

Is it possible to combine the three(one directory and two files) as a continuous file writing and decompose it at another side to save the cost? I am limited to c language and Unix/Linux.     I have a file on linux ubuntu server hosted with path name /home/kishor/project/detail/. When I made a web app in window to upload and download file from specified location i used path "c:\kishor\projects\detail\" for saving in window. For my surprise when i used window file path name in my server i am still able to get files and upload them, i.e, "c:\kishor\projects\detail\". Can anyone explain why it is working (as window and linux both use different file path pattern).

The background is applied to the div.page but because its child is getting resized, it resizes as well, cutting off the background image. It's hard to explain so please look at the link above to see what I mean. I guess what I'm trying to ask is: is there a way to resize an element without resizing its parent? I tried setting height and min-height of .page to 100% and 101% but that didn't work. I tried making the background image fixed, but nada. It also happens if I add the background to the body or even html. Help?

Unless one would reroute .aspx to .php ?

  • Embedding existing page in a CakePHP site

    We have an existing PHP page (from an earlier project) which could be described as cryptic and ancient. It basically displays a form, catches the input and runs an external application to process the input and then pipes the output to the user. I would really like not to modify this file any more than is required. Would there be an easy way to just make this file magically work by copying it to some location in the CakePHP's directory and have it receive $POST etc. as usual?
